nd American cultures, so it was important to us that we represented our individual tastes as well as our family's tastes so that everyone had a great time at the reception. Shammy delivered! He was a fantastic emcee for our wedding, and an incredible DJ for the reception! He was able to seamlessly integrate some guest suggestions while still keeping the music feeling like "us". Our family was on the dance floor literally the whole night! We highly recommend Shammy for your big day. We couldn't be happier with how everything went. bove and beyond. Shammy reached out to us and we were able to meet up with him and see him DJ live prior to our wedding. This really helped us seal the deal. His ability to mix music and read a crowd is above and beyond anything we have personally experienced at family/friend weddings we have been to. Not only that, but he was able to take our cultural/ethnic musical tastes into consideration. Over 50% of our guests (and my wife) are 100% Armenian, so hiring a non-Armenian DJ for our wedding felt like a risk. Shammy took it in full stride, and has a mixed background of his own, so he really understood us and what we were trying to achieve with having a mix of traditional Armenian music and American music. He did his homework and familiarized himself with Armenian music and was able to mix it incredibly well throughout the night. We had easily 80%+ of our guests up and on the dance floor for most of the night! Suffice it to say Shammy helped us throw the party of our lives -- and guests have and will be talking about how exceptional the music and dancing was for a long time to come. Highly recommend and you cannot go wrong with Shammy!

orm us of what was going on but that there was nothing to worry about and he already took care of everything. He unexpectedly had his sleeves rolled doing more than what we could ask for! I tell people that our wedding went smoothly but it was because of DJ shammy and others that did things in the background to make that happen and I am ever so thankful. Also, prior to the wedding he was very organized and patient with us. We had an Ethiopian/American wedding which can come with a lot of cultural rules and things that had to be discussed and he was available and ready to ask questions and answer questions as we planned. There was never a dull moment the music was on point and knows how to get a crowd going, He is professional, polite, punctual and gets the job done! I definitely recommend him!
