Since 2007, my mission has been to capture every precious moment, both candid & posed, without being obtrusive. Each image should take you right back to that emotion for years to come. My goal is to spoil my clients with amazing images, of course, but also to create a calm environment by having a positive attitude & servant spirit. An SB couple will have a different experience; I specialize in providing brides & grooms with a full service wedding photography experience. From the first email to the final album & art delivery, you will be assisted in each step of this journey with the personal service of a seasoned professional. Designing timeless wall art & heirloom albums to cherish & pass down to loved ones is my passion.

Shanell is the best, hands down. I had used her previously for a pin-up girl shoot (which she also did fabulously) so when I got engaged, there was no other choice for who I wanted to document my wedding. She captured so many magical moments, not just of my husband and I, but our family and guests, and even the venue itself. The pictures of our rings together and the little mementos we held with us will be such a wonderful treasure for years to come. She also caught the goofy faces and moments that would have otherwise been forgotten. (Please know I would have loved to have shown you more and include the more serious ones, but my phone won't let me.) She understands that weddings should be about joy and she captures that so incredibly well. The tears, the ugly crying faces, the raucous laughter, she caught it all. She is a hard worker and incredibly professional and communicative. Just absolutely amazing. I literally cannot say enough nice things about her. Absolutely recommend her for any moment, event or celebration. Love, love, love her!

Shanell came highly recommended to us by my daughter's wedding planners and the owner of the wedding venue. She exceeded our highest expectations. Her work is beautiful and creative. Most importantly, she captured the excitement, romance, and emotionality of the day. If anyone is looking for a photographer, pick Shanell and you won’t be disappointed! We hired Shanell for our wedding in Pigeon Forge, TN on December 4th, 2020. She was available from the beginning to answer any questions that would come up and was great with communication throughout the whole process. The day of our wedding, it rained all day. I thought for sure that pictures would be limited by the weather, but Shanell thought otherwise. Her and her second photographer, Danielle, were troopers and took some amazing photos of us in the rain. It was pretty darn cold, everything was soaked, and yet they were able to capture pictures that I will cherish forever! She made the experience so fun and made us forget about the weather conditions. Besides being willing to take pictures in the rain, Shanell does an awesome job at paying attention to the small details. The wedding album and even the USB drive we received were personalized with special touches that made them feel so special. Shanell is so great to work with and will do a fantastic job at capturing memories for any occasion. I highly recommend Shanell as a photographer and will definitely be making a road trip in the future to see her again for more pictures!

We got married this past July out in Colorado, and Shanell was a dream to work with! Very responsive, very flexible. Not only that, but our photos were gorgeous. We were lucky to have Shanell travel out and take such incredible photos. Shanell was professional even after the event...she stayed in contact with us through sending previews of the photos, editing them quickly, and giving us access to hundreds of photos. I recommend her services to absolutely everyone!

I could not have asked for a better photographer! Shanell was awesome to work from the engagement pictures through to after the wedding. The pictures she took captured the day perfectly from the smallest details to the biggest moments. Pictures are the one thing you will have to remember all the craziness of your best day ever and if I had it to do all over again, I would choose her every single time!

Shanell is wonderful to work with! She made my husband and I feel so comfortable during our engagement session and our wedding day! She is a must have photographer and her pictures are phenomenal! Her turn around time is great and we had our pictures back in no time! She made our day perfect!

Shanell is the BEST photographer you could ever ask for. Her photos are perfection and she is so easy to work with. She makes sure to get the perfect balanced of posed and candid shots and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. For our engagement photo shoot, she went over the 2 hours we had booked her because there were a few more shots that she definitely wanted to get for us. We have gotten more compliments than I can count on our wedding photos, and she hasn't even released all of them! She is worth every penny paid, and I will recommend her to all of my friends getting married in Tennessee!

I cannot say enough great things about Shanell! She photographed our wedding day and the pictures were even better than I could have ever imagined. I originally saw her work in The Pink Bride magazine an was so blown away by her talent for capturing beautiful moments that she was the first vendor I booked after nailing down a venue. She was a blast to work with too! She had such a fun upbeat attitude, even though we had to deal with crazy traffic and an unexpected bus delay. It was the best day of my life and I'm so thankful I had Shanell to document it. My husband and I were so excited to receive the super cute photo package she sent us after the wedding. We'll cherish those photos forever! She even submitted a few pics to The Pink Bride that ended up being featured which gave us another keepsake that will last a lifetime. Thank you SO much Shanell! Shanell caught every special moment that my husband and I wanted to treasure forever. She not only brought her own incredible ideas but always incorporated what we wanted as well. She is so incredibly easy to work with, on top of communication, and very quick to get your photos back to you. She did an amazing job of capturing those small, tender moments at our wedding and reception without making us feel like a camera was following us. As far as I’m concerned, Shanell is the only wedding photographer in Knoxville to hire! *Also Shanell is an amazing boudoir photographer! I was a little nervous going into our appointment but she made me feel so at ease with not only her but my own body that I got up the nerve to do a full nude! After my experience I believe everyone should do a boudoir shot not only for their special someone but for themselves. You will have a blast!!!

Shannell is truly an amazing photographer! She captured every moment of our day. Absolutely amazing! She was great from the very start and even now that the wedding is over she is still great with communication and timeliness. I made a huge mistake and lost my usb with engagement photos and didn't know it until the day before the shower when I wanted to get some printed. Without hesitation she posted them online so that I would have immediate access to them. She always responds the same day. This is all just great customer service, I think her work speaks for itself. Check out a few images and you will know that she's THE ONE to have do your photos. She was great with the wild guys in the wedding party and even the children. I cannot say enough nice amazing things about her. Great pictures, great customer service, great with people.

Choosing Shanell was one of the easiest wedding decisions we made! Her work is stunning, and she makes you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. She was present for all the moments we wanted captured but never in the middle of it. We used her for both engagement and wedding pictures and can't wait to use her in the future! I cherish all our pictures and how perfectly they show our personalities.

Love her! I would never chose any over her! She took my engagement and wedding day pictures and I will use her for any other pictures I need done. All my pics came out beautiful and I still can't stop looking at them! She made the picture taking fun and I can't remember laughing as much as I did when she took all the pics! She is the best!

Every single photograph was breathtaking. Her vision, passion, and creativity is obvious in her work. Well worth every part of our budget to have such a beautiful story of our special day to look at for years to come. Shanell is flexible and accommodating. Everyone of her packages can be supplement making what she offers very individualized. She was great to work with and was so engaging from the start. She consistently went above and beyond with both our engagement shoot and the wedding. I would HIGLY recommend Shanell to anyone who wants to capture beautiful moments for a lifetime. Absolutely Amazing!

I would highly recommed Bledsoe Photography for all of your wedding photo needs! Shanell has such a fun, easy going personality and is an incredibly talented photographer. Her photography style is so fun and she's not afraid to do what it takes to get the right shot (she climbed into a barn hayloft with camera, lights and battery pack for us!) Unlike some wedding vendors, she is very professional, quick to respond to emails and was inviting from the first conversation. For the amount and quality of pictures as well as the ease in working together, the value she provides is one you won't find anywhere else. Overall I can say that my budget was best spent in hiring her to capture my special day- her photos far surpassed my expectations!

Shanell was amazing to work with! She was incredibly flexible and willing to do any pictures I requested. This was honestly where our money was best spent, because every time we look at the pictures, we are reminded of every other aspect and detail that we weren't able to preserve. Shanell was willing to be out in the miserable heat and photoshop our glistening faces, so we looked amazing. She's truly talented and creative. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who wants to get great, high quality pictures without wasting a lot of time. She got in, got the pics and we were ready to go enjoy our party. She even stayed late, past her contract time because we were having a great time and forgot our timeline. Very professional, fun, and comfortable to be around. I've received compliments from everyone on the stunning photography!
