I never knew that Shane's Rib Shack offers full service catering, not just barbeque, and for all kinds of events. The coordinator I worked with, Amy, was an absolute professional,... and her team not only offered excellent food, but also amazing service that went above and beyond what we expected. Our menu included pulled pork bbq sliders on sliced cornbread with coleslaw, oven roasted chicken breasts that were juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection, a spring salad with nuts, fresh fruit, and a strawberry vinaigrette, cold marinated asparagus, homestyle mac and cheese with a garlic breaded crust, and a homestyle potato salad. My guests still haven't stopped complimenting the food--and when a few asked who catered, they couldn't believe it was Shane's. Also, her staff not only cleaned up plates, but refilled drinks, cut the cake, cleaned up, and offered friendly smiles to all of my guests. My wedding reception would not have been nearly as successful and fun if it weren't for Amy and Shane's Norcross catering!
