BEAUTIFUL wedding photos. I paid for a wedding package in October 2021. The photos were great and she was great to work with. HOWEVER, I picked a package that had a 10x10 album of photos. I ordered this album on 07/23/22. She said it should be ...

shipped to me the following week. I reached out 8/9 to check the status. She claims it would be shipped that week, because she was out of town. It has now been over a month since I ordered the album. I have reached out to her COUNTLESS times via call, text, email, and social media. She has ignored each and every request despite being active on social media every day! I don’t even know how to get a refund!!! I have notified my wedding planner, and the venue as well.

bands back covered in sweat that was not edited out. After seeing her work from the engagement session, we decided to go another direction for our wedding day. Her work with families and at Disney do look awesome though. She just was not for me. Quality of Service 1/5 - I gave her this score because I felt the photos we received could have been edited to a higher standard. I personally edited the photos on Paint to remove sweat visible on a solid shirt. I feel this should have been done prior to sharing with the customer. Responsiveness 3/5 Professionalism 2/5 - I gave her this score because when we decided to go a different direction with our day of photography she did not handle the situation in a professional way and lacked customer service/ issue resolution. Value 2/5 - I gave her this score because we were ultimately charged roughly $4.50/photo for our engagement session. To me this is slightly high, especially when the photos did not meet my expectations. Flexibility 3/5
