last year and received our photos in July. There were 4 that blatantly needed editing, 3 of which were the only family pictures taken. I sent the 4 pictures to her and asked if she could edit them, she never responded. For 6 months I have emailed, texted, called, left messages with no response. My mother works with her occasionally and asked her about it, she said to send them again she would do it, but never did. After 6 months of trying to get in touch with absolutely no repsonse, I went to another photographer, who gladly edited them within 2 days.

She claims it would be shipped that week, because she was out of town. It has now been over a month since I ordered the album. I have reached out to her COUNTLESS times via call, text, email, and social media. She has ignored each and every request despite being active on social media every day! I don’t even know how to get a refund!!! I have notified my wedding planner, and the venue as well.

Shannon did engagement photos for my husband and I. While she was extremely sweet, I didn't feel like she captured what I was looking for. I felt the angles and poses did not 'WOW'...
me like I expected. Some of the poses included a view of my husbands back covered in sweat that was not edited out. After seeing her work from the engagement session, we decided to go another direction for our wedding day. Her work with families and at Disney do look awesome though. She just was not for me.
Quality of Service 1/5 - I gave her this score because I felt the photos we received could have been edited to a higher standard. I personally edited the photos on Paint to remove sweat visible on a solid shirt. I feel this should have been done prior to sharing with the customer.
Responsiveness 3/5
Professionalism 2/5 - I gave her this score because when we decided to go a different direction with our day of photography she did not handle the situation in a professional way and lacked customer service/ issue resolution.
Value 2/5 - I gave her this score because we were ultimately charged roughly $4.50/photo for our engagement session. To me this is slightly high, especially when the photos did not meet my expectations.
