Sharing Common Ground

Douglas was great! Very personable to talk to and made creating our script easy. What kept us from the 5 stars was that there was ad libbing outside of the script that we were not a fan of. It worked in the type of ceremony we had but we could’ve done without it. However, Douglas was great and knew exactly what he was doing.

Doug was a pleasure to work with! During our first meeting, he explained everything in great detail and continued to help us with every step along the way. He was flexible with us when we needed to postpone due to the pandemic. He performed our ceremony with every detail exactly how we wanted. He has a great personality that made our ceremony enjoyable for everyone. I would highly recommend Sharing Common Ground!

My husband and I wanted an officiant who would make our ceremony more light versus serious. Doug delivered exactly this. He cracked some jokes and made this experience very easy and relaxed. He met with me to discuss how we wanted the ceremony to go. We were also able to completely customize our ceremony. He acted as if we had known him forever and I could not have been any happier with him.
