cocktail hour not starting until 5:00 PM, she arrived at 10:15 AM to begin setup. That level of dedication set the tone for everything that followed, and it showed in every detail throughout the day. She seamlessly managed two bar setups (upstairs and downstairs) at The Arches in Coatesville, and both looked absolutely fantastic. The main bar upstairs was especially stunning, and we loved the hand-printed menu signs she created herself. Leading up to the wedding, Sharon was consistently communicative and proactive, whether through text, email, or phone calls. Her guidance on what to purchase and how much to have on hand was incredibly helpful and took a lot of stress off our plate. Sharon truly went above and beyond. She and her barback (also named Sharon!) didn’t just stick to bartending—they jumped in to help transition the space from ceremony to reception, assisting with moving tables and chairs to keep everything running smoothly. The signature drinks, the Kentucky Mule and Paloma, were a huge hit with our guests, and we were especially appreciative that she brought her own wine and margarita glassware to elevate the presentation. Beyond her professionalism, Sharon brought such a warm and friendly energy to the day. She connected so well with our guests, making everyone feel welcome. As a final, thoughtful touch, she even sent us over 50 photos she took throughout the event, which meant so much to us and allowed us to relive the day right away. Sharon didn’t just show up to bartend, she showed up to make the entire day better. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made her an absolute highlight of our wedding experience.
