I was nervous throughout the planning process due to Sharonville Convention Center getting a new caterer in October after I had already planned my menu, and having to move the room my reception was supposed to be in. There were also times that they were a little slow to respond to emails. Even with that said, on the day of my wedding I was completely satisfied and everything I had requested was there (and a little extra too)! It is beautifully remodeled. The location is great too with hotels right across the street (I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites).
WONDERFUL! They recently renovated and it was great! The "cloud" ceiling is really neat and looks even cooler with the uplighting in the room. The chairs are new and match black...
table linens perfectly! The room was layed out exactly as I requested and they compiled my candy bar for me. They were very accommodating and helpful. They provided us with amazing lighting and the food (from Ovations Catering) was really good. The lighting company that works with the convention center was AMAZING -- they were extremely helpful in choosing what would work best for our event and provided us with amazing extras. I 100% recommend the Sharonville Convention Center!!!
just make sure you read your contract and talk to the people that actually work for Sharonville and not the the VPC.

decided on the menu. They were very accommodating in cooking the food we requested for the second tasting. The room was set up the way we requested, however we had assigned tables and the table numbers were not matched up as we had them on our map so the grooms parents were assigned a table that was far away from the dance floor! On the spot changes were made and a new table set up. It was all fixed, but we should be able to rely on them to do that part.
I would still recommend this venue for wedding receptions especially once all the remodeling is complete.
