We had a chance to get to know her during our engagement shoot, where she gave us the perfect amount of direction while allowing us to be ourselves. Not to mention that the photographs were stunning and made us very excited for our wedding photos! Sharyn and Drew travelled out of state to shoot our wedding, kept in contact with us in the days leading up to the ceremony/reception, eased my worries about the weather, and supported us throughout the whole day. Finally, receiving all of the preview photos and the final album was like Christmas morning! I’m still taking the time to look through the whole album, and I am constantly astounded by Sharyn’s skill and attention to detail. Our wedding day was one of the most special and fun days of our lives, and we are so grateful to have those memories captured by such a talented and kind team of photographers. ng wrong – the getting ready space did not have an area for detailed shots, we were running behind schedule, there was a conflict/other wedding taking place at our first look location, etc. - but Sharyn and Drew stayed positive and kept us calm the whole time, and we can’t thank them enough for that. Sharyn even went as far as buttoning my dress and fixing my bustle when my family members could not figure it out, while Drew helped carry my train around during our first look so it did not get fully submerged in mud, purely out of kindness. I am not sure if any other photographers would do that. All of those details aside, the initial photographs we received perfectly capture the entire day and are so beautiful, and we have not been able to stop looking at them! They are seriously everything we wanted for our photos and more. Thank you both again for everything!

. Her ability to frame a photo without allowing you to miss the background and take in the full image is astounding. We knew we were making the right choice but we didn't realize how right we were! Sharyn kept the entire day together. She created the time line and make sure everything got done when it needed to get done. There is no way that this could've gone as smoothly without her. I think it was something we overlooked until the day. I imagine it was no easy task! We really oversimplified it in our minds. Who needs a wedding planner right!? Making lists of the shots and locations, then counting locations. She put in more work that I would've ever though a photographer would. This was not a hey show up and shoot our wedding deal. We had our engagement shoot 2 months before our wedding, more for the purpose of getting some practice in front of the camera and getting to know Sharyn so we weren’t meeting her the day of the wedding, than anything else. It ended up being just what we needed because Sharyn immediately made us feel comfortable. I went into my wedding day knowing that the photos would be great and that no matter what, our photographer had our backs. Her assistant Drew was wonderful as well! Finding/choosing a photographer is a super daunting process as you all probably already know, I'm so glad I found Sharyn!

She has this innate ability to capture pure joy, laughter, silliness, tears, whatever the emotion, you name it! I really love the colors and the romance that Sharyn brings in. Sharyn is the perfect balance between old school and modern. None of her photos are posed (unless you request a few for mom and dad) and yet they all look effortless and beautiful. We did engagement and wedding photos with Sharyn and we loved the engagement photos as well! We had such a great experiences. Both my husband and I are introverts, so to kiss each other in front of others felt silly, but we never felt uncomfortable with Sharyn. When we received the wedding photos back, we were also in shock because of course we had no recollection of Sharyn being there in those moments...she is a wonderful photographer who manages to catch everything, without being intrusive, in your face or flashing bright lights at you! I cannot recommend Sharyn and her fellow shooters enough! We had such a wonderful experience and we are so grateful for these unique and beautiful photos that will forever remind us of our amazing day! And so pleased she could capture all of it!

Sharyn was such a pleasure to work with right from the start! After contacting a few photographers and finding out they were out of our price range, I stumbled upon Sharyn, who just so happened to have a livingsocial deal going on...with the last day being the day I contacted her. She happily gave me the deal, even though we did not commit until a week or two later! Sharyn was really responsive and open to our ideas. When we were set for our engagement photos, we sent her a few posed shots we liked, and she was more than willing to make sure we got them captured. I cannot explain how sweet, calm and easy to work with Sharyn was on our wedding day! We both felt extremely comfortable having Sharyn and her second photographer, Dan, with us at all times. They were never fussy or demanding, and we hardly even noticed they were there. The groom absolutely loved having Dan with him when he was getting ready with the groomsmen-- he fit right in! We couldn't be happier with the outcome of working with Sharyn-- beautifully shot, radiant photos from our overcast wedding day! She shot almost every detail-- even the food!-- and perfectly captured our guests in action on the dance floor. The reason for taking a star away from the "value" of Sharyn's work because there was one key member of the wedding party not included in any group shots-- the flower girl. This was partly my fault for not realizing, but I would have thought one of the photographers would have made sure I got a photo with her.

t shy of 8 weeks later and we are so happy with the result! amazing!! The only thing I wish was a little different is that there were some ALMOST amazing photos that would have been picture perfect if something was changed a little (i.e. moving a cup/food out of the shot, unbunching the train of my dress during portraits, etc.) Things that you don't always see as the bride, but wish someone told you while the pics were being taken. I don't have any shots that show off the train of my dress because in the 3 pics we have, its bunched up and you can't see the scalloped lace edge, which I didn't know at the time :-( Other than that, I have no complaints! I can't wait to see how the albums turned out! We are DEFINITELY going to book with Sharyn in the future and would recommend her to anyone! I love the soft and romantic feel to her pictures... GORGEOUS.
