Shaunè and her team did an amazing job for my wedding on 09/2018. I took my time looking into many make up artists. I do not wear make up on a regular basis and was worried I will not look like myself. Shaunè did an amazing job giving me a natural look with enough amount of glam! I was so happy with my look and my bridesmaids’ looks. She is also very pleasant to work with.

When I say everyone looked amazing!!!! I can’t not express how professional, down to earth, and talented Shaune and her team is. She makes you feel comfortable. She stays around to make sure you are touched up and perfected before she leaves. She also leaves you will extra makeup supplies so that you can stay perfect through your whole wedding. She also did my makeup for my engagement photos which is a great way to get to know each other before the big day. She can also suggest a hair styles who was amazing as well. She did the makeup of my mom and myself and her talent partner did the makeup of my sister, mother in law, and bridesmaid. Thank you so much for everything, I could ask for anything more !!

I was very disappointed by the first makeup artist I found and decided not to use him after we did the trial. I met Shauné's team at a wedding show and was impressed by her marketing materials. I emailed her for pricing shortly after. She is competitively priced and was very responsive over email. Although I live in downtown DC, far from her home, she was happy to arrange a time to drive to me with all of her makeup, chair, and light to do my trial. She was very flexible about trying different colors on me so I can see the varying results. I was extremely happy with the final results and relieved that I finally found my makeup artist. On the wedding day, she gave us touch-up kits, but I didn't have to use any of it because the makeup barely smudged after a long day of smiling, laughing, kissing, hugging, and dancing. If you're looking for a makeup artist, look no further! I highly recommend Shauné. You will not be disappointed.

Shaune and her team made me and my bridal party look photo shoot ready. She really listened to what I wanted for the day during the trial. On the day of the team worked with efficiency and precision to make sure we were not only beautiful but on time. I can't say enough good things about Shaune and highly recommend her. My bridal party and I received so many compliments on how great our make up looked

I chose Shaune to do my make up after the initial consultation. Not only did she want to know the colors for my wedding, but she wanted to know my needs and wants. I truly valued her taking the time to get understand me a bit more. On the day of the wedding, she did the make for me and my bridesmaids, and we all looked like a million bucks when she was done!

Shaune did my makeup for my wedding and it was flawless! The makeup lasted all night and was beautiful in pictures. She also did makeup for my mom and aunt who are quite picky but they had no complaints and were very pleased when they saw the finished product. Shaune was on time and came ready to work. Also, her makeup chair was like a directors chair and very cute in getting ready pictures.

Shaune was amazing! I was thrilled with the work she did for me and for other people in my wedding party. She took her time and made sure everyone looked beautiful! At my trial, she asked me questions and explained what she was doing as she put on the make up. She did everything exactly how she'd do it at the wedding. This put me at ease on the days leading up to the wedding day! Then on the wedding day, she used her notes from our trial to complete my look. I felt like I looked like myself but just better. :) On the wedding day when I started getting antsy she was patient and helped me to stay calm. I will be visiting her again for other special events and would definitely recommend her to any of my friends for their make up artistry needs!

My husband usually hates makeup. However, he loved my wedding day makeup and lashes because it enhanced my natural look. Shaune is professional and nice and squeezed me into her schedule.

She did GRRRRRREAT make for my wedding. she made me look and feel like a bombshell on my day. she did my mom's makeup and my daughter snuck in some lip gloss and blush :)she is very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. she is a great makeup artist and i would use her again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a highly talented make up artist, I HIGHLY recommend Shaune Hayes! She is AMAZING! Not only is she a fantastic artist, but she has such a sweet spirit about her and was a calming presence as I prepared for my big day. My make up was beautiful and lasted all evening.

I arrived at the church for hair and makeup around 2:45pm, and the hairstylist and makeup artist arrived promptly at 3:00 to start on what I like to call "The Transformation." These women were AMAZING! The hair stylist added extensions and styled my hair in just an hour and as soon as she was done the makeup artist, Shaune' Hayes of Shaune' Hayes Makeup in Washington D.C., worked her magic on my face. I don't know very much about makeup but I knew I wanted a smoky eye and a nude lip. Shaune' did exactly what I asked her to. She even stopped a few times to show me my reflection to make sure I was comfortable with the direction she was going in. By the time these two were finished with me I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world. I actually cried once I put my wedding gown on and saw the finished product. I thought I was ruining the makeup Shaune' had just spent an hour applying, but she assured me that there wasn't anything she couldn't fix with a quick touchup. Let me also mention that I pretty much cried during the entire wedding and my makeup didn't budge. My face still looked flawless six hours later when we left our wedding reception.

Shaune did an outstanding job on my makeup and my bridal party's makeup. I don't wear much makeup on a routine basis, so she made me glamorous while allowing me to still "feel like me". She was prompt, really listened to what we wanted, and was a joy to work with. I will definitely use her again!.
