My wife Miriam and I used Shawn Bossick Films for our August 2023 wedding. When we first met with Shawn we felt very comfortable with him. He was very professional and really cared about giving us the best wedding film possible. He was great communicating with us. There was constant communication with us for updates and timelines so he could make sure to capture everything going on during our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Shawn was great to work with. He was very friendly with everyone and gave great direction to get the best shots possible. He was also great working together with our photographer and wedding coordinator. Throughout the day he was making sure he was set up to film each part of our wedding day or capturing our guests enjoying themselves. Our wedding film was amazing! We could tell he spent a lot of time creating something special for us to forever relive our special day. Everyone we showed our video to was impressed and loved how it came out. We were very grateful and feel blessed to have had him film our wedding day! I would highly recommend Shawn as a videographer. He is extremely talented and cares about his clients.

I recall when looking for a videographer for my daughter's wedding, all of them either return your call later or don't call you back at all. The few that called me back referred me to their website where I could choose a package. I did not need a Website to tell me what to choose, I needed to find out who was going to be my videographer. After I had contacted a few videographers, I came across Shawn. He called me back within 30 minutes and explained to me the process, the cost and my options. Finally talking with someone!! I booked right away, I put a small and I mean SMALL deposit down and I had checked "Videographer" off my list. 30 days before the wedding Shawn contacted me and urged me to create a timeline. I never thought of it before, but he made me realize there were too many parts in movement and I better get everyone on the same page. Eventually between Shawn, the coordinator and the photographer, a plan was born, almost like a script in a movie. When Shawn arrived at our house the day of the wedding, I could tell right away he meant business; I was impressed with his professionalism and his command of the operations. He had everything planned to a fault. Needless to say, the day of the wedding went smooth like baby oil. In the end we opted for a longer film. Boy are we glad we choose that. Shawn was able to capture and let us relive the experience of that day. It really was a Cinematography experience of my daughter's wedding.

We are pleased that we hired Shawn Bossick for our daughter’s wedding. Before the wedding, he kept in touch via email or phone, and he was very responsive to our questions. During the wedding, he was personable, and made an effort to capture all of the special moments. We had an unusual situation with the groom’s mother not able to attend due to illness. Shawn rushed a beautiful ceremony video so she could view it shortly after the wedding. The final highlight video was also excellent. As a professional video editor, It was hard to find a videographer for our wedding that met all my needs. Shawns high quality example videos and calm, professional attitude on the big day made me happy I picked him to do he job. It turned out great! (Get the drone too... it's worth it!)

Shawn did a great job with putting together a video of our daughter’s quincenera( 15th birthday). He was very professional and easy to work with. We decided to go with Shawn to film on my parents special day, 40th year wedding anniversary! It was the best decision! He was very polite and on time for everything he said he was going to do. His communication from the beginning was on spot. I loved that I didn’t have to check up and ask him to do certain things since he was on top of his work. My parents video came out just as asked and within the time we were told. I definitely would recommend if you would like great video for any occasion.

Shawn is an amazing videographer. We had a very small and intimate ceremony on the rooftop of my husband's parent's house. Shawn made sure to setup several cameras to capture every moment of our ceremony. At our reception location, he made sure to get quality shots of the setup prior to guests entering that allowed for wonderful transitions during our wedding video. He captured our most intimate moments during the entire day. I highly suggest hiring Shawn for your wedding film!

My fiance and I hired Shawn as our videographer. I will say it was money well spent. The video came out absolutely amazing. We opted for the extended premium package which was 4 full songs. Shawn was extremely dilligent and detailed while catering to our needs. He walked us through every step and left no question unansered. Shawn is absolutely amazing! He's very professional and friendly. This guy is the real deal! He shot my wedding and did an exceptional job. Right from the beginning he was one hour earlier than what was agreed upon. His equipment is top notch too! He brought with him a Hollywood style camera (Red Epic Dragon) along with two other cameras to capture all the moments, not a simple DSLR like other guys do. During the ceremony and reception everything went as expected. He even stayed an extra hour! All of his work was done in a timely manner and he would constantly send me updates during the process. The final video came out incredible. My friends and family watched the video and they too said WOW! I HIGHLY recommend Shawn to anyone considering any of his services.

Shawn was our videographer at our beachside wedding in San Clemente, CA. He was punctual for my early bridal suite pictures and very pleasant. He brought a calm and easy going attitude; a presence one needs on their wedding day. He produced our wedding film within the timeframe stated in the contract and the results were 10X what we expected. Shawn captured our emotions and the wedding's glamour. His footage is in focus, and I love how he highlighted the sunset, which was unreal that night. He also had video of our guests which meant a lot to see them all having a good time. I requested two songs for the audio of our film and he skillfully placed them in our video to match each scene. My favorite part of the wedding video was the minute or two pause to hear our vows. The audio was clear and there was an excellent transition into the second upbeat song. Shawn is an impeccably talented videographer and editor and has the perfect eye for weddings! Thank you!

Shawn Bossick is the consummate, professional videographer with movie quality videos, who filmed our beautiful wedding. His ability to capture my wedding day was phenomenal. He delivers the final copy of the wedding film online. All the raw footage is given to you as well on a hard drive that you purchase, which allows you to see real time dances, conversations, speeches, and decorations. More importantly, Shawn talks with you at the beginning of your final planning, (which helps tremendously) because it defines the timeline of the events of the wedding day along with the wedding coordinators timeline on the day of. He explains to you what is expected of the bride and the groom. He LISTENS to your wants and desires of the day. He is honest and reliable which is most important. He coordinates with your photographer so that there is some overlap between video and still pictures and he works well with them because both are important to capturing your wedding. In planning a wedding, you focus on every detail to make your day special as can be. What you should add to your attention to details is the videographer to capture those precious moments; without one it is only in your memories of the day and still pictures of the moments. I planned that perfect wedding that everyone is still talking about today. However, being the bride and the groom, on your wedding day you are so busy that you really aren't enjoying the moments that you spent so much time planning. Shawn is an awesome filmmaker and helped to capture our most precious moments of our wedding day. About a week before our wedding we decided we wanted a video. Once we reached out, Shawn quickly jumped on a call and planned out the day with us. We had a first look before the wedding and it was important that all the shots were captured. He arrived plenty early the day of and worked with our photographer to determine the best places to film. His equipment was high quality and my friends were impressed by his professionalism and ability to create scenes with our large wedding group. He recommended many shots and also had the ability to film during our natural moments. He set up quickly at our first look, ceremony, and reception. He stayed at least an hour later than what we had agreed on and stayed in contact through the editing process. The quality of the movie he provided will be something cherished by my family for the rest of our lives. He captured all the right moments. Thank you Shawn for all the hard work. Shawn was wonderful at our wedding May 4th 2019. He arrived at my home early with several cameras in tow and went straight to work. Shawn was kind and genuine and took filming our wedding seriously. Post wedding day Shawn contacted me maybe a month after to say our film was getting its turn on the editing floor. Shawn is incredible! My husband and I got married a few months ago in Dana Point and watching this amazing video was just like being back there that day reliving all the magic! We opted to upgrade the video package and I'm honestly so glad we did.
