Shawna was a delight to work with from start to finnish. It is clear to me she cares greatly that the bride and groom get exactly what they want.

onal and methodical. She's also artistic and has great suggestions to make your day as unique as the couple in which she's working. Could not have been more pleased. My favorite part of working w Shawna was the surprisingly quick turn around for images I ordered. Very impressed.
Shawna has been amazing to work with! Very professional and laid back. She is so easy to work with and makes everything fun and easy. She makes sure your images are gorgeous and th...
at you'll love them for a lifetime. I would highly recommend working with her for your special event.
Shawna was brilliant! I loved all of our pictures from our engagement, bridal and wedding photos! She has a very talented eye and I was amazed by our pictures.
I am an absolute believer that not only should your wedding vendors be great at what they do, but you should also "click" on a personal level. This is true with your photographer, ...
especially. Shawna Hinkel checked every single one of those boxes for us! She took the time to help us figure out what we wanted to achieve with our photos and then she made it happen. She was great on the day of (as was her second shooter) and we got proofs back very quickly. She is an awesome photographer and an awesome person and I cannot recommend her enough!
She is excellent and organized! Will make sure you have the most beautiful pictures and all of the pictures you want. She and her assistant are amazing. She is always cognizant of ...
what is going on and ready to snap a good picture at any time! Would definitely recommend!
We had our engagement photos done with Shawna and to be honest we were disappointed. We were unimpressed by the time spent and how many pictures we got that we actually liked. The ...
angles were not flattering. She was not accommodating to us. After mentioning our concerns there was no reasoning with her. She didn't even try to make the situation better. We felt we were being treated like she didn't care about our needs and wants and completely like a paycheck to her. It might work for some couples but for us we wanted a photographer that enjoys photography and will listen to and meet you half way.
Shawna is so professional and organized! She is very knowledgeable about lighting and the best time of day to shoot (I really didn't want to get up and get to the Arboretum before...
10:00 am for my bridals, but she was SO right to suggest a morning shoot! Any later and it would have been both too hot and too crowded). She and her assistant took hundreds of pictures at the wedding, but they were so inconspicuous that I rarely even noticed they were there. Now I have almost 900 beautiful shots to select from for my album!
Shawna is really great with communication (this was super important to me when I was selecting vendors) - she sent me an email within a few days of meeting her at a bridal show, answered all of my questions very quickly, and has been very responsive via emails, texts, and Facebook throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to any bride in the Dallas area!
