I love Missy and the crew from SHD Serendipity Hair Design. Missy is my regular cut and color stylist so I knew I would be in good hands for my wedding updo and make-up. A couple...
of months in advance, Missy and I did a fun, low-stress trial run for both hair and make-up. Missy took my inspiraton pictures into consideration and created the perfect updo for my wedding look and my hair type. And somehow the updo looked even better on my wedding day! The morning of the wedding, Missy, Simone and Stepheni brought everything they needed to make-over the entire bridal party plus moms to the house where we got ready. It was so nice being able to get ready in the comfort of (my parents') home while still getting a professional salon experience. The three of them were delightful and kept the vibe positive and fun. Actually, one of the only times I felt my nerves melt away the entire morning was when Missy was working on my hair! These girls are awesome and I will continue to go to Serendipity to have my hair done.
Melissa is the best! My hair and make up for my wedding was THE BEST! It was even better than my trial. The other stylists were nice also. They allowed us to come into the salon ea...
rly to set up food and drinks and even wrote out congratulations on their white board for me. This salon is so cute and friendly. Not to mention the prices were so reasonable! Highly recommend SHD and Melissa!
AMAZING, WONDERFUL, AWESOME I literally cannot say enough good things about how PERFECT my wedding morning went. And, working with them beforehand was so easy too - they responded ...
to all of my emails and questions promptly and professionally. Wedding day was great and it started with the cheerful, fun, SO accommodating - AND timely! - women of SHD. My maid of honor didn't love her hair (as happens on occasion) - and they re-did her entire up-do and we STILL were done early - and she loved it. My hair looked perfect, and held up all night, and my (air-brush! totally worth it!!) make-up looked flawless too. Melissa, Holly, and Alessia, thank you, thank you, thank you, for making my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law look like movie-stars and fixing details happily whenever it was requested. You were wonderful and you started the day off perfectly. I am still so thrilled with the service we got and was so happy with the whole morning. Seriously, THANK YOU SHD - it was an incredible experience and I loved every second. Highly, highly recommend them.
I could not have been more pleased with SHD. They did my hair and makeup along with a few of my bridesmaids and my mom. Simone and Missy were so kind and so much fun to hang out wi...
th! These girls are so talented and all of us girls felt so beautiful! My hair and makeup stayed perfect all day despite the 90 degree weather. SHD's customer service is impeccable and they made my day completely stress free!
Melissa, Leslie, and the whole SHD team did a beautiful job with the hair and makeup for our August 2017 wedding! They were wonderful to work with and the girls in our wedding part...
y had a blast getting ready at the salon with them. Melissa was fun to work with, easy to talk to, and listened to any ideas or thoughts I had - and then made them reality. SHD was also accommodating with my mother, who lives out of town, and with my mother-in-law in getting them both a hair and makeup trial in the month before our big day. Additionally, I was nervous to add some color to my pale complexion, butthe spray tan that I got a few days before the wedding looked so natural and enhanced the wonderful hair and makeup the day of!
