of months in advance, Missy and I did a fun, low-stress trial run for both hair and make-up. Missy took my inspiraton pictures into consideration and created the perfect updo for my wedding look and my hair type. And somehow the updo looked even better on my wedding day! The morning of the wedding, Missy, Simone and Stepheni brought everything they needed to make-over the entire bridal party plus moms to the house where we got ready. It was so nice being able to get ready in the comfort of (my parents') home while still getting a professional salon experience. The three of them were delightful and kept the vibe positive and fun. Actually, one of the only times I felt my nerves melt away the entire morning was when Missy was working on my hair! These girls are awesome and I will continue to go to Serendipity to have my hair done.

to all of my emails and questions promptly and professionally. Wedding day was great and it started with the cheerful, fun, SO accommodating - AND timely! - women of SHD. My maid of honor didn't love her hair (as happens on occasion) - and they re-did her entire up-do and we STILL were done early - and she loved it. My hair looked perfect, and held up all night, and my (air-brush! totally worth it!!) make-up looked flawless too. Melissa, Holly, and Alessia, thank you, thank you, thank you, for making my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law look like movie-stars and fixing details happily whenever it was requested. You were wonderful and you started the day off perfectly. I am still so thrilled with the service we got and was so happy with the whole morning. Seriously, THANK YOU SHD - it was an incredible experience and I loved every second. Highly, highly recommend them.

y had a blast getting ready at the salon with them. Melissa was fun to work with, easy to talk to, and listened to any ideas or thoughts I had - and then made them reality. SHD was also accommodating with my mother, who lives out of town, and with my mother-in-law in getting them both a hair and makeup trial in the month before our big day. Additionally, I was nervous to add some color to my pale complexion, butthe spray tan that I got a few days before the wedding looked so natural and enhanced the wonderful hair and makeup the day of!
