SHE Paperie & Design Boutique

ny called She Paperie and when we checked out their website, we were sold with the first invitation that was posted and let our coordinator know we were interested! She introduced us to the owner, Suzanne Perreault Johnson, over email and then we met her in person to brainstorm ideas for our Plasterer Paper. She arrived carrying the prettiest box of paper showing us actual stationery of her past clients from work for other local vendors to even famous baseball players’ weddings recently featured in Martha Stewart Weddings. She brought the invitation we fell in love with online and we fell in love with it all over again! She taught us design terms we didn’t know existed and we were able to physically see the difference between paper thickness and printing options for any design idea. Chris wanted minimal and modern, but I wanted pretty. We knew we wanted all of our paper to have purpose and wanted it to be #AllMCEverything. Suzanne would listen to us, take what we both liked and then create a She version that sent our Save The Date and wedding invitation to another level. We were so impressed with her work that we ordered more She from our acrylic signage to ceremony programs to our absolute favorite - Plasterer Playbills. She met with us over dinner and dessert dates (She loves a good chocolate chip cookie like us!) to paper plan and laugh about life. She sent proofs for everything in production keeping us in the loop of progress or change in plans so that we would always be in-the-know. She was patient with our decision making, our nonstop editing and our ridiculous requests for changes only we would care about. She appreciated our attention to detail and understood our love for creativity. She offered to pick up, package and deliver our mini macaron wedding favors to help take something off our plates. She even mailed us love notes and left us the sweetest surprise in the back room of our reception to enjoy wedding weekend. We don’t know when she sleeps. In between paper parties, she is a devoted wife of a cool history teacher (She will rap Hamilton with you!), a present Supermom of twins who always have the cutest Halloween costumes and an active member of her church. But as busy as she is, we are now designing with her our thank you cards, holiday cards and Chris’ 40th birthday party (9 years early). We are also figuring out our next dinner and dessert date.
