o we were worried having photographers around on our wedding day would feel awkward and forced but we hardly noticed Shea and her husband Jacob, the second photographer (in a good way!). They are creative, professional, and were so much fun to have around on our special day. We highly recommend them!!

mountain views without the photos being too dark or too bright, and Shea was perfect! On our wedding day she arrived right on time. The weather was unpredictable that day which lead to a ceremony on top of a mountain to having to be emergency evacuated down due to lightning. Shea and her husband were calm and collected and still get the most amazing shots! The weather didn't cooperate the rest of the evening, so we didn't have the opportunity to take any photos at the ceremony site, but Shea was willing to come back another day after the wedding to get those perfect shots. A few days later we returned to the venue again and the weather turned AGAIN. We sat in the car during a hail storm for 30min. It was well worth the wait, mother nature gave us the most beautiful painted sky and pink mountains, which Shea was able to capture it all without washing out any of the colors! Her photography and editing skills are everything you could ask for!

A survey she provided us allowed us to guide our wedding day to fit our preferences. Shea made our first look special with her gentle presence, capturing the strong emotions of that moment. Following that, we took wedding party photos. Shea and her husband (and second photographer), Jacob, were fun and genuine in their attitudes. We were all laughing and smiling the entire time. No awkward photos or fake smiles for us! The ceremony photos were stunning, they exude emotion. Shea did a spectacular job organizing our formal family photos. If you have ever taken formal photos with grandma, cousins, etc., you know how crazy that can get! Shea was sweet while being direct. All we had to worry about was smiling with our new families. Our reception was a blast and you can see that in the photos. Shea occasionally checked in with us throughout the night, however, she was able to photograph our special day without constant direction. She helped us have a truly stress-free night! Following the wedding, Shea was surprisingly quick at getting us our sneak peek photos and then our full gallery. I am thankful we were able to find such a great photographer to capture the most special day of our lives.

She also sent me a care package for last minute wedding prep including a customized bag with my fiance and my name on it. The day of the wedding she was so calm, organized, assertive, and helpful!
