We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have had such a stellar team of vendors for our wedding, and among them, Shelby truly stood out as a gem. Our wedding day, which took ...

place on October 21st, was accompanied by relentless rain, but Shelby's remarkable professionalism and dedication shone through. From the moment she arrived, Shelby impressed us with her punctuality and her proactive approach. She immediately began scouting alternate photo locations around the venue, anticipating that the rain might limit our time outdoors. This foresight demonstrated her commitment to ensuring we'd have stunning photos regardless of the weather. One of the aspects we valued most about Shelby's photography style was her ability to capture candid, authentic moments as they unfolded, rather than relying solely on posed shots. This approach allowed us to relive the genuine emotions and joy of our special day. After the ceremony, my husband and I braved the rain with Shelby, and despite getting soaked, she gave it her all to capture beautiful, rain-kissed moments. Her dedication and enthusiasm were truly commendable. As the evening progressed, Shelby did an excellent job of keeping us on schedule, reminding us of key moments we wanted to capture before she wrapped up her work. Her organizational skills and attention to detail were crucial in ensuring that we didn't miss any significant moments. Within just 24 hours, we received a sneak peek of our wedding photos, and they exceeded our wildest expectations. Shelby's talent was evident in every image, as she managed to make the rain appear magical and perfectly encapsulated the unique "vibe" of our day. We've received numerous compliments on the sneak peek, leaving us eager for the full gallery. We have no doubt they will be exceptional. More than just her skill as a photographer, Shelby's kindness and calming presence were invaluable on a day filled with excitement and nerves. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our wedding day that much smoother and more enjoyable. In summary, Shelby not only met but exceeded our expectations in every way. We are forever grateful for the beautiful memories she helped us create and for her unwavering dedication to her craft. Choosing Shelby as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a talented, thoughtful, and genuinely caring photographer for their special day.

Shelby was such a pleasure to work with from our engagement photos to our wedding day. She was super laid back but also on top of things and knew exactly what shots to get and how ...

to effortlessly get us into poses that looked very natural. She was great at organizing our family together for group shots and my now husband (!) and I cannot wait to get back our album. We have just seen the sneak peaks and the people we've shared them with have said they are the most amazing photographs they've ever seen! Someone commented about how she was truly able to capture our emotions on film. Her editing style is beautiful and you really feel like you have no clue what the photos are going to look like as you're taking them because she's so relaxed throughout the whole thing but once you get them back you're amazed! Highly recommend Shelby for your wedding photographs and will definitely be using her in our future!

I’m a bit delayed in sharing this review (wedding was in June 22) but better late than never and Shelby deserves all the praise and recognition considering how wonderful her work a...

nd partnership were. Shelby was so incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We had a change of venues, I had to slide our engagement shoot due to weather, and I was fairly picky on the editing - and she was so remarkable though all of this!! She absolutely went with the flow - even getting on our boat with us to do some shots for our engagement shoot! She has a great eye and composes the photos beautifully and she’s able to get a really nice balance of the candid and posed shots. And she got all of the wedding details - seriously, I was so impressed with everything she was able to document for us and how beautiful everything looked. I’m so grateful we found Shelby and for all of the work she did leading up to the wedding, on the day, and all of the work it took to add all of the finishing touches to the photos. I’m really looking forward to continuing to follow Shelby and her work. Consider yourself fortunate if you get to work with her!!
