Brian was very helpful when we came to Shelle looking for my wedding band, and for some repairs on my husbands wedding band (family heirloom). I explained my vision to Brian, and h...e was quick to be honest about the limitations based on the fit with my existing engagement ring (purchased online through a separate company). He showed me a few options based on my design requests to personalize my band. Brian was professional, and didn't automatically show me the most expensive jewelry. I was very satisfied with my customization; however, it took about 2 weeks extra for it to be complete. I highly recommend this family-owned company!
