Even though Shelly was unable to photograph my wedding, it was still amazing! Shelly works along side different photographers and she found the best runner up to photograph my wedding and then Shelly edited the photos. All of the photos are to beautiful and I would do it all over again in a heart beat. I am in love with the photos and they tell the story of our wedding perfectly. 💒👰🤵❤

I've known that Shelly would be my wedding photographer since I graduated from high school. I love how she captured my likeness during my bridal portraits as well as during the wedding. For my bridal portraits, I sent Shelly an inspiration picture. At the location, Shelly scoped out the best location to recreate the perfect photo. We both worked through the summer heat in Texas and beautiful pictures were captured. Brian and I wanted someone who would take the lead and guide us through our special day, and Shelly did not disappoint. She helped Brian and his groomsmen fix their pocket squares. The one thing I loved most about Shelly is that she wanted to make sure that even the smallest request, like our private cake cutting, was captured perfectly. If you are looking for someone meticulously hardworking and unbelievably talented, Shelly is your photographer!

I looking for a photographer she was honestly my first one I looked for . Immediately she made sure it was all about the Bride and Groom. She is very professional and friendly at the same time. Her kindness love of her job and her photo gallery is what had me hire her. Her photos tell a story from beginning to the end. No matter what package you pick. She is still in contact with us even after our wedding. She makes you feel like family. She made my day feel so special and made sure I was taken care of every moment as well as my husband. Let me just start by saying that Shelly is an incredible human being that I am so glad to have met! I was referred to her by one of her previous brides who gushed about how great she was and how she made her feel so comfortable, which is huge since you literally spend your entire wedding day with your photographer. We met with Shelly and there was an instant connection! She's charismatic and such a happy person that it's hard not to feel instantly drawn in by her. She worked with us and tailored a wedding day package for our needs! We had our son a few months before meeting her, so the fact that she was able to help tailor a package to fit our needs was extremely helpful! Shelly has an amazing gift and compared to other photographers with the similar talent, she comes at a much more manageable cost. She was also my saving grace on my wedding day! We love using Shelly Beck! She always goes above and beyond to make sure the shoot is set up perfectly to how you envision it. I have used her for many photo shoots, recently a Boudoir shoot. She made me feel so comfortable and encouraged and gave me insight on what worked and didn't. She keeps these shoots very professional so that the shots end up very tasteful. Shelly did a great job capturing special moments during our wedding and putting together our heirloom album and prints. She was friendly to all my family members, accommodating, knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable compared to a lot of the other photographers we considered. It was like she was one of my friends who was there to help make my day go smoothly, and she stepped in when the coordinator did not. We took them at The Pearl and from the way our pictures came out, you would have never know that we were dodging the rain all morning. I took my bridal portraits at the McNay Art Museum, which turned out beautiful. When I finally showed my husband he couldn't pick a favorite. They were truly incredible. Could have sworn I had already given 5 stars! Anyways. Here's my story. We met Mrs. Beck at a bridal expo and when she asked us if we knew our wedding date we kind of laughed and told her we were waiting for the 2015 Texas A&M Football Schedule to come out before setting a date. Most of the other photographers didn't understand but Shelly did 100%! Needless to say we hit it off and we booked. Leading up to the wedding we had a few sit downs to discuss what all we wanted shot. She took my beautiful (then) fiancé and took amazing bridal portraits in the middle of nowhere. Come wedding day it was a monsoon but we had to make due with what we had to work with. Her team was huge help and did an amazing job in getting us in the right positions as well as getting those quirky random shots when you didn't know they are shooting! Even though it was sprinkling outside she asked us if we didn't mind getting a little wet to do or shots outside. We were game! We got those prints back and they turned out amazing! Shelly was so great the day of my wedding as well as my bridal portraits. She went over and beyond my expectations. When it came to my bridal portraits, she went out of her way and asked a driver of an old classic car who had just dropped off another bride and groom at there reception if he would mind if she got a few shots of me with his car. To which he said of course, this made me so happy since my dad loves classic cars. The day of our wedding went so smoothly, she took charge and got some great pictures and both her and her staff were so helpful. They certainly felt like family to us that day.

I found Shelly Beck Photography on google and was so exicted after meeting with her. She really does care about every bride and you can see that just by the way she talks with you. Photography is a true passion for her. She isn't over priced like most photographers and she even gives you a personal relationship and customizes everything to your needs. My package was custom and incluluded engagement, bridal, and 6 hours day of. Turn around time was fast compared to most. The staff she brings with her is professional and fun. I truly am blessed to have her as my photographer and friend. She will continue to do photography for myself and family. All of her photos were stunning and she captures actual genuine moments and doesn't alter them! Super talented!!
