Shelly was absolutely amazing and truly one of the best decisions we made for our big day! She was wonderful at communicating with us throughout the process and even sent the sweet...
est messages on the wedding day to calm my nerves. During pictures, she kept me grounded when I started feeling overwhelmed by all the people, and she had already scouted the perfect spot for our first look. One of the most thoughtful touches was having a framed photo from our first look waiting for us at dinner—it meant so much to us. Shelly captured all of the wonderful moments beautifully, and her kindness and professionalism shined every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend her more!
At the end of the day we left thinking about what we had to remember the night... which is our photos.
As a wedding coordinator, I’ve seen my fair share of photographers, but when...
it came to my own wedding, I knew exactly who I wanted behind the lens— Shelly M Photography!
Being on the other side of the wedding planning process, I had high expectations, and I can honestly say, Shelly exceeded them in every way. Here’s why I’m absolutely raving about her:
1️. Professionalism that Shines – From the moment we connected to the final shot of the night, she was a true professional. She handled the timeline, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made sure every special moment was captured without stress or disruption.
2️. Master at Navigating Family Dynamics – Weddings are full of diverse personalities and family dynamics, and Shelly handled it all like a pro. She made everyone feel comfortable, from the shyest guests to the most energetic ones, ensuring no one was left out and everyone looked great! This includes the difficult family ;)
3. Affordable Quality – You don’t have to break the bank for quality. She delivers amazing photos at a price that won’t make your wallet cry. As someone who knows the wedding industry inside and out, I can tell you that Shelly M Photography offers exceptional value. I’ve worked with photographers who either cost a fortune or leave you feeling like something’s missing, but with Shelly, there was zero compromise on quality or experience.
I’m so happy with the photos from my wedding, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you're a bride, or another wedding pro looking for a talented photographer who knows how to make magic happen, Shelly is the one to book! From ceremony photos, couple portraits, details and dancing photos, I'm blown away.
