The staff was kind and accommodating, the food was good, and the bar was a fun place for guests to gather after the wedding. They worked with us on our room block and budget, and while we did need to remind them about some dietary needs like vegan, pescatarian, and kids’ meals, everything was handled and our guests were happy. It was a great home base for our wedding weekend.

y say their goodbyes to everyone. My wife and I couldn't stay long as we had to head to the airport for our honeymoon, but we heard nothing but good things from our guests and got to enjoy some food to go so we could enjoy it on our way to LAX.
We also had about 20 rooms booked by our wedding guests for the weekend and they greatly appreciated the low rates and beautiful accommodations!

y info I needed, and got everything set up and confirmed for me. We booked more than enough rooms with them, so we were able to get a free upgrade to a suite for our wedding night. They provided a shuttle for free since we booked enough rooms, the shuttle went to and from the venue for all of our guests staying with them..and the staff made our stay special on our wedding night! All of our guests would sit, drink, and hang out throughout the lobby & bar for the two nights, some until 3 am, and the staff was so great to us. The Sheraton was well worth the cost the stay and the boys enjoyed the pool all day before the wedding. Great hotel, and location.

They also set up our shuttles since we had enough people to fill a room minimum -- so this helped a lot in our wedding budget and made sure everyone had a way to get to the venue in Malibu easily.
We had another room block at the Four Seasons Westlake Village down the street -- they were NOT as cool as the Sheraton in allowing an after party. While some of us were getting kicked around and mistreated at the Four Seasons down the road not allowing us to convene for a drink post-wedding, the rest of my guests were having a blast at their own after party until 5 am. The Sheraton is a fun hotel and is a great place for a wedding block and afterparty!

enue for 8hrs (as long as we met a minimum for booked room). They do use an outside company for their shuttle which I had some issues with the day of and have complained to them. We requested an early check in and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The rooms were all really clean and the beds were so comfortable. They even left my husband and I a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room on our wedding night. I would definitely stay there again.

weekends, therefore we experienced some delays in regards to room check-in. Try not to plan anything too close to 4 p.m. check in, or make coordinator aware of this previous issue so they will make sure to avoid it.
