This is a pricy hotel. The location was great for us (ppl could walk to our wedding venue), so I'm glad we used it -- but beyond that, I wouldn't recommend it. The service when b...ooking our room/room block was really confusing, and people were hard to get a hold of. Overall, not very accomodating. The front desk seems very clueless and like there is a lack of communication. The room was very nice - but not one ever came to clean it. When we asked for champagne glasses (from room service) we received plastic bathroom cups. And the service downstairs in the restaurant was a mess... my family wound up getting up and taking silverware/salt/pepper/etc. from other empty tables.
