She was highly professional and helpful, making check-in a smooth and enjoyable experience. My room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant was another highlight — the new à la carte breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelette, oatmeal, fresh fruits - a whole lot better than the buffet from our last stay in August. Our servers Hamid and Azeb from last time were friendly, attentive, and professional, providing outstanding service. This was our second stay and we had a wonderful experience again — I highly recommend the Westin Crystal City for anyone visiting the area.

thin I could hear the neighbors entire conversation word for word. An hour after checking in (at around 7pm), a housekeeping staff member knocked on the door to check if my room was ready. I said it was fine and he repeatedly asked if I had all of the towels I needed. It was weird. Shouldn’t they confirm this before allowing a guest to check into the room? On the second day of my stay I got a notification that the hotel had attempted to charge my card again, and the app showed the wrong dates and room number. I checked with the front desk, who informed me that there was another guest with the same last name and first initial staying and they had mixed up our reservations. I asked that they please correct this and remove my information from the other guest’s stay. The front desk agent said it was all corrected. When I went to check out, they asked why I was leaving a day early. I said I wasn’t, and it turned out the error the day prior hadn’t been corrected. They had just switched the names. The folio had the wrong dates, amount, room rate, and address on it. I had to get to the airport and the agent said I’d be emailed a corrected folio later in the day. When I received it, it was still completely incorrect. Avoid this one and stay at the Crystal Gateway Marriott next door. A much better experience.

This is unacceptable. every time I call them, they put me on hold and refuse to help even after saying they would to me and my employer. The request is not difficult and the hotel staff has repeated assured us the task could be completed. What is the issue here? I will update my review once my issue is resolved. I really cannot believe this level of intentional ineptitude.
