We cannot thank Mindy and Chelsea at the Sheraton enough for their incredible support throughout our wedding journey. From the very beginning, Mindy made the planning process feel structured and stress-free, handling every detail (including the safe delivery and coordination of my personal decor boxes) with such care. On the day of the event, Chelsea was a total rockstar. When we ran into a temperature issue in the room, she handled it so quickly and professionally that it didn't even have a chance to become a stressor. As someone who is quite 'Type A,' I was blown away by how much I was able to just let go and trust them. They are a powerhouse team who truly care about their couples. If you want to feel completely taken care of on your big day, Mindy and Chelsea are the ones you want in your corner! We also had our dinner on-site at the RumFire Private Dining Room which we were VERY impressed with. Great views, great service, amazing food & beverages - 1000% recommend this for your wedding dinner. Our ONLY complaint was the steep hill to walk down at the Ocean Point ceremony location as the aisle. It was a bit difficult to navigate & unexpected, but the gorgeous ocean views and Sheraton team made up for this!

Our wedding at the Sheraton Kauai Resort in Poipu was absolutely unforgettable. Every detail felt intentional, warm, and beautifully executed. From the moment our guests arrived, they were captivated by the stunning property, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches throughout the resort. The venue itself was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our entire room block featured oceanfront views—I truly don’t think a hotel room could get any closer to the ocean. Our wedding suite opened directly onto our ceremony site, the Ocean Lawn, which made the experience feel seamless and incredibly special. While getting my makeup done, I was able to watch the team setting up our wedding from our balcony, with the ocean stretching endlessly in front of us. It was a moment I will never forget. Our wedding day itself was a dream. The ceremony location was breathtaking beyond words. I still get emotional thinking about the first time I saw it in person—FaceTime previews simply didn’t do it justice. The backdrop was romantic, timeless, and truly unforgettable. And the food—wow. Our guests are still talking about it. Hands down, it was the best wedding and luau food we’ve ever had. The chef and food and beverage team went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, from the incredible spread to fun, personalized details like the malasada bar with French fries that made the night feel so uniquely us. We also loved every moment spent on the property outside of the wedding itself—from relaxing at the bungalow pool to enjoying consistently excellent food and drinks. The resort made it effortless for our guests to relax, celebrate, and fully enjoy the experience. The guest room attendants and staff were truly incredible. Their kindness and attention made us feel so celebrated, especially returning to a beautifully prepared room after the wedding and waking up to a delicious basket of treats the next morning. Those thoughtful moments meant so much to us. What truly sets the Sheraton Kauai Resort apart is the team. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care brought every detail in our hearts to life. Our guests continue to rave about the experience, and we are endlessly grateful to have celebrated one of the most meaningful days of our lives in such a beautiful and magical place.
