I cannot say enough great things about the Sheraton Mpls West! Mary Wright is a dream to work with and took care of everything for us! From booking a block of rooms to creating a signature drink for us, we are more than satisfied with how our wedding turned out thanks to the amazing people at the Sheraton Mpls West! I would high recommend them for a beautiful wedding setup that gets you a definite 'bang' for your buck!

The Sheraton Minneapolis west allowed us to enjoy our day without having to worry about any coordinating of our own. Jackie, the event coordinator is so fun and easy to work with!

Lindsey at the Sheraton Minneapolis West was so awesome to set up the room block and stay in communication. She answered all my questions promptly and offered great advice when needed! I had many guests report they were impressed with the price and the quality of the hotel! Great choice!

We had the wedding ceremony, reception and breakfast/gift opening at the Sheraton Minneapolis West and were very happy with all aspects of the two days. The room decorations were elegant and tasteful. The food for our social hour and reception was just like we tried at the taste testing months before. All superb! Our event coordinator, Wendy was helpful every step of the way! Very pleased with the service at the Sheraton.

We had nothing but spectacular customer service from everyone at the Sheraton! Wendy was awesome to work with and her flexibility made planning so much easier! The ballroom was beautiful and they set everything up for us just how we wanted it! The food was great and the service was also.

It was more than I planned on spending but the room looked great, food was amazing, and the service was very helpful. Only complaint, they took our cake plates away during our first dance.. so i would suggest serving the cake on plastic ware in hopes there would be less waste and a chance to eat the cake!

Wendy was a pleasure to work with and she helped ensure that our wedding reception went as smoothly as possible. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just gorgeous. There was so much natural beauty that we didn't feel like we needed to do any of the ceiling drapery or other embellishments. They have gorgeous chandeliers in the ballroom and the room was definitely accommodating to the size of our guest list. The hotel was also a great deal, especially for our out-of-town guests! We held our gift opening in one of the banquet rooms the following morning and it was a nicely set-up space. Our gift from the hotel was complimentary overnight accommodation in one of their guest suites and when we got there at the end of the reception we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, along with a personalized note from Wendy congratulating us on our day. She also included complimentary breakfast that could be brought to our room or enjoyed in the hotel restaurant. Overall, very good experience and we would recommend!

We loved the venue and everything turned out gorgeous. The food was amazing, the bartenders were fun. However, our cake topper was lost, the dessert was supposed to be self served (wedding coordinator at the hotel and I agreed on this beforehand) and instead it was passed out to the tables. There was also a problem with "wedding crashers" and the hotel has no one to help stop unknown people from entering the ballroom via the side door.

This was a great reception site! They renovated the whole ballroom and we were the first ones that got to use it!! Wendy is also amazing to work with!!!

Our reception and guest accommodations were at the Sheraton West and it was fabulous! Wendy Pudlick was wonderful and helped with out decisions and any last minute details we needed. She was on-site to help and show us the ballroom before anyone entered. The food was great. We had a plated dinner and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Our guests were truly impressed with the food and the service. The guest rooms are neat, clean, and the beds are very comfy. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone planning a wedding!
