The bartender was on the dance floor instead of focusing on service. The ceremony/reception room was also not being properly cleaned beforehand .

They really make our special day wonderful. Very little stress, the staff at Sheraton go above and beyond - and their wedding package is so affordable. We had a beautiful wedding without breaking our bank. If I had to choose a venue all over again, I’d stick with the Sheraton. Thank you everyone for making everything so beautiful and easy for us.

ved, issues persisted. We had the rehearsal dinner there and I stayed in a suite that night. They put us in the wrong room so I was late for the rehearsal because we were trying to straighten things out and then I was late for the rehearsal dinner because we had to move rooms. Very poor.
