Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for several days.
A plus is the 24-hour hotel shuttle and the in-house restaurant. The food served for breakfast was always fresh and delightful. The waiters & waitresses were top-tier and pleasant.

he room amenities were good; but the only thing missing was a microwave to heat food.
Overall, i.was pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Everyone was fabulous, we couldn't have had a better experience dealing with the staff. Location is great, rooms are pretty nice, unless you need to charge anything. The table between the beds had outlets and USB outlets and none of them worked...
. Fortunately the outlet in the bathroom worked so no huge issue, just super inconvenient when you're in for a might between flights.

The rooms are okay. My bathroom had water damage and the beginnings of mold. The carpets throughout the property look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while. There were crumbs all over outside the door to my room. The linens and towels have...
seen better days but no hair or stains so far. Surprisingly little noise from the airport but the constant horrible banging sound from the AC units throughout the hotel made it impossible to sleep. It literally sounded like the ductwork was collapsing in my room every 5-10 minutes. I don’t know if it’s dampers slamming shut in the ducts or what, but it is incredibly unsettling and disturbing. The hotel staff ranged from kind and helpful to uninterested and transactional.

ith the rooms. I was given room 522 and initially I was alarmed by the closeness of the runway. It looks like there is a hangar with smaller private jets just adjacent to the hotel. At the prime hour of 4 AM you can clearly hear and feel the planes taking off. Additionally the shower was not maintained because while showering the tub would fill faster than water would drain... which i found disgusting but not a deal breaker. However, the next night starting around 1 AM I noticed an extremely loud banging sound coming from the plumbing which recurred every few minutes and absolutely destroyed my ability to sleep. The only silver lining was that I had to stay here for only 2 nights. I do NOT recommend this hotel. My colleagues had a much better time at Aloft which is just down the road.

If I could give it -10 I would. Went to have a drink with my gf who was staying there. Pulled into park and hit the button for a parking ticket nothing came out of machine and gate was already up so I parked was there about an hr. And on leavin...
g gate was down wanted a ticket didn’t have one so option two said press for help pressed option two and it said unavailable so pressed option 3 which was lost ticket which I did not lose ticket they didn’t give one. Asked for credit card scanned and did not get a receipt from machine so next day look at my banking and they charged me $50.00 to park for 1 hr!! I don’t mind paying for parking but make sure your machine is working first and foremost. Called to complain someone was suppose to get back to me but surprise surprise haven’t heard a word from them. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I would sleep in my car before I ever went there again !!
