Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel

I just had my wedding reception at the Sheraton a few weeks ago, and I can honestly say it was a night that I will never forget. Kristen was so easy to work with and knew exactly how I wanted the room to be set up. I was amazed that with my 360 guests, Kristen made the room feel so "intimate". It definitely did not feel like I had that many guests attending my wedding reception. She was also very easy to get a hold of and meet up with as well, which was extremely helpful since I was planning my wedding from Boston. The food was also phenomenal, and my guests were pleased with what they received. During the wedding reception, Kristen was very attentive and regularly let me know what was going on (ex. let me know that cake cutting was in 5 min.) so I could prepare and map out my time to greet my guests. I can happily say that both myself, and Steve said hi to all of our guests AND still had time to dance to almost every song. We also were able to eat our meals first too, which brides in the past have told me is "unheard of". Overall, I am very pleased with how my night turned out and I would without a doubt recommend them to any bride and groom to be :)

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Sheraton. I had a Disney themed wedding here this November, and everything came out just as I would have hoped. Kristen and the rest of the Sheraton staff were so accommodating and understanding of our needs (especially since I have an especially needy family). Anyways, from the ceremony space to the reception room, everything was organized and decorated just as I would have hoped. Awesome staff, AMAZING food, great flexibility, everything you want for your wedding day!
