own to accommodating the distribution of welcome packets/schedules and gift bags! With the amount of guests we had staying at the hotel we were comped a suite for 3 nights, our parents and grandparents were upgraded to the executive floor, we received two free shuttle services. In fact they accommodated holding our refrigerated items that we needed for the actual wedding day, and delivered flutes for us to use! They bent over backwards making our weekend to be everything we could have hoped for and more. Upon arrival to our room on our wedding night we found a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND; I am hooking my venue up with them as their preferred partner!

very easy transition. Our block we had no problems with, they were constantly there to answer questions and to let you know how the block was doing. We got the bridal suite for free on the night of the wedding due to 10+ rooms blocked, & the hotel gave complimentary champagne and glasses for the bride and groom as well as set-up their room with special petals, etc. that we gave them. The hotel itself is GORGEOUS and the club level is worth every penny. Location is perfect, and there is a restaurant, pool and fitness center--everything guests want, Super impressed and would come back in a heart beat. Thank you Sheraton!

Too bad the ride to this point was not as beautiful.
When our guests reserved the room, they would select the reservations option from the menu, which went to corporate. They did not have any information on the block, so that messed up a lot of the reservations.
When the family was connected to the correct person, they were given a wide variety of prices instead of the consistent block rate. My husband had to call and complain and keep on the person in charge to make sure that our family was charged fairly and that their reservations went towards our block.
We are still happy with the block, but beware of the hard times ahead!

the planning process. The hotel is relatively new and our guests were very happy with the accommodations. There are good eateries within walking distance and a short drive away from any shopping you would need. For us, we preferred the other hotel our guests stayed at (Country Inn and
Suites in Cottage Grove) because they provided a free shuttle to and from the wedding and reception
site for all of our guests at that hotel. The Sheraton offers a shuttle, but it was $75 each direction for every trip. It was going to be much more expensive than just paying for an uber for each guest. It was nice that they provided it but ended up not working out for our situation. Overall, they were easy to work with, but there were better options for our wedding venue (Hope Glen Farm).
