Sherwood Florist

The staff at Sherwood Florist did an amazing job on my flowers for my July 30th wedding. The flowers went perfectly with my other colors and the staff were really great at getting back to me with questions or concerns.

I made an appointment with this florist almost 2 months before my wedding, I had made a special trip up to my wedding site for this reason. The customer service I received was definately sub par. The woman who I spoke with sat behind a computer, coughing and complaining about her cold. She had no flowers to show me, no sketch, or even colors to go off of other than my own swatches. She gave somewhat brief mental pictures of what she was going for, but nothing I felt I could actually see. She did very little in terms of allowing me time to think, I debated with my mom and maid of honor over size and shape of bouquets for a moment, which seemed too long for this particular worker. The price she quoted for my bouquet, 3 corsages, 8 boutineers and 6 bridesmaid bouquets was outrageous. She also added on a delivery fee of almost $100, the acutal drive was less than 15 miles. I chose a different florist.

I had only gone to one other florist to compare prices. The other florist told me the colors I wanted wouldn't really work together. Sherwood was cheaper, they worked with my budget and were able to visualize and create what I wanted.
