We booked Kimberly for our January 2026 wedding as the 'month of coordinator' as well as 'designer & decorator'. It was the best decision we made. Kimberly was clutch on so many le...
vels. She provided timely responses, excellent suggestions, and worked seamlessly with all of the other vendors. She took care of any issues and gave us peace of mind.
Kimberly has great attention to detail, and proactively sought solutions to things we had not even thought about. She took charge and ran the wedding smoothly and how we had envisioned it.
Due to an unforeseen snowstorm that entered our state into a state of emergency, Kimberly went above and beyond by setting up the room early, ensuring our day was not going to be hampered, and even spending the night prior in our hotel venue.
We cannot say enough praises for Shindigs & Weddings
6/5 stars
Kim from Shindigs and Weddings is the best move you can make!! She put in SOOOOO much time and work to make my wedding dream come true. We are from FL and wanted a wedding in KY so...
we decided to look into wedding planners to help. Kim had the best recommendations for other vendors and gave a variety of options. She stayed on top of all vendors to make sure they would show up and do a perfect job (which is very important). From the venue getting bankrupt and going under new ownership, to the makeup artist canceling kind of last minute, Kim had it all figured out to keep our dreams alive. She personally drove all our rentals over to the venue that was over an hour away to save us HUNDREDS on delivery fees. She drove our cake and floral to save us a ton of money and stress. She was just the most amazing and supportive wedding planner you could imagine and we trust her so much. BOOK HER!! Also her husband is the best DJ ever and made our reception a night to remember! And her decorating was amazing!!
Kimberly was amazing! She helped with planning, coordinated the day of and did all of the flower arrangements and decorations. Our wedding was perfect and everything went so smooth...

in meetings and regular updates on vendors, we felt so much more prepared for our big day. Kimberly had all the right questions and demonstrated so much kindness and expertise in her coordinating services as well as being happy and willing to help with decor for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, we felt very at ease and relaxed because we knew Kimberly had us covered.
We are so grateful for all that she did for us and our wedding!

The best decision that we could have ever made during our wedding process was booking Kimberly as our day-of coordinator. For the final month, we had weekly meetings to make sure t...
hat we were prepared for the big day. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing that our big day was in great hands. Kimberly was such a blessing, and we were thankful to have worked with her!
I cannot stress this enough: HIRE KIMBERLY. She did an absolutely amazing job, and then some. Other than myself (the bride) and the groom, she was the most important person at our ...
wedding! She really went above and beyond to make our big day as special as it possibly could be. She thought of questions that I never would have considered, and handled every curveball that was thrown at us with a direct plan of action. Any possible thing that came up, she had already considered it and already had a solution. She truly worked her butt off and everyone in my family noticed her organizational skills and can-do attitude. On top of all that, she's super nice and easy to talk to. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it, and hire Kimberly!!! You will not regret it.

ay went very smoothly! Our barn was decorated beautifully with her help and her rental items because she understood my vision very well! We couldn’t ask for a better wedding coordinator and highly recommend Shindings and Weddings!
Kimberly went above and beyond what was asked of her. Above it all, she kept me (the bride) calm and assured me everything was under control even when I obstacles were being thrown...
her way left and right on the day of- absolutely to no fault of her own! I had multiple family members and bridal party persons come up to me and praise how valuable Kimberly was to making the day run smoothly. If you are on the fence about a coordinator, specifically a day of coordinator, do what you need to do to make it happen. They are well worth the investment, and Kimberly is the pro. I am recommending her to anyone I know getting married!
Kimberly was the greatest, she saved me from all the stress from doing my flowers on my own. I needed a lot of help with centerpiece, bouquets and my arbor pieces. She gave me so m...
uch advice on how to prepare my flowers once my order arrived. My bridal party loved making the bouquets with her. Everything looked beautiful on my wedding day, it was perfect. She made the finishing touches the morning of the wedding! She is very affordable, I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with anything for your wedding. I utilized her floral decorating talents, she has a lot more services that she offers. Thank you Kimberly!!! ❤️

I don’t have enough good things to say about Kimberly! My day would not have gone the way it did without her! If there was a hiccup, she handled it and I didn’t know a thing about ...
it, as every bride should be on her day. But what I really owe Kimberly for is the time she spent leading up to our big day. Countless hours and hard work and zoom calls and check ins. She didn’t miss a beat. She responded to me quickly, and when life got in the way she let me know ahead of time. She let it be known that the brides vision is the most important no matter what family input you may have and if you were stuck on an idea she created better, I mean she built me a champagne wall!?! What else could a bride ask for!? Kimberly doesn’t just treat you like another client, she was my problem solver, my family mediator and my life saver!
