Shindigs Event Solutions has different wedding packages to choose from, each one building on the previous offering. With the most basic package, couples will meet with the team to discuss any details and focus points, get a coordinated wedding rehearsal, and a full day of oversight for the wedding. If you would like a bit more, the Wedding Coordination package includes a walkthrough of the venue, timeline creation, help with reviewing the vendor contracts, and assistance with setting up. Their most intensive offer consists of unlimited email contact, vendor recommendations, and advice and guidance for couples throughout the planning process. They will also help couples with the design of the wedding decor.

Colleen is wonderful!! She was flexible in meeting beforehand and helped our day run so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. My family and bridal party loved working with her so much she has since been booked for several of our friends.

We used Colleen for month/day of coordination- she was very professional and helpful throughout the entire planning process! She had so many tips, kept the wedding rehearsal and day on track, and was so flexible. Such a pleasure to work with, I would recommend her to anyone!
She was amazing! She helped out as much as she could. She even held the babies so parents could eat . Very prompt and reassuring if it wasn't for her my wedding wouldn't have went smoothly! I appreciate her and all her hard work.

I am a wedding dj and did a few weddings with Colleen. She is so easy to work with, even with hectic last minute changes. Colleen gives her all for an event. No effort is spared to make the bride and groom feel special. Colleen is very experienced and knows exactly how to handle all those challenges.
My fiancé and I made the tough decision to move our reception venue to a private residence due to Covid. Because of this, we decided to hire a day of coordinator to help with our reception. We are so happy we found Shindigs Event Solutions! Colleen checked in with us multiple times before the big day and made sure that everything ran smoothly before and during our reception. She was at our reception site to greet and guide our vendors and guests. Parking was something I really stressed about before the big day, but Colleen had everything under control and all guests were parked in an organized manner when we arrived. She set up decor, made sure we had everything we needed, and helped clean up as well. I would recommend Colleen to anyone looking for a coordinator. I knew she had everything covered, and it was such a good feeling to know I could enjoy my wedding day without stressing!
