Placed two orders for stadium cutouts. order #1 had 4 unique pictures. order #2 placed a few days after order #1 had 1 unique picture. order #1 -arrived with only 1 out of the 4 (invoice in box listed 4 items0 -spent 1hr on hold to resolve. customer service rep looked up my order asked me to hold. was on hold for 10 mins and then disconnected. -went to online chat with customer service. spent almost an hour on the chat to resolve the issue. And was assured they would reprint the entire order and it would get to my by the date before my event. Specifically said if there was any doubt lets cancel and I will find another vendor. was assured there would be no issue. -did not receive the reorder of order #1 and order # 2 did not arrive. -contacted customer service. spent 1.5 hours on chat. was given a new excuse after an hour saying that there was a file error. no details. just that was the reason. the other order had been shipped and she said would get there the next day which would have but it 10 days past the end of delivery range they quoted. After going back and forth for another 1/2hr I got a refund for both orders. I think they were just sick of me at that point and I wouldn't get off the phone. 4 days later and two days after my event I received order #2. however the item was not what I had ordered and was one of the items from order #1. supposedly the bad file. 2 days after that I received the reorder for order #1. I was told they never sent this because of the file errors. in that order I got 3 out of 4 items. 1 was the very first order I got from them. 1 more was one of the originals that was a file error. the 3rd was the item from order# 2 and the 4th was some random picture of someone's grandfather. I can understand a mistake. they happen. This company however either consistently lied and made promises they could not keep or were just so incompetent they lied to cover it up. Either way. not a trustworthy company you want to do business with. You will only be disappointed.
