i spent over 10 years in aerospace and decided i wasn’t fulfilling my creative dreams. i decided it was time to start over. it was then that shine on was born.
i am a mom of 3 boys as well as a wife of over 10 (15 years together). you’ll probaby see my husband coming along to your events as the muscle.
besides family, my interests are all things flowers, the beatles, led zeppelin, all real housewives, basically all Bravo shows.
i am a vegetarian who loves seltzer, hot tea, peach rings and sleeping!

I HIGHLY recommend Shine On Floral Design. Jessica was extremely easy and pleasant to work with and worked with me for our budget.
She delivered EXACTLY what I envisioned. She is so talented at what she does and the meeting we had prior to wedding just went so smoothly and I truly did not have to worry about a thing. Unbelievable. Jessica was the sweetest person and an absolute joy to work with. She was eager to make my floral dreams come true and took the time to meet with me and ensure that I was happy with everything throughout the process. From the bouquet to the floral arrangements, everything was beyond perfect. Jess has an eye like I have never seen before. If you are looking to support a woman-owned business AND get the best quality work, look no further. She even made us a special sweetheart table that everyone complimented throughout the night. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jess! She was so easy to work with and truly is gifted in what she does. She has such an eye for design and used the most beautiful flowers in our bouquets, boutonnières, arch, and tables! She paid so much attention to detail you can tell she cares about all of her clients!
Our wedding day ended up being rainy which meant we had some last minute switches - originally had gazebo decorations planned, Jess was able to come up with an entire arch underneath the tent we used for the ceremony - she was so incredibly flexible and went above and beyond what we were expecting. I was so blown away with how our ceremony looked I didn’t mind that it was raining!
I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put into our event! I would recommend Shine on Floral Designs to anyone - you don’t want to miss working with Jess!

Jessica is too good to be true! I was considering going DIY for florals because of the outrageous quotes I was getting like 10k minimum for flowers you use for a few hours than throw away. It felt so wasteful and I was ready to give up until I found Shine On. Jessica is very practical and worked with me to stick to what I had budgeted and make my floral dreams come true. I had the most beautiful bouquet and she completely captured the vibe I was going for. We had multiple emails and Skypes so she could make sure I was comfortable with the florals she was ordering and was very flexible with all of my last minute add ons. I would absolutely recommend Shine On!

Working with Jessica was a dream! She was very responsive and was super patient with my indecisiveness and last minute changes/additions to my wedding flowers. She sent me examples of her previous work, so I had an idea of what colors and types of flowers I was ordering. My bridal bouquet was made out of my mother and grandmothers dress, but I did order my bridesmaids bouquets, men’s boutonnières and ceremony florals from Jessica. They were all beautiful and the exact colors I requested. My ceremony would not have been the same without her help and setup. I highly recommend working with Shine on Floral Design!

This company truly made my dream wedding florals come to life! The owner Jessica is amazing to work with, she had her mind set on getting the vibe I was looking to achieve just right and she nailed it and then some. She took the time to send me pictures of all different types of flowers, and was open and honest about what she felt would look best, as well as what flowers would look good colored dark blue and which would not. She was very attentive and can work within any budget, I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for turning my floral dreams into a reality!!

Truly, 1000% recommend Jessica and Shine on Floral for your event. We hired Jessica for our wedding greens/flowers and bouquets. I wanted simple, classic, romantic greenery with white and blush flowers. She exceeded my expectations, and even offered pillar candle and glass cylinder rental for our centerpieces - which was amazing! So so affordable, responsive, and quality was amazing. Candles were so nice and didn’t look “used” at all. She made my wedding vision come to life . Couldn’t say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend.

Honest, professional, creative, and high quality! From planning to our wedding day, Shine on Floral Design was top notch. During the consultation Jessica was extremely thorough with clear communication and transparency. She has much knowledge in her profession and gives feedback when necessary. At the same time, she wanted to know everything about my vision and also my personality. She is a true artist that took both of those aspects and turned them into beautiful flower arrangements. The day of our wedding went perfect. She was on time and professional. The flowers were fresh, every detail was executed, and the arrangements were breathtaking. Truly above and beyond my expectations. Even my husband could not stop talking about the flowers after the wedding. My day job is in event planning. I have worked with many vendors and have high standards. Shine on Floral Design is one of the best vendors I have worked with and highly recommend them to anyone.

Shine on Floral Design did the centerpieces for my bridal shower and they were absolutely amazing and all of my guests were raving about them!! I also had Jess do the bouquets for my wedding which consisted of mine, my matron of honor and 4 bridesmaids. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and all the girls had gorgeous flowers as well! Everything looked great in pictures too! Jess is so creative and a pleasure to work with. She is extremely hardworking and has a great eye for detail. I will definitely be using her for other events in the future!

Jessica was wonderful to work with! Planning a wedding during covid was tough to say the least, we hadn't booked any vendors until very last minute, including the florist. But she instantly made me feel better about it, was very responsive and kept me updated at each step.
