Throughout the entire process, we had the pleasure of working with everyone on their team, and every single person was kind, talented, organized, and truly invested in making our experience special. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera from start to finish, and it was clear how much they genuinely care about their couples.
One of our favorite parts of working with them was creating our pre-wedding story video. We were actually the first couple to ever ask if they could create a pre-wedding video, and they were excited to bring our vision to life. They beautifully captured how we met, our journey together, and included heartfelt advice and well-wishes from our family. It turned out even better than we could have imagined and is something we'll cherish forever.
On our wedding day, they captured every important moment so naturally that we hardly noticed they were there. They have an incredible eye for detail and managed to preserve not only the big moments but also all the little glances, laughs, happy tears, and memories that made our day so special.
When we watched our wedding film for the first time, we were completely blown away. The storytelling, music, editing, and overall quality were absolutely beautiful. They didn't just create a wedding video they created a timeless keepsake that allows us to relive one of the happiest days of our lives every time we watch it.
By the end of this journey, it felt like we had gained more than an incredible videography & photography team—we had gained a friendship with Chris, the owner. His passion for what he does and the way he genuinely connects with his couples is something truly special. We are so grateful for the entire Shipwrecked Creative team and all they've done for us. We can't wait to work with them again as our family grows and they continue to capture the next chapters of our lives. Thank you for giving us memories we'll treasure forever!

From the very beginning, Chris made a lasting impression. We met over a video call early on, and that conversation alone sealed the deal for us. He took the time to understand who we are as a couple and what we were envisioning for our day, which made us feel confident we were in the right hands.
Throughout the planning process, the team was incredibly helpful in offering feedback on our timeline and suggesting ways to make the most of the day. They also talked through different ideas we had for moments we wanted captured and shared their own experiences to help guide us. It never felt transactional, they genuinely cared about getting to know us and making sure our personalities and story came through.
Looking back at our photos and videos now, we couldn’t be happier. They captured the day exactly how we would have hoped. We’re able to see all of our family and friends, relive the big moments, and also enjoy so many small, detailed shots we never would have even thought to ask for. It’s such a gift to have those memories preserved so beautifully.
Now the only challenge is figuring out the perfect way to store and display everything so we can continue to revisit it for years to come!

helped coordinate our meetings and plan everything out, so we were on the same page. He was very responsive and detailed with everything. The questionnaire he sent us made it super easy to give him all the right information, so he didn’t need to ask 100 questions on the phone or via email.
We had a very rainy day with few moments that the sun was shining. Chris helped us capture every moment perfectly. He guided our poses so it wasn’t awkward or unnatural, kept us laughing along the way, and helped us coordinate our timeline to fit in all our family photos, sunset photos (that miraculously worked out with the weather!) and portrait shots that we wanted of our big day. Between the chaos of the wedding in general and the crappy weather, Chris helped us really make our day special, even trekking out in the mud and rain to get some amazing sunset shots!

He then offered graciously to take some photos of us right then and there to fully capture the memory. I can't describe how priceless his content was for us.
Since then I've had the opportunity to actually work with Chris as a media producer. His knowledge of lighting, composition, and the technical aspect behind videography, photography and lighting is incomparable. Knowing your craft is one thing, but being passionate about it is another. To say Chris is passionate about being behind the camera is an understatement.
