We cannot recommend Shipwrecked Creative enough! From our very first conversation, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely excited to help tell the story of our wedding d...
ay. Throughout the entire process, we had the pleasure of working with everyone on their team, and every single person was kind, talented, organized, and truly invested in making our experience special. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera from start to finish, and it was clear how much they genuinely care about their couples.
One of our favorite parts of working with them was creating our pre-wedding story video. We were actually the first couple to ever ask if they could create a pre-wedding video, and they were excited to bring our vision to life. They beautifully captured how we met, our journey together, and included heartfelt advice and well-wishes from our family. It turned out even better than we could have imagined and is something we'll cherish forever.
On our wedding day, they captured every important moment so naturally that we hardly noticed they were there. They have an incredible eye for detail and managed to preserve not only the big moments but also all the little glances, laughs, happy tears, and memories that made our day so special.
When we watched our wedding film for the first time, we were completely blown away. The storytelling, music, editing, and overall quality were absolutely beautiful. They didn't just create a wedding video they created a timeless keepsake that allows us to relive one of the happiest days of our lives every time we watch it.
By the end of this journey, it felt like we had gained more than an incredible videography & photography team—we had gained a friendship with Chris, the owner. His passion for what he does and the way he genuinely connects with his couples is something truly special. We are so grateful for the entire Shipwrecked Creative team and all they've done for us. We can't wait to work with them again as our family grows and they continue to capture the next chapters of our lives. Thank you for giving us memories we'll treasure forever!
Shipwrecked Creative not only took amazing pictures and documented all of the big (and small) moments, but they were also incredibly fun to work with! Several people, including my ...
mother, commented on how much they appreciated the energy and positivity that Chris and Tyler brought to the day. They helped me coordinate everything that morning so that we got all of the pictures we needed without seeing each other before it was time, and Tyler even helped calm the groom down when nerves hit a few minutes before the ceremony.
As a team, Shipwrecked Creative was always very responsive, easy to work with, and very well prepared. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get top-quality photography from genuinely kind, down-to-earth people!
Shipwrecked Creative was an absolute dream team for our wedding photography and videography. If you have the opportunity to work with their full team, do it. We knew we wanted a gr...
oup that could seamlessly handle both photo and video, and they truly delivered on every level.
From the very beginning, Chris made a lasting impression. We met over a video call early on, and that conversation alone sealed the deal for us. He took the time to understand who we are as a couple and what we were envisioning for our day, which made us feel confident we were in the right hands.
Throughout the planning process, the team was incredibly helpful in offering feedback on our timeline and suggesting ways to make the most of the day. They also talked through different ideas we had for moments we wanted captured and shared their own experiences to help guide us. It never felt transactional, they genuinely cared about getting to know us and making sure our personalities and story came through.
Looking back at our photos and videos now, we couldn’t be happier. They captured the day exactly how we would have hoped. We’re able to see all of our family and friends, relive the big moments, and also enjoy so many small, detailed shots we never would have even thought to ask for. It’s such a gift to have those memories preserved so beautifully.
Now the only challenge is figuring out the perfect way to store and display everything so we can continue to revisit it for years to come!
We are so grateful to Shipwrecked Creative and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful, and all-around amazing photo and video team.

ris and Tyler were so amazing and accommodating with my family as we had some serious medical issues happen 2 weeks before the wedding. Chris even reached out to me before the wedding and even on the day of to make sure I was okay dealing with everything going on. They were incredible to work with and we would hire them for any event in a heartbeat!

They were absolutely amazing to work with - they worked as a team to ensure that not only our pictures were amazing but our wedding day stayed on track. Chris was very responsive w...
ith emails and phone calls during the planning process and made sure he knew just what we wanted. I would recommend them 1,000 times over!!! So many guests at our wedding complimented their professionalism, talent, and ability to still have fun with us!
He even travelled to our home for our engagement session which was a super fun plus!!
Chris with Shipwrecked Creative helped capture our wedding day perfectly! The planning before the wedding was quite rushed as we booked just few months before the big day, but he ...
helped coordinate our meetings and plan everything out, so we were on the same page. He was very responsive and detailed with everything. The questionnaire he sent us made it super easy to give him all the right information, so he didn’t need to ask 100 questions on the phone or via email.
We had a very rainy day with few moments that the sun was shining. Chris helped us capture every moment perfectly. He guided our poses so it wasn’t awkward or unnatural, kept us laughing along the way, and helped us coordinate our timeline to fit in all our family photos, sunset photos (that miraculously worked out with the weather!) and portrait shots that we wanted of our big day. Between the chaos of the wedding in general and the crappy weather, Chris helped us really make our day special, even trekking out in the mud and rain to get some amazing sunset shots!
I highly recommend Chris and his team at Shipwrecked Creative. Couldn’t ask for a better team!

Great service and company!
Words can't describe my experience with Chris. The first time I hired him was for my proposal. It was about 100 degrees and very humid yet there he was hidden behind some bushes wi...
th the sunset hitting him. He even helped me light 200 candles on this very hot evening. When I finally proposed he captured the moment on video perfectly. He then offered graciously to take some photos of us right then and there to fully capture the memory. I can't describe how priceless his content was for us.
Since then I've had the opportunity to actually work with Chris as a media producer. His knowledge of lighting, composition, and the technical aspect behind videography, photography and lighting is incomparable. Knowing your craft is one thing, but being passionate about it is another. To say Chris is passionate about being behind the camera is an understatement.
If you get the pleasure and honor of working with Chris or hiring him, you are very lucky. His attention to detail during a shoot and the extra thought he puts in to prep and post is amazing.
Chris photographed our wedding and we loved how much fun he had with us. We wanted something a bit more interesting than your standard pretty wedding photos. It was so sweet to hav...
e such gorgeous photos that really showed off our personalities and the way we act around each other. We will definitely use Chris again and refer our friends and family to him!
