I cannot adequately put into words with this venue has meant to us from the start. It’s about a 20 minute drive from Austin in between Bastrop and Austin. GORGEOUS. Absolutely STUNNING. The best part of this venue, is their manager, Kalli Fullerton Doubleday. This woman is absolutely incredible; from the first call we made, until the day of she was everything from a planner (not officially), friend, and organizer. She answers emails within 5 minutes most of the time and the concerns I had she immediately helped manage. Kalli Fullerton Doubleday will be a long time friend of mine. She made our wedding process, as seamless as it could have been. I WISH I COULD SCREAM FROM THE TOP OF MY LUNGS HOW GREAT THIS WOMEN IS

We cannot recommend Shiraz Garden highly enough, Kalli specifically was one of the most helpful people to talk to and ask question to throughout the wedding planning process. She always made me feel better when I was feeling stressed. Moving on the venue itself, it is BEAUTIFUL! Shiraz Garden was literally the only venue that my husband and I toured. Easiest decision in the wedding planning process was picking Shiraz Garden as our venue.

My husband and I only saw one other venue before we went with Shiraz Garden. Once we saw the space, we were hooked. It's a beautiful area with a lot of land- meaning, you get a lot of options for photo ops! We worked with Kalli who suggested vendors to us, helped us with layout ideas, and worked with us to create a memorable time. They were accommodating and helpful when we had to unfortunately move our wedding date back, and were always available to answer any questions. We had the best time!

Shiraz Garden is an absolutely beautiful venue tucked away besides a nature preserve in Bastrop. We received so many compliments from our guests about how they felt they were transported away to a magical area. Kalli & her Team were an absolute pleasure to work with; they were so accommodating and helped make our wedding day spectacular even with inclement weather. If you are looking for a getaway venue surrounded by beautiful nature and want to work with absolute professionals, Shiraz Garden should definitely be at the top of your list!

I'm a wedding photographer based in Austin, and I can’t recommend Shiraz Garden highly enough to my couples and to anyone getting married in Texas. It’s a truly one-of-a-kind venue! The property is stunning, with a variety of landscapes and totally unique architecture. It’s such a fun place to take photos, and the experience of being there is also wonderful. It’s very peaceful. I recently photographed a wedding at Shiraz Garden, and not only did the bride & groom love it, but their guests were in awe. There are photo opportunities everywhere you look. You’ll fall in love with this venue!

Where do I begin! Shiraz Garden and Kalli Doubleday made our wedding the most epic and seamless wedding experience. Better than anything I ever imagined for myself! I could not have asked for a more beautiful ceremony, epic reception and smooth planning process. The Shiraz Garden venue is quite possibly the most beautiful venue I have even seen with so many different options for you to coordinate the wedding that fits exactly what you want. We were married at Sunset Vista with the most beautiful backdrop of the Central Texas Hill Country. We did not even need much décor because the view itself was more beautiful than anything we could have ever created ourselves. The guests also had the best time hanging back and taking pictures with the view themselves – who does not love a good background! From there, the ease and beauty of getting from the ceremony at the Sunset Vista to the Formal Garden was another part of the amazing experience. The walking path was incredible, and we had a mariachi band waiting on the path after the ceremony completed. Once we were married, they began to play, and everyone followed them down the path into the Formal Gardens where the fun really started! The Formal Garden made for such a beautiful reception with the gorgeous waterfalls, fire pits and great space for everyone to feel safely distanced. Also, the short distance from the bar to the dance floor was of course a major hit! OH and the RUGS on a dance floor were epic! I have been to a million weddings and it was something special and beautiful that I had never seen before. Everyone was raving about how unique it was! I cannot say enough about Shiraz Garden as a wedding venue and Kalli Doubleday and her team. They made the entire process so simple and seamless. She provides all the tools and communication you need to make every wedding decision possible.

So thankful to have found Shiraz Garden to celebrate our special day. Aside from the fact that the venue is down right gorgeous, Kalli is so helpful and wonderful to work with. It's near the river, it has views of the hill country and it is VERY spacious. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an outdoor venue.

Shiraz Garden is a dream! Beautiful scenery, great amenities, and fabulous staff! I recommend Shiraz Garden to everyone I know who is getting married. They were very accommodating. Our wedding was affected by the snow storm this February, and they very kindly rescheduled us for the next weekend. And Kalli is the absolute sweetest; hands down the nicest person I worked with in the whole wedding process. Overall a great experience!

Oh my goodness. Shiraz Garden is absolutely to die for. This place has several options for wedding ceremonies or receptions of any kind. Great spacious lodging and fabulous decor! As a wedding planner, I love working here and recommend to all my clients. Can't wait to come back.

I found Shiraz Garden on The Knot, and was immediately drawn to it. It ended up being the first of only two venues we toured, we loved it so much! Kalli was so incredible to work with, from the first tour up to/beyond wedding day. She was able to work with us to coordinate last minute (and rescheduled) engagement photos on the property, allowing us and our photographer to feel out Shriaz a little more before wedding day. Kalli does not stop working to make your day perfect. As for the venue itself, it was so perfect for us. Hill country, on the Colorado River, ornate yet not overdone...it is unlike any venue I've ever seen. We ended up including the rug dance floor, and it was such a hit! Every detail - just perfect. I will spend however long it takes to convince my new husband that we need to have another event with Shiraz. Anniversary? Large post-pandemic party? Don't know, but we'll figure something out!

It's honestly hard to find the words to express how wonderful our wedding was, greater than anything we could have possibly imagined... and all thanks go to this *STUNNING* venue, to Kalli, and our coordinator Jazmin; they worked tirelessly making our dreams come true. Kalli and our coordinator Events by Leslie (book them both, you won't regret it) are two truly badass women, that every bride needs to maintain their sanity throughout the planning process and to ensure you are going to get the most perfect wedding day that every happy couple deserves!

Kalli and the entire team at Shiraz Garden made my wife and I's wedding day an absolute dream! The Sunset Vista location was perfect for our ceremony overlooking the Hill Country and the Colorado River and fit my wife's Boho vision perfectly. Our day went off without a hitch and we sincerely can't thank everyone at Shiraz enough for the attention to detail and care provided on our amazing day.

This hill country venue is truly unique and beautiful. Kalli was a dream to work with from the beginning of the planning process. I was originally having a large wedding but because of COVID, I opted for an intimate ceremony and Shiraz Garden was the absolute best setting I could imagine. With tons of spaces to choose from it's hard to go wrong here. The bridal and grooms cottages are large and beautifully styled to get ready pre-ceremony. I only wish I would have known about this venue from the beginning of my planning process because I would love to have had my large celebration here. This venue is sure to become one of the best in Texas! Don't look any further and book your wedding day here!!!

Shiraz Garden is so beautiful! There are so many ceremony/reception sites available, it's hard to choose just one! I had the pleasure of doing a styled shoot here and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kalli was such great help and was on board with everything! Wow - Shiraz Garden has one of the most beautiful Sunset Vistas I have ever seen in the Texas Hill Country. The first time I laid eyes on the space, I immediately knew it was the perfect place to execute my vision! When I found out that Shiraz Garden had a collection of beautiful Persian rugs, I was sold! There were so many unique rugs I could choose between which really brought my vision to life! Shiraz Garden has so many spectacular locations for your event. Their spacious bridal cottage is located within a beautiful forest which truly creates a tranquil ambiance. The Colorado River runs through the venue and is the perfect location to capture formal photos. When I received the photos I was absolutely stunned as they are some of the most beautiful formal photos I have ever seen! I worked closely with Kalli closely during the event planning process and she is one of the most responsive venue managers I have ever worked with. She always got back to me within the hour which made planning an extremely smooth process. If I ever needed anything, she was there to help with the most positive, uplifting attitude. Any client who books at Shiraz Garden will be in the best hands with Kalli!

A GEM in the hills of central Texas. There is no place like Shiraz Gardens that I have experienced. Breathtaking views from every spot on the property and amazing staff. Kalli is so easy to work with and makes sure everything is perfect. I cannot rave enough about her skill in managing such a large operation. I highly recommend this wedding venue as it is unlike any others in the Austin area, and well, Texas for that matter!

Shiraz Garden is one of Austin's newest venues that you have to consider for your wedding day. They are in the Texas Hill Country and can host any event or wedding day but what we love about them is their specialty in Southeast Asian weddings. We're an Austin Wedding Photographer and Videographer (joshuaandparisa.com) that recently photographed some crazy amazing images at Shiraz Garden. The venue manager, Kalli, did an awesome job of welcoming us and making our experience perfect. We highly recommend this place! Don't pass up on the opportunity to go check them out!

Amazing Venue! I've shot there as a photographer many times, each time I'm stunned by the beautiful landscape. There are tons of great locations to shoot, staircases, overlooks, private pergolas. The coordinator Kalli, was a gem to work with. She helped plan out our perfect day for an elopement. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This venue is a must see, and perfect for any occasion, big or small.

Elegance, serenity and uniqueness are but a few of the qualities that Shiraz Gardens exudes. The management is so professional. They go to great effort and detail in making a one-of-a-kind day so memorable for both the bride and groom and their guests. While many venues offer modern and rustic options, the only venue in the area I know of that also offers an old world charm option is Shiraz Gardens. Be sure to ask about it!

Beautiful venue, breathtaking scenery, nice and helpful vender, had attended two amazing weddings there in the past. Had left me so many outstanding memories and was able to capture marvelous pictures. Highly recommending this venue!

My wife and I were married here in August of 2016 and it was an absolutely amazing experience! We had nearly 300 guests at the wedding the and the venue was perfect for such a large group. The outdoor bar and water features were a highlight for everyone that attended and we got plenty of compliments on that space afterwards. The vendors appreciated the space and had no complaints regarding space or cooperating with the facility in order to provide their services without a hiccup. Overall, it was an amazing, unique space that my wife and I are very thankful for. Tough to beat the hill country of TX!

I’ve been to two weddings here and both were completely stunning. The support team is fabulous, and the grounds have a feeling that is somehow both glamorous and homey at the same time. Spectacular venue!

Shiraz Garden is a magical place.

My husband and I got married here in early November and couldn't imagine our wedding anywhere else. We had our ceremony at Sunset Vista whose name perfectly represents the space-the pictures hardly do it justice. It was the perfect backdrop for our multi cultural wedding. We blended our Persian, American, Indian and Puerto Rican cultures together throughout our wedding including our ceremony. It was so easy to have our reception at the nearby Chahar Bagh Formal Garden where guests could easily walk from our ceremony site. We had an amazing family style meal catered by Pink Avocado who I highly recommend if you want a custom menu created for your wedding. They were able to create a meal that was representative of our cultures and was incredibly delicious. My favorite part was our cocktail hour that included a stuffed avocado bar that was set up in the covered outdoor kitchen area within the formal garden so the guests were able to enjoy the cocktail hour why Terra Vista Strings, our string quartet, played in the background. We rented several Persian rugs from the venue to use in both our ceremony, lounge spaces and on our dance floor which made the spaces feel even more amazing. All our vendors were amazing that we used-the Bloom Bar for florals, Premier Events and Loot Vintage for rentals, Sweet Treats bakery, Terra Vista Strings, Pink Avocado and Caroline Collective, our photographer, who brilliantly captured our wedding.

Shiraz Garden is a beautiful, unique Hill Country venue. My husband and I got married here in August 2016, and we could not imagine a better place to have had our wedding celebration. The staff is professional and passionate about the property, and the views are amazing.
