references and created a flawless look that made me feel like the most beautiful bride. The makeup lasted throughout the entire day and night, with no need for touch-ups. Not only was she highly skilled, but her friendly and calming demeanor helped ease my pre-wedding nerves. She also created makeup looks for my mom, sister, and cousins. I appreciated how she worked with them to create looks that not only coordinated with their outfits, but also made sure to understand how much makeup each of them were comfortable with. I highly recommend her to any bride-to-be. She's a true artist who can make your wedding day even more magical.

he exudes professionalism, skill, and a passion for her craft that is truly remarkable. She first did a trial session a few days before the wedding to make sure what I wanted for my special day.
On the big day, Shivali transformed me into a vision of beauty. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she ensured that my makeup not only looked flawless but also felt comfortable throughout the day and night. Every brushstroke and product choice was thoughtfully considered, enhancing my natural features without ever feeling heavy or unnatural.
I was particularly impressed with her ability to listen and understand my vision. She took the time to discuss my preferences and offered her expert advice, resulting in a look that was beyond my expectations. She made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself, and I couldn't have asked for more.
Not only is Shivali incredibly talented, but her warm and calming demeanor added a sense of serenity to what could have been a stressful morning. She was a true professional, always punctual, and worked seamlessly with my hair stylist and photographer to ensure everything ran smoothly.
I can't express my gratitude enough for the wonderful job Shivali did on my wedding day. She is a true artist, and her work is nothing short of magical. If you're searching for a makeup artist who will make you look and feel your best on your special day, look no further. Shivali is an absolute gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of makeup artistry that is both exquisite and personal. Thank you, Shivali, for making my wedding day absolutely perfect.
Shivali was such a wonderful person to work with for my wedding! She did the makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, both mothers, and our flower girls. We all looked and felt amazing. ...
Everything lasted really well all night - I had some initial issues with false lashes after my trial and she was able to adjust so that we had no issues on wedding day. I love that she really targets a beautiful, natural look and does not overdo any aspect. I hope I get to work with her again some day and maybe learn a few tips about how to do my makeup along the way!
She made me such a beautiful bride on my big day. I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to do my make up. It was supernatural, but just enough to make me stand out!

y me for my wedding day.
From start to finish, Shivali was warm, present, professional - and incredibly talented. I'm very particular about my appearance and had been feeling a lot of pressure to look "just right" as a bride. Shivali helped me identify the unique makeup look that would make me feel my best, and her calm confidence made my experience so easy. When I saw the "finished product," I was blown away. Shivali is a true expert, and her skill with complexion work is unbelievable - I looked and felt FLAWLESS, which was a first for me!
My mom, my husband's mom and my bridesmaids also loved working with Shivali - she really brought out the best in each of us! There is nothing generic or "cookie cutter" about her approach. Having your makeup done is an inherently intimate and vulnerable process, and Shivali was attuned to our individual preferences and checked in with us throughout application to make sure we were happy with every detail.
I really can't say enough good things about Shivali - 5 stars just doesn't cut it. I hope that I'll have an excuse to work with her again in the future!

e we booked with Shivali. I loved that it was very lowkey and professional. She listened to what I liked and didn't like, asked us questions and feedback along the way. The makeup was beautiful! She then had me connect with her later that day to let her know how the makeup held up and any changes we should make for the wedding day.
Since I had 10 people who needed their makeup done on the wedding day, Shivali brought in a 2nd makeup artist. I loved that she took care of finding and bringing on a 2nd trusted makeup artist, and I loved that there weren’t additional fees for this like many companies charge. Plus, the makeup artist she brought in was also fabulous! The 2 of them did a fabulous job, and I heard tons of positive remarks about both of them. Plus, our little flower girls got to sit in the chair together and get a little pampering as well. Everyone loved it!
I highly recommend hiring Shivali! 10/10! She’s the best!

ike myself. I am so grateful I found Shivali and that she did my makeup for my wedding day. She is so kind and she listens really well to what you like. As I look back on pictures from the day, I absolutely LOVE my makeup, and all of my bridesmaid's makeup as well. Shivali and the second artist she brought gave each of my bridesmaids makeup looks that were stunning and fit with each of their individual personalities, which I loved. I would HIGHLY recommend Shivali to any bride in the area, especially anyone that is looking for a natural and realistic makeup look. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

o on! Shivali did my makeup for my pre-wedding Welcome Dinner and gave me the natural, glowy, 'Bollywood Barbie' look of my dreams. I got compliments on her work all night. Moreover, she made my Mom and Mother-In-Law feel so beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. I can't recommend her enough!

xible! When we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid, there were no questions asked and she rescheduled us. Shivali is quick to answer any and all questions. When I noticed smears after hours of wear during my make up trial, Shivali called me to assure me she would fix it and make sure the wedding day would be flawless (I had assumed my smears were normal!) My make up on the wedding day could not have been more perfect. I had a huge zit on my lip- couldn't even see it! My make-up looked natural and I felt so beautiful! Shivali is amazing. I highly recommend her to everyone!

how she was creating the look each step of the way and allowing me to ask for changes (not that I had any, it was amazing)! Everyone I saw wad shocked at how nice I looked but how flawless but natural my skin looked—also how big my eyes looked! All of my bridesmaids and family loved her as well. She is fast, efficient, and has developed VERY safe and clean ways to work during a pandemic. Thank you Shivali!i cannot wait for the photos!!
When you look back at the photos of some of the most important memories in your life, the last thought you will have is "that looks nothing like me". Instead you will reflect with ...
" I had no idea that I could be so beautiful." At least that is how I felt after Shivali played such an unexpectedly important role in my wedding story. Weddings can be, still surprisingly, one of the most overwhelming events in a woman's, and man's life. I was feeling no shortage of this while putting together all of the details. When I scheduled my first appointment with Shivali all I could think of was, makeup....another check on the long list of things that could go wrong on the big day. But my appointment with Shivali turned into a welcomed reprieve from all of the stress and worry, and brought me to a place of some much needed "self care"....no better yet....self LOVE. What makes Shavali so amazing is that her number one goal is to help you find the glowing beauty with in. This does not take great strain, because it is already naturally there. My time spent with Shivali before, and during my wedding day were moments that I will always treasure. Unlike every other aspect of planning my wedding, my make-up felt effortless. My wedding would not have been the same without the energy and care given by such a talented, authentic, and beautiful woman. Hire her for your next big event if true beauty, inside and out, is what you are in search of.

kin color or condition of your skin. Patience.... let’s talk about patience... this woman has plenty of it! During my trial bridal makeover I had to bring my 22 month old son with me (who can be quite a handful) and she didn’t mind at all :) Wedding day.... none of us were rushed or pushed to do any thing we didn’t want with our makeup. All my bridesmaids raved about their makeovers and how sweet Shivali is! As for me.... she made me look and feel like the beautiful bride I always dreamed of! I highly recommend her work :)

esults. She took her time with each one. I also love how she gave me the lipstick she used the day of my wedding. I have worn it on multiple occasions since then, and always think of our wedding day when I wear it! I could not have asked for a better experience!
Shivali was absolutely fantastic! My bridal makeup looked fantastic and she helped my family as well.
Shivali was absolutely phenomenal! My bridesmaids, my mom, and I all have very different skin types, face shapes, and senses of style, but Shivali was able to accommodate all of us...
while still making sure we all looked cohesive. Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and so natural.
For me personally, it was really important that I still looked like myself in my wedding pictures. I like glam bridal looks on other people, but for myself I wanted something a little more subtle and understated. Shivali absolutely knocked it out of the park. It was like she took my comfortable and familiar daily makeup and elevated it to new level.
I was also really impressed with how long my makeup lasted. I had Shivali start with my makeup first at 11 am, and it all stayed perfectly in place until I took it off at midnight. No creasing or cakeyness at all. Initially I had been worried about wearing falsies to my wedding because I was certain they'd fall off when I cried, but these were 100% tear-proof.
On a final note, Shivali herself is an absolute delight to be around. She has a quietly cheerful demeanor that makes being around her really calming. For me, being in her chair was as relaxing as going to the spa. If you're worried about being nervous on your wedding day and want some peace and relaxation (in addition to flawless makeup), I can't recommend Shivali enough.

o come all the way to Dayton for me early in the morning to get me ready for my day wedding followed by reception in the evening. It took no time for her to understand my requirements. Her magic was such that it made me look pretty during the day and glamorous in the evening. The make up remained in place the entire time without any need of touch up between the wedding and reception. I felt beautiful. Biiig thanks to Shivali!

and fun to work with. I cannot say enough great things about her and her work! She will immediately put you at ease! The best part is, you can tell she truly enjoys and cares about what she does, enhancing your natural beauty.
The Trial:
I don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, so having my makeup done professionally for the first time was definitely unfamiliar territory. Shivali immediately made me feel completely comfortable with the process and my look during my trial. She took the time to try a different options, tweaking different things until we got it just right! She listened to what I expressed I wanted, and used her gift as a true artist to help take my vision and turn it into the best possible reality.
The Big Day:
Shavali was so sweet and encouraging leading up to and on the big day! She has an incredible presence that is both calming and comforting. It was such a nice thing to have her there on the morning of my big day! Makeup was not something I had to worry about, for my mother, maid of honor, and bridesmaid, because I knew they were in good hands with Shivali! She did a great job on each of them, everyone looked stunning! When it was my turn, it turned out even better than the trial! I felt so beautiful while still feeling like myself. Shivali paid attention to all the details around her and even made subtle adjustments so that my makeup, jewelry, and dress would all complement each other in the best way possible.
We were all so impressed, she exceeded all expectations! She is so talented and I could not recommend her more!
Shivali’s calm personality is just the thing every bride needs from their makeup artist on their wedding day! And it was just what I needed on the chaotic morning of getting ready ...
for my wedding. I sat down in her chair and she immediately made me feel at ease. She gave me the hand held mirror to check in every few steps to make sure I liked how everything looked (which I loved!) and reassured me if there was anything I wanted to change she would be happy to do so. I was beyond impressed with the way she made me look and feel! She also made every one of my bridesmaids, my mom, mother in-law, and both grandmas look absolutely stunning. One of my bridesmaids even said to me “She was just awesome.. I almost wish I could have another wedding so I could have her come do my makeup again!”
Needless to say, Shivali is an incredibly talented artist who makes you feel like your most beautiful self, and I would recommend to every bride in a heartbeat!

nd it was quickly evident that she is a well-trained makeup artist with alot of experience. She went above and beyond on my wedding day to not only handle the make up of my bridal party and me, but also pinned saris and gave great advice on makeup styles to try. She added to my wedding day in a special way by helping me look and feel beautiful despite having barely slept. She was on-site for my wedding, and turned around makeup for 7 in no time, and my bridal party looked amazing in all of my photos. She coordinated well with my wedding hairstylist and was very punctual (especially important on the big day). To enhance our eyes, she is really great at placing individual lashes (as opposed to a single fake lash strip) -- this helped us have a much more natural, yet formal look. I felt like I looked like myself on my wedding day, and in retrospect I am especially grateful for this as I look back on photos of our wedding.
