I had to get a full refund because my dress that was ordered well over a year in advance of my wedding was never ordered.

I came all the way from Atlanta to Sho Ane Formal and I'm very pleased with her service! She is an awesome person and very helpful, my wedding dress is gorgeous and I'm extremely blessed to meet her. She did my alterations in 2 days!! She's the best go visit her!!!

Got a one of a kind dress for my daughter to wear at her Spring Fling. It's gorgeous as is she. And the experience for her was priceless. We've been coming here for years and are repeatedly impressed.

I just wanted to thank everyone at Sho Ane's for making my daughters experience great. She looked absolutely beautiful in the dress purchased. I would recommend them to everyone I know. We have always went to David's Bridal for all her formal wear. Looking forward to visiting again soon for prom.

Absolutely terrible service. I bought my wedding dress for my wedding in late May in November, and asked if she could add lace 3/4 sleeves. She said that would not be a problem. April rolls around and she hasnt contacted me at all. I called her once a week, asking about my dress--only for her to tell me to call again next week, or that she would call me back (she never did). Forward to May--I finally got to talk to her without her telling me to call back and SHE DID NOT HAVE THE LACE YET. She did not get in the lace UNTIL A WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING because she ordered it so late. When she finally added on the lace after she got it (4 days before my wedding), I went in for a fitting--there were two new small stains on my dress. She told me she would steam it and it would be available to be picked up any time the next day. The next day rolls around, 3 days before my wedding, and I get to the store--it's not ready. I had to wait for an hour in her store while her husband got it ready. She then charged me for the alterations (which I understand), but it cost THE SAME AMOUNT as my wedding dress. Long story short-- terrible customer service, will forget about your event. Beautiful dress, no complaints there, but it was not worth the amount of stress.

I would give her a zero but it wasn't an option. I bought a $1200 gown from Sho Ane's. Before the wedding, I noticed the hardware on the gown was tarnishing. I took the dress back to the store with an open mind. I asked if she could fix it or recommend something I could do myself. She only said no, I don't know. Then she started speaking with another unhappy customer. I'm now searching for another dress which isn't in my budget. And speaking to other bridal shops and shoppers, poor customer service and unhappy customers is what Sho Ane is known for. Wish I had known before I ordered.

Super nice staff, bent over backwards to help me. Good selection of dresses in plus size and smaller women's sizes. Gave me a great deal on a dress.

Their consultants were awesome and helped us along the way with the trial of dresses and the selection process. They were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They let us take our time and was not pushy at all.

I was recently the maid of honor at my sisters wedding and I set up the appointment for the rest of the bridesmaids to go get fitted for their dresses. Everyone was happy with the fitting and dresses!!!

I had a pretty bad experience with this vendor. She was very disorganized. I had multiple appointments with her where she would show up an hour or so late always with an excuss. I had alterations done on my dress and when I went to pick up my dress she had not even started on the dress. The week of my wedding I went in on the Momday to see if it was done and the alterations had still not been done. She wanted me to come back on Thursday and it would be done (my wedding was that Saturday). After getting in to a verbal arguement with my mother because obviously that was unacceptable, she basically said that she had other clients and my occasion was not her priority. Due to the fact that she had already been paid she went ahead and finished the alterations that day but they were very sloppy and could tell they were done fast. I definately would not refer anyone to her again.
