Positioned next to the swimming pool, it is a great location to relax with the family on a hot day. The Grand Ballroom is the grandest of all. Decorated in a neutral color scheme, it can be transformed for any event in a multitude of ways. If your guest list is up to 110 people, this room will fulfill your needs. One entrance provides a stair-cased walkway. The 1,650-square foot room is graced with woodwork, attractive decor and a built-in fireplace. Rich, hardwood floors are ideal to complete the essential needs of a party.

t coordinators during the planning process (~9 month period). But each one did everything they could to honor what the previous had told us and wrap their head around our plans to make our day as easy and lovely as possible - which it was! The girls' getting ready area left a bit to be desired aesthetically, but it got the job done. Overall, I was very pleased with our day at Short Hills.

chitecture (especially all the wood trim and huge windows). Once we visited, there was no question this is where we wanted our wedding. The cozy atmosphere was so distinct from the typical "giant empty room with a few chairs" wedding hall feel, and Lynn, the events coordinator was always helpful and friendly. Short Hills provides their own catering, which was absolutely delicious; we got so many compliments on the food at the reception! There is also a beautiful outdoor patio for guests who want to step away from the action. All of the servers were professional and helpful. We really couldn't have asked for more. oh, and the price? it's a deal for what you get at Short Hills (and I am a notorious critic AND cheapskate).
