With this vintage-inspired traveling tavern, couples can treat their guests to an elevated bar experience. Founders Wendy and Curtiss were inspired by a strong family legacy in hospitality. Wendy’s grandfather, Ray “Shorty,” was both a tavern owner and moonshiner in 1930s and ‘40s Wichita. Today, his lively spirit and passion for facilitating good times live on in Shorty's Pour House, a Travel Tavern. For your special day, the mobile bar, appropriately dubbed “Shorty,” is styled in mid-century decor and neutral colors for a charming aesthetic that beautifully complements any wedding theme. Inside, four taps can serve anything from beer, wine, and bubbly to handmade kegged cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring there’s something for everyone in attendance. Couples can choose from a range of packages, with each one including disposable cups and wine glasses, napkins, garnishes, bartop decor, and a water station. Personalized beverage planning, an alcohol ordering guide, and custom-printed drink menus are also included for a seamless experience. Thoughtful add-ons, from balloon garlands to wedding officiants and live musicians, can also be included for a truly personalized experience. When the big day arrives, the licensed, professional bartenders will arrive with Shorty, handling setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations.
