They have completely ghosted me. They shot our wedding in august and no longer respond. They won’t even text you back. If you look at other reviews on Google everyone is having the same problem. Do not hire them this has been a nightmare. I understand life happens, but it doesn’t take much effort to send a text message back with an update.
Beware do not hire them
We couldn't be happier with our choice of wedding photographer and videographer! Katie and Jeremy were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the start, and they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was captured beautifully.
As an LGBT couple, we truly appreciated how Katie and Jeremy made us feel comfortable and supported. They were always considerate and respectful, which made a huge difference in how we experienced our day. Their approach made us feel at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment without worry.
The end product exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with both the photos and the video, they perfectly capture the magic of our wedding day. We find ourselves revisiting the video often, cherishing the memories and emotions it evokes.
We would not hesitate to hire Katie and Jeremy again in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend them to any friends or family planning their own wedding. Their work is exceptional, and their warm, professional demeanor made our experience unforgettable.
Vendor took our deposit but has been unresponsive leading up to the wedding. Has multiple contact numbers and all either go to voicemail or someone else. We scheduled a zoom call to go over details and again no communication and just didn’t show up. They are a scam team and a beg brides to not use them so they are not taken advantage of like I was.
Katie was great from the beginning! We were struggling finding a photographer for our wedding and We were dealing with unprofessional photographers until I found Katie and her husband Jeremy. From the start they were professional reaching out to us keeping us informed and even found the time to FaceTime me when I asked her too. They work great together and Katie knows how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. They went above and beyond with details to create the perfect wedding video and capture our greatest moments not only did we find a great photographer & videographer we also found two great human beans who we can call friends. We appreciate you guys and may god bless you both with bigger things and success in your business. Thank you !
They were amazing! Super fun to work with and great communication . They are open to any ideas and can make the back of a store parking lot look like you’re in a dreamy place in the middle of nowhere. We are so happy to have picked them to capture our special moments on our special day. Their attention to detail is great and I hope to get to work with them again someday. You can’t go wrong with choosing them.
Katie & Jeremy were the exact duo we were looking for! They took our engagement photos on the beach which turned out beautifully! They were willing to travel, easy to communicate with, and comfortable to work with! They also shot 10 hours of photography on our wedding day & included videography! We are so happy with the results! We cried watching our wedding video and are so pleased with how our wedding photos turned out! They had a quick turn around time and an easy website to access and download our photos & video! Katie & Jeremy are kind, efficient, & produce great quality work! I plan to use them in the future for every life event that comes our way! I can’t rave enough about the quality of their work and can’t believe how many compliments we have received on our wedding day photos! So thankful to have such a wonderful team there with us on our wedding day!
