of the wedding, to confirm times, pickup locations, etc. However, they did not show up at the planned time!! The driver called at the time he was supposed to be there and said they were in a different town over 2 hours away. It was devastating. The driver did show up 2 hours late to do a token ride, however there was no a/c in 96 degree heat, so even that was miserable. DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We had the most amazing wedding day and Showcase Limousine played a huge part in it! They shuttled all our guests from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to our after party....
We booked the white H2 hummer limo for our wedding party and couldn’t have had a more clean, taken care of, and up to date limo. Bluetooth was a must and it has just that. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend! The process of booking was so easy and Zack should be recognized for how he takes such good care of his customers. Thank you showcase for making our wedding day a breeze!!!

o. Said there was a safety concern and we couldn't have it anymore.. Didnt offer anything else. They had my money and refused to give me cash back so we could book another limo for the next day. Instead they refunded it my card which we all know wouldn't be back on it until the next week. i was so frustrated and in a panic mess the night before my wedding. thank god for my mother in law coming to my rescue and mike from Diamond Limousine!! It might have been differnt if they were more sympathetic to the issue! but they didnt care at all!!

n event we didn't know was occurring. We also rented a stretch hummer to fit our large 14 person bridal party. The driver was very flexible when we needed to make a couple changes (different pick-up spot for our after ceremony wedding photos). The driver also took my dad to the hotel because he wanted to change out of his tux (yeah, a little disappointing but I wanted him to be comfortable) before the reception. They took great care of our family and friends. Thank you, Showcase Limo!
I would never use this company again. First of all they were late picking us up from the house. When we went to go take pictures off of the wedding ceremony site they left us there...
. We ended up having to call people to pick us up. They said they had another event to do. So we paid them extra to stay but they left us anyway. I noticed after when we got back from our honeymoon they charged my husband's credit card an additional 75 dollars. When he called them to ask them what was this charge they stated it was for staying over. He explained to them that he gave them 100 dollars cash to stay the extra time. They did not refund him the money they took from his card. They said that the cash he gave the drivers were the tip. Why would he pay drivers a 100 dollar tip to just leave the whole wedding party in the mountains did not make any since. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or loved ones. I hate to even give them a overall rating of one because I feel they don't even deserve that. This was the most important day of my life and I was very disappointed in their service.

imo and then a town car and they were on time, clean, and friendly. You don't need to worry about the little things on your wedding day and I didn't because Showcase was there.
