planning a NY wedding from Florida), and just made it all simple. She was in constant communication with me and their portal made it easy to list songs that we want wanted during the planning. They held several events where you could meet the DJ's and she sent us invites to all of them even though she knew we were in FL and would be unable to attend. But she always kept us in the loop. On the day of our final consultation before the wedding, I met with Lisa and our DJ, Thatcher, and we went over the logistics for that day. They were both extremely helpful and easy to work with. The day of the wedding, Thatcher was simply amazing. He came in and talked to me to confirm everything before the ceremony and it went off exactly as I hoped it would. He did a fabulous job at the reception of keeping the music going and playing stuff that everyone could and did dance to. I had several people tell me that it was the best playlist they had ever heard at a wedding and that the DJ was awesome. They also had several enhancements that could be added to the wedding package that might help other brides in their planning. The cost was very reasonable considering they were providing sound services at the ceremony and the reception which were two different locations. I highly recommend Showcase Sound for your DJ needs.

We also asked for announcements to be made for different things throughout the night and some were done and others not. After the wedding we reached out to the owner and was dismissed and basically called liars. We were very disappointed in their services and responses. We would not recommend them.

happy with you photo booth host. We in no why were suggesting you lied to us in your email. We tried to provide a little clarity after seeking information from our staff. For instance you photo booth host was breaking down the ceremony sound system due to the threat of rain. This did pull him away from the photo booth for a little while. As far as phone use goes this should never happen We have brought you feedback to his attention and provided additional training based on it.
As far as the DJ goes, your email stated he was fantastic. Now based on this review he did make announcements and is worthy of a 1 star review. I will be honest that I am confused. I’m once again sorry your experience was not what it should have been. We are always happy to speak further. Congratulations again.

I would recommend Showcase to anyone in a heartbeat- they are true professionals from the minute you contact them, their tools are easy to pick up and use (you can add/categorize songs, including a "do not play" list), and the planning process was a breeze.
One last thing- the lighting was the cherry on top. We opted for an upgraded lighting package, and the reception hall was beautiful. I'm going to be thinking about that night for the rest of my life, and Lisa's work with the music and lighting is a massive part of that memory!

He did such a great job that we actually ran into the “problem” of everyone staying until the end and having to extend our shuttle longer! My favorite comment from the night was “I need him to play a bad song, so I can take a break!” We also used uplighting, custom monogram, and photo booth from them. Alison was our Photo Booth assistant and she really got everyone having fun and taking some great pictures. I love that guests got to take their pictures home with them but we also got a flash drive before we left with everyone’s pictures on it! ed everyone’s name correctly and had great energy! She ended our first dance song early as requested, and timed it seamlessly.
My only complaint is after we spent a LOT of time on their site adding careful selections to the “must play” song list, and discussed the importance of this with Kay and Lisa in a nearly hourly long zoom meeting, several of our selections were not played.
Ultimately we are very happy with our choice as the dance floor was full all night and the music was great, even though a few were missed.
The photo booth was a hit and a great addition for a low price
We would recommend showcase sound and Kay to other couples looking for a wedding DJ and photo booth

Neffee. These two were awesome together and made this wedding couple and our wedding party all comfortable and pumped for the celebration. They did a great job assisting with the ceremony and got the party started for the reception.
Cassie and Neffee were very flexible with last minute changes and used our music choices to cater to our preferences to create a great soundtrack to our special day.

Lisa kept the timeline rolling smoothly even with all the beautiful chaos that came in, and we couldn't ask for a more professional, talented, or communicative DJ. Lisa had a couple meetings with us ahead of time to work out all our details and personal preferences and landed them perfectly. One unique thing is the music was so loud and intoxicating almost our whole wedding danced all night but for those few who couldn't or didn't - it wasn't so loud that you couldn't easily carry on a conversation in the background (and I had no trouble speaking with guests) which I haven't experienced at other weddings which seem to either be so loud you're shouting or the music isn't loud enough to draw everyone to the dance floor. The Showcase Sound portal is really customizable and easy to use. Also, definitely do the photobooth option- it's well priced and gave us a digital copy at the end of the night night showing all our guests as well as two cute print outs customized with our wedding colors, theme, and info (one for the guest and one for our photo guest book). Everyone loved the photo booth and it was used non stop- we especially loved having photos of and with guests that we weren't able to take with our professional photographers just due to the number of guests and how quickly the night passes. I recommend booking early while they still have availability!

dinator, was easy - she is incredibly helpful and organized and the online planner made the whole process easy. After talking to DJ Brian at the DJ selection night, we knew he was exactly what we were looking for and we were so excited that we got him for our wedding night. The dance floor was packed the entire night, every music choice was great, and our family and friends continue to comment on how amazing our dance party was. He did a great job playing the songs we had requested as well as filling in others based on the type of music we liked and reading the crowd. I have never been to a wedding with music this awesome before (and I promise I'm not just biased as the bride!). Even people who normally don't like to dance were up and dancing. Brian did an excellent job of checking in with both my husband and I intermittently throughout the night to ensure we were happy with everything and he worked seamlessly with our venue and photographer so things like cake cutting, bouquet toss, and us disappearing for sunset photos all went off without a hitch. He kept us on schedule throughout the night as well. Huge thank you to DJ Brian and everyone at Showcase Sound for helping us have the best day ever!
