Showcase Strings Serving NJ performed at our wedding in November of 2018. They worked with us for song choices, playing our ceremony and cocktail hour. Their music was beautiful and just the right touch for us. Our wedding was Halloween themed and they played all sorts of spooky music at our request. They were very professional and accommodating. I definitely recommend them for your wedding or any event to add a unique musical touch.

I can't say enough about the Showcase Strings. My son got married this past Saturday. The room was beautiful, the bride was beautiful, the officiant eloquent, and the music spectacular !!! The Showcase Strings provided an elegant touch to the ceremony and created a very moving atmosphere. Lynne and Sue were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with making suggestions regarding musical selections. We have gotten so many positive comments from our guests. The wonderful music made the wedding truly memorable!

We hired Showcase Strings to play during our wedding ceremony about a month ago, which we held at the boardwalk in Avon by the Sea in the pavilion. We felt that a string trio as an accompaniment to our ceremony would be a nice touch, and looking back now we cannot imagine having the done the ceremony without them. The ladies played a list of songs we selected, which included some fun, upbeat numbers leading up to it as well as some beautiful, more sentimental pieces once the ceremony commenced. The music really helped capture the emotions of the day, and added a nice dimension to the event - not a dry eye in the house! We received so many compliments from our guests afterward, and we would highly recommend Showcase Strings to anyone looking to have beautiful music on their big day.

Working with Showcase Strings was easy and they did an amazing job for my ceremony and cocktail hour! My fiancé and I booked a strings trio. I worked with Lynne, who was always prompt with communication and super helpful in answering all of my questions. I received many compliments regarding their music from my guests. I can't wait to see my wedding video to hear more! I admit I was a bit worried about booking after merely checking out videos online, but I am glad I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Overall happy and grateful.

The music Showcase String Quartet provided for my wedding was so beautiful that I wanted time to stand still so I could just sit and listen. At cocktail hour, guests sat or stood mesmerized around the quartet, listening to a wide array of songs that included everything from the Beatles to present day hits to romantic ballads. The prelude to the ceremony and ceremony consisted of all the classics (Ave Maria, Canon in D, Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring, Trumpet Voluntary, Here Comes to Bride, Wedding March, Ode to Joy, and more), and moved both me and our families to tears, ruining all of our makeup 😊 Throughout the wedding weekend, guests came up to me to tell me how wonderful the quartet was and that it added an extra layer of elegance to the event. Overall, working with Showcase String Quartet was an absolute pleasure – Sue Deksnis (who happened to be my violin teacher growing up) was so organized and communicative. Her follow-ups were thorough and she did a great job ensuring all my requests were met and the day was as stress-free as possible. The quartet was on-time, prepared, friendly and so talented. Their care and enthusiasm for the event made it feel like they were an extension of our friends and family. We could not be happier and would so highly recommend the full quartet for any event – it was beyond worth it. So joyful – Thank you!!!

Sue and the rest of the trio provided exactly what I had hoped for during my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They were professional, played beautiful music, and had such a great repertoire to choose from. We have everything from classical to contemporary to traditional Irish jigs to Jewish music. Just Stellar! Lynne was more than helpful with choosing music, and was excellent at communicating often and in a timely manner! Most importantly, the music itself was truly spectacular, and all the guests were immensely impressed by the beautiful musicianship of these ladies. We had such an amazing experience with Showcasebstrings! We had a string quartet and they made our church ceremony absolutely perfect! Our vocalist said they were the best strings he had ever played with! Sue was a dream to work with.. she was so unbelievably helpful when we had difficulties with our organist and was extremely professional and prompt with responses. She seriously went above and beyond for our ceremony to make it work with a very difficult organist. They are absolute perfect!! I recommend for anyone and everyone to utilize them for your ceremonies! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Pricey but the music was sweet, beautiful and perfect! They have an extensive list to choose from, and will learn a new song if you wish. They also have different options between instruments and range from a solo to a quartet (I believe). Lynne is super nice via email, though I never got the chance to meet with her in person. I live in MD so we did our planning over phone/email. When it came time for the wedding, as the bride, I was tied up before/during the ceremony, and then whisked away directly after the ceremony..... so I still didn't even get to talk to her! But she sent me a very nice follow up email afterwards. Loved it. Planning was a breeze.

Planning a wedding is so overwhelming, but booking this string quartet for my ceremony was so easy with Lynne. She was very attentive and responsive during the months leading up to my wedding which was on June 11, 2017 at Park Chateau. She gave great song recommendations and was very accommodating to the few songs that I just knew I wanted to be played during our procession. I wasn't sure if I wanted a trio or quartet due to the number of people and the ceremony being located outdoors at Park Chateau in East Brunswick. She was very patient and gave me great suggestions which focused on making the day magical. Even our wedding coordinator commented on how amazing they sounded the day of! Thank you ladies for making our wedding day perfect!

Showcase strings played for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Their music played was elegant and sounded beautiful. The photographer even snapped a beautiful picture of a heart that was shaped on their cello. I would reccomend showcase strings 100%.

The members of the string trio were lovely to work with. I worked with Lynne while selecting songs. She was absolutely lovely and made sure everything was played wonderfully. Being the bride, I only heard them play two songs, but they were great, and I have been assured that everything else was done to perfection as well. My sister booked Showcase Strings as a wedding present for my husband and I. We saw them at a bridal show at our venue when we first got engaged. They were outstanding and we were immediately drawn to them. My father had to leave the room as the music honestly brought him to tears. Once I saw him crying (in front of a room of strangers) I had to have them. They were such the perfect touch to our wedding day and really brought it to a whole new level. We are so thankful that my sister was able to make my dream possible. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful in the outside gardens of our venue (The Shadowbrook) and Showcase Strings enhanced it with elegance and wonderful music. I would highly recommend them!

Showcase Strings performed at our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had their string trio play and it was absolutely wonderful. It waa such a nice touchto have strings at our ceremony and cocktail hour, but having such a well orchestrated trio of artists was phenominal. They learned a couple songs for us with no problem and were so easy to work with. Lynne is sweet and caring and truly wants to deliver a remarkable experience for your special day.

We were married on December 12, 2015 at Shadowbrook in NJ. We first saw Showcase Strings at a Shadowbrook Bridal Expo in the Winter. We loved the atmosphere along with the classical music and fireplace on. It was so perfect and romantic. Since we were having a winter themed wedding we decided to book Showcase Strings for our Cocktail Hour Music and it was the best decision! Lynne went above and beyond and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the wedding planning process. She gave me music ideas for a winter wedding and chose special songs to play for our winter themed wedding. Shadowbrook is classic, timeless and romantic and Showcase Strings added to the cozy feel of our winter wedding! We loved them as well as our guests. Our cocktail hour was fantastic thanks to Lynne! Our guests couldn't stop talking about them and my brother booked them right away for his wedding in July! Great service and great prices! Showcase Strings went above and beyond my expectations! As a professional musician, I felt the choice of musicians was of the highest importance for my wedding. My daughter's wedding was June 19th at the Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury, NJ. A Showcase Strings quartet played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Their beautiful music added so much pleasure and enjoyment, making the ceremony into a fantasy! During the cocktail hour, the music was light and flowing, allowing the guests to talk to each other without shouting. The cost is definitely reasonable and well worth the enjoyment. We recieved so many compliments that night and after. Showcase Strings made a beautiful affair even more beautiful..we couldn't be happier with them or the memory of their music!

We were recently married on November 21st, 2014. We chose Showcase Strings with roughly 10 days to go, and they did not disappoint. The music was beautiful and very technical. Their ability is unmatched in the industry. Guests truly enjoyed the Duo of Violins from start to finish. They played every selection we chose and more. The special requests made were accommodated and played to perfection. But best of all, they were genuine, kind and a joy to work with. Lynne and I kept in touch on a daily basis working through all of the music. She was responsive and thoughtful when it came to questions and requests, especially regarding the timing of our special day. They were asked to arrive one hour early (due to church protocol) and they were more than accommodating. They played longer than I would say usual and without an extra charge or fee. True professionals but even more so kind human beings. Showcase Strings was a blessing to us on our special day and undoubtedly they will be for anyone else who chooses them. Showcase Strings is absolutely the group you want to work with for your special day. I spoke with Lynne and Sue during my year's planning process and they were both attentive and responsive. They really make the wedding planning process manageable - trust me, as an anxious bride with several vendors, Showcase Strings was NOT one that I was worried about. They honestly made everything so simple - from their music samples on their website to their direct and easy contact methods. I had an interracial, interfaith wedding and asked Showcase Strings to learn several Chinese music pieces - which they did without problem! They also played several Jewish pieces during the cocktail hour. I'm so glad that they were flexible, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this amazing group to anyone because the quality of their services are well worth the price!
