Showtime Cincinnati will be my recommendation for anyone who asks me about a wedding DJ! I was expecting DJ Rob to be there, do a few introductions, and play music (which I would've been fine with), but he was so much more involved! He wasn't just a DJ; he was truly a Master of Ceremonies! He left nothing up to chance; he had everything planned out! Before the wedding, he sent us a script of what he planned to say for each bridesmaid/groomsman, and helped create a timeline, which he stuck to! Rob worked through everything with us, whether it be something major or something small! I can't thank Rob/Showtime Cincinnati enough for making our wedding day the success that it was!

Rob was the DJ of our wedding this past weekend and we had a GREAT time! He was so kind, professional, and detail-oriented. He made it clear from the start that he was there for us, and his primary objective was to make our event everything WE wanted (and not what our guests wanted). We felt listened to and respected the entire planning process and the night of the event; he even accommodated a couple last minute changes the week of (and night before) the wedding. He made sure our guests (and us) were where they needed to be, when they needed to be and I could tell he worked/coordinated well with our photography team. He also helped at our rehearsal the night prior and ensured everyone knew their roles and expectations. I could not recommend him and his services enough. Should we ever host a party or vow renewal in the future… he’ll be the first person we reach out to!

Showtime Cincinnati really knocked it out of the park! We had SO MUCH FUN! Everyone was on the dance floor from the time the music started until the last song. They made our wedding so special. They made sure we had everything we needed from the time we first met with them, through, and even after our wedding was over. I am so happy that we chose Showtime Cincinnati! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Rob was the absolute best. He kept me soo well updated through the whole year we had him booked before our wedding. He was very attentive and always available to chat or walk through things with us. He was truly like a second coordinator helping us with our timeline and ensuring we were ready for each next step. Rob went above and beyond what we had expected. He always helped me feel better when I was stressed and told me things would come together perfectly and he was right.

Rob and his team were amazing!!! The communication was great. We had our initial meeting where we went over how Showtime worked and he sent us a planning packet where we could choose songs for different events throughout the night along with a must play and do not play list. Rob was happy to answer any questions and give suggestions if we were unsure what to do at different parts of our wedding. About a month from the wedding we had another in person meeting where we went over final details made sure he had the correct versions of songs that we wanted, we could ask any questions and just to make sure everything was perfect! Rob even attended and ran our rehearsal. He was truly essential to our wedding day in making sure everything went smoothly. The music, sound, and dance floor lighting was great! His prices are extremely reasonable for his level of service and experience he has in the industry. We couldn't be happier with our DJ choice!!

We would give Rob at Showtime Cincinnati 10 stars if we could! He is both friendly and professional, and provided the perfect DJ experience for our wedding! We can’t say enough good things about Showtime Cincinnati. Rob went above and beyond for us. I had a last minute want of putting a voice over in our first dance song and Rob did it in no time for me with no hesitation. That small touch was so thoughtful and meant so much to me. Rob is attentive to detail and professional. I had so many guests who attended the wedding compliment the DJ services and I truly couldn’t be happier. Where do I begin? Rob is AMAZING. I discovered Showtime among many other DJ companies in the area and I am so fortunate that I chose Showtime as my wedding DJ. I could not have asked for better people to work with the day of my wedding and the days leading up to it. Rob has the best communication of anyone I have ever worked with and his responses were always so prompt. I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to planning because I am so indecisive and he was patient and helpful and made sure I got things done. He double checked everything was exactly how my husband and I wanted it to be, from the song choices, to the versions of songs, to the length they would be played, the order in which they went, and every detail in between. Showtime’s collection of music is very extensive and if there was a version of a song that they did not have, they would make sure to get it for you. Everyone at my wedding was raving about how professional Rob and his employees were. We had Brian and Ryan helping out at our wedding as well. These gentlemen ran our rehearsal, ceremony and reception for us and we could not have done it without them. The music and dancing are where the memories are made and I had so much fun on my wedding day that I wish I could replay it all over again. At the reception, Rob made sure to let people know the order in which things were happening, he was running around checking in with people for me, delivering mine and my husband’s meal to the table for us, and he even wore a tux! The music playlist was spot on, the uplighting and dancing floor monogram was incredible, and the setup they have for their DJ booth was so fun! He even allowed me to have a bubble exit as the reception was ending. I now have a wedding soundtrack to go back and listen to to replay my wedding day over and over again and I couldn’t ask for more. All around great guys, great company and I wish I could continue working with Rob because he is wonderful. Maybe someday I will attend another wedding that he DJs, but until then, hire Showtime. You won’t regret it!

My wedding was in THREE DAYS. The DJ I booked months ago called and cancelled. I was in a total panic! I started calling around and every DJ I called was booked. Until I called Showtime Cincinnati, they had a DJ available. That was a good start, but it was still three days from my wedding and I had to start all over with a plan becasue the DJ that cancelled had all that info and wouldn't answer the phone or answer emails and share it with me. Showtime Cincinnati was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! They REALLY worked with me to make a plan for my wedding that was a thousand times better than what I had before, and my wedding was even a thousand times better than the plan. I had SO MUCH FUN! EVERYBODY had So Much Fun! People just keep telling me how much they enjoyed my wedding! It was better than I imagined or dreamed it could ever be. I hope everyone else will be smarter than me and CALL SHOWTIME CINCINNATI FIRST! They made my wedding better than that clown I had booked ever could have. Showtime Cincinnati is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Ryan was so much fun to work with! The part of our wedding I was most looking forward to was hitting the dance floor, and Ryan absolutely delivered on that front. From the early planning process to the very end of our big day, he made our wedding totally stress-free. Ryan is a very talented DJ! He happily accommodated our more “unusual” requests while keeping the music lively, interesting, and exciting. During our initial meetings, we asked that he play a mix of classic wedding songs as well as a few deeper, more niche cuts, which is just what he gave us! We also had him bring foam glow sticks, which were a big hit with our guests. All of this is compounded by the fact that Ryan is a great guy! I can’t recommend Showtime Cincinnati enough. We loved working with Showtime Cincinnati and especially with DJ Rob. He had done my brother’s wedding and I knew I had to have him at mine. From the first meeting to the last song of the night, we were always confident in Rob and his energy. He made the night run so smoothly. We had Showtime Cincinnati at our wedding! They were the absolute best!!!

We had our wedding this past weekend and Rob and Brian with Showtime Cincinnati were our DJ’s for the evening. I can honestly say that without them our wedding would not have been complete! Everything they did was above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had. The Ceremony was perfectly timed out with beautiful music Rob helped us select. While Rob was playing the music, Brian was there to help get us all down the aisle at the perfect time. Their teamwork with us made the whole ceremony go so smooth and was everything a Bride and Groom could’ve asked for. The Reception was also a complete dream, not only for us but also for our guests. Rob and Brian led the whole evening and I can honestly not say one bad thing! The music was EXACTLY what we had asked for, the lighting was perfection and each special event we had planned was so perfectly timed all because of them. Never once was there a dull moment at our celebration thanks to Showtime Cincinnati! We were able to work with Rob for many months planning our dream wedding and he succeeded in every way possible giving us just that. I have had so many of our wedding guests calling and texting me since the event and every single one of them has mentioned how great the DJ’s were. Looking back, I truly cannot imagine a more perfect day and a lot of that was thanks to Rob and Showtime Cincinnati! If you are looking to plan any sort of event and need a DJ, I HIGHLY recommend Showtime Cincinnati! I know we will be using them without a doubt for anything we ever need again!

We had a consultation with Showtime Cincinnati in 2020 for our original wedding date of 5/16/2020. Unfortunately, that reception had to be canceled and we spent the next year rescheduling, canceling and trying to find a new date. Through all of it, Rob was supremely professional and wonderful to work with, always doing whatever he could to cooperate with our venue and other vendors to find a date that worked for everyone. When it finally came time to have the reception, he helped us create a timeline and asked plenty of questions to make sure he knew exactly how we wanted the day to go. He even apologized a few times for all of the questions, but we loved it because we knew everything would be taken care of! We finally had our wedding reception and Rob and Josh absolutely killed it! They were so friendly and great to hang out with all night. They kept everyone entertained and made sure all of the important milestones happened on time. They even had a few fun activities they were able to get the guests to participate in! We heard again and again from our guests that they had lots of fun, with several people even telling us that it was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. It's all due to Showtime Cincinnati's professionalism and excellent work in creating a fun and welcoming environment for all. We are SO appreciative of Rob and Josh and are now recommending Showtime Cincinnati to everyone we know getting married this year (which is a lot of couples!). We are so happy we chose them for our wedding and would 100% use their services again and again.

I am SO incredibly happy we chose Showtime Cincinnati for our DJ. After just 5 minutes talking with him in our first meeting, I knew he would be the perfect fit for us and we booked him the same day. He was so detailed about what to expect for our day and spent a lot of time planning out of wedding day so he knew the order of events to the T. He is so easy to talk to, get along with, and he really gets the party to have a good time. I definitely recommend him and the additional cost for your wedding audio. I got precious audio of my grandparents from our wedding day that I will forever be grateful for! Rob is absolutely amazing and I would book him time and time again!

I honestly cant even put into words about how thankful I was for Rob our DJ from Showtime Cincinnati. He went above and beyond any expectation I had for a DJ. The one thing I can go back on in my wedding and say i did absolutely 100% right was finding him. He was SO helpful with the whole planning process. I was a clueless bride, and he walked me through everything, every event exactly want to expect, he made wedding planning a breeze. He made sure every single detail was perfect and exactly what i wanted. He gave me ideas and suggestions that got guest more involved. I had so many compliments from my guest about him, people even asking me if he was my wedding planner because he was so involved and kept everything running so smoothly. I even threw him a curve ball late night before my wedding that changed up quite a bit when the best man wasnt able to show, he was prepared with all changes the next morning. We had the most fun wedding, and i give it to Rob. I cant speak highly enough about this man! Also after the wedding i received a little surprise of a video clip he put together of the highlights of my wedding day, and it was sooo incredibly special. I promise you if your looking for a DJ for any event Rob is your guy, you will not be disappointed. I cannot was to use Rob for every event in the future.

Rob at Showtime helped to make our wedding amazing for both us and our guests! We booked Showtime in April 2020 for our August 2021 wedding. We started out with a phone call with Rob, where he made it very clear that he knew what he was doing. Starting about 3 months before our wedding, we would receive emails with planning questions from Rob. These were extremely helpful because he brought up a lot of things we hadn’t even thought about yet, like the exact order of the ceremony or if we wanted to do a grand entrance for the reception. It’s been about a month since our wedding and we still have guests commenting on how we had the best wedding DJ ever! Rob did an amazing job getting people onto the dance floor and kept the night moving along swiftly. Every request we had came to life – he even helped us craft a 90’s power hour to kick off open dancing! Our package also came with uplighting which helped to tie some of our décor colors together, and we added a custom monogram for the dance floor. So we got an amazing DJ and he helped make our reception look great! We definitely recommend Showtime and Rob specifically as your wedding DJ!

Rob was such an awesome DJ and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole time!! We had to reschedule our wedding 3 times due to COVID and not only was he understanding but worked with us the whole time to make sure that when we finally got our day that it was perfect. We spontaneously asked if he could stay an extra half an hour (which he was happy to do) because no one was ready to leave the dance floor. The day of - we had some logistical issues with the seating arrangements in the ballroom and he handled it perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a DJ that is understanding, flexible, fun, organized, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time for any event!! Thank you Rob.

Everyone knows how important a good DJ is at a wedding, they set quite literally set the tone - Showtime Cincinnati, and Rob specifically, set the tones perfectly between wedding and reception. From the emotional weight of an ill father dancing with his daughter, to the riotous jumping around that a bunch of drunken college friends get into while screaming their favorite songs - Nobody could have nailed it like Showtime. With the team of excellent professionals working with us My wife and I had a blast and our guest cannot stop telling us how much fun they had, and how beautiful our wedding was weeks later. How did they do this? Rob spent time with us. We had a 90 minute meeting of him just getting to know my wife and I, so he could best represent us through his craft, and then another 2 hour meeting face to face a couple days before the wedding to ease our nerves and finalize plans. Creative, professional, and friendly - Showtime absolutely made our wedding day amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

I am so happy that we chose DJ Rob for our wedding. Music and dancing was priority for us but we had to stay within a budget and so many DJ's were charging outside of this. DJ Rob delivered us quality service with a reasonable price. He was super thorough and responsive throughout the planning process and it's clear that he knows what he is doing and is experienced. I am a wedding officiant and I performed the ceremony September 28, 2019 that Rob from Showtime DJ was the DJ. He did an awesome job but what set him apart from other Djs was that he is the only DJ who has ever called me before the wedding to make sure we had what we needed such as mics for the ceremony itself. Because he asked ahead, the mic for the readers was available and already set up before the ceremony. Great job Rob and awesome Customer service,

Picking a DJ can be very scary considering they can make or break your reception. I have to say after meeting with Rob he put my mind at ease. He encouraged me to contact him with any questions and concerns as often as I needed. He was very patient with me. He listened closely to my expectations and desires for my reception. The night of the reception I was worry free because I knew Rob had everything under control. Everyone had a great time. He did a fantastic job of getting everyone up and dancing. There are not even enough stars to give on here to review Showtime Cincinnati accurately. They were TRULY AMAZING. Rob was our DJ and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night. The energy was so high and he made our wedding a night Meghan and I will never forget. All of our guests had awesome things to say about the music and the flow of the night. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. We had the BEST night of our lives!

I wish I could give Showtime Cincinnati zero stars for the way my fiance and I were treated, and the unprofessionalism of the company. Like most, we initially looked at reviews while looking for a DJ for our wedding, we saw all of the great reviews, and were excited to meet with them. The meeting with Rob seemed to go well, seemed professional and the next day we decided to move forward with booking. We emailed Rob notifying him that they should be receiving our contract and deposit in the mail in a couple of days. Well, it had been about a week and we never heard anything from Showtime Cincinnati. We tried calling them (by the way they NEVER answer the phone), left a message, and also emailed Rob regarding our deposit and contract. It was several days before we received an email, and NEVER received a phone call back. Apparently, the other DJs with the company don't communicate with each other at all, because we were told that during the 24 hours we talked it over, they had booked an event during the time of our wedding that required all of their DJs, therefore they couldn't do our wedding. Obviously, we were upset, we had already told them we wanted them as our DJ, signed a contract AND did a deposit. There wasn't a real apology or "I'm sorry" and again no phone call to explain the situation. Rob at first said he would try and get out of the event and still do our wedding, and would let us know. Then, he said he could do our wedding now he was just trying to find a second person to help during the wedding. Here we are over a MONTH later, and NEVER received a response from Rob or anyone from Showtime Cincinnati. No one ever answers the phone when you call or calls you back when you leave a message. We sent countless emails that went unanswered. Completely unprofessional! So, beware all brides! DO NOT go with Showtime Cincinnati, they seem great at first i'll admit, but they treated us with such disrespect and unprofessionalism I can't even believe it. Had someone just simply called us, and was sympathetic, explained the situation we could have avoided all of this. But, again unprofessional, you have been warned!

Rob did an awesome job at our wedding! I wanted the dance floor to be packed all night and it sure was! People are still raving about how much fun they had at our wedding! He made the planning process as easy as posible with the planning sheet they provide. Some of my must play songs did not get played but it was not a big deal for me. My guests were requesting songs all night and he did a great job hitting songs on my must play list as well as the requests the guests wanted. He was very professional and enjoyable. Also, I was very happy with the price!

Mark was amazing, while planning my wedding across country he was willing to work with my schedule, help me pick songs, and was just a wonderful person. He was quick to respond to questions, and was understanding when I took some time getting back to him. Just a complete sweetheart. Knowledge level: He was able to help set up our time line., and how to run everything. Knew a great list of songs events. (Cake cutting, father daughter dance, and so on.) He read my crowd well, most of my guest love older songs so he stuck to what our group loved. Friendliness: Just open to talking and joke with our guest. Made multiple meetings for my husband I . Phone calls, video chats, text, and even an in person meeting. He always made sure to let us know everything. Professional : I joked saying that coming in Christmas pajamas was okay with me but he and his assistant dressed to impress. Both were friendly, approachable, and honestly I didn't have to worry about a thing, Always quick to respond and able to explain things. Pricing: Perfect. We went with the most expensive package but it was worth it, and still a better price than half the other dj's I looked at. Of all my vendors I think this was the best price and deal wise. All around a wonderful experience.

I can't say enough how great Rob was to work with. I am not the best planner and didn't have a great vision for how I wanted the ceremony/reception to go, but he laid it all out for us and made it so easy. He played great music and took our input on preferences. The price was very fair and affordable compared to other DJ's we explored. Would totally recommend!

Rob made our wedding reception a total success! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Showtime Cincinnati.
