My husband and I are so glad we went with Showtime Transportation for our Wedding Day needs! Showtime was our main point of transportation from 3pm - 1am in the morning for our New Year's Eve wedding. From the wedding party photoshoot around Kansas City, to guest transportation, and the last midnight ride to the hotel - the service was excellent. We especially loved Al as our driver. Would highly recommend!

Our party bus was in great condition and our driver Al for the wedding was friendly and fun! Everyone loved it, definitely one of the highlights of the wedding for big groups. Communication in reserving the shuttle was also easy over the phone.

Our experience was just amazing with Showtime. Our driver Josh was extremely wonderful and gave us wonderful service in every way, from pick up to bringing us home. I will always use this company and recommend them to everyone we know. Plus we are planning to use them again to see the plaza lights.

Showtime provided excellent transportation for our wedding party! We originally booked the white trolley, but it broke down the week before our wedding. The staff at Showtime was prompt and clear in communicating this to us, and they assured us that they would still provide a vehicle for us. We ended up getting upgraded to a party bus at no charge, which was very deluxe and even had a bathroom on board. Our driver was extremely kind and very skilled at maneuvering such a large vehicle! We highly recommend Showtime Transportation; they came through very well for us, even when a change had to be made.

Without Showtime Transportation, our wedding day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly & as ahead of schedule as it did. We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests. We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine. Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn’t working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.

Showtime's Krystal Limo Bus was a great get-around for our wedding day. It fit 18 very comfortably. Planning was easy and smooth. Our driver was helpful and accommodated some impromptu trips to shuttle guests from the hotel. We loved being able to leave stock for the bus the week before.

Showtime did a wonderful job getting around Kansas City for pictures and ensuring we arrived on time at our ceremony. They were open to any suggestions on how to get to various picture locations. And ensured that each person was helped in and out of the trolley. Thank you!

Booking was easy and pricing is reasonable. The driver was very nice. My only complaint was the lack of decent air conditioning. It was 90+ degrees outside and the ride was not awesome. There was air it just wasn’t very cold or powerful.

We used Showtime transportation for our wedding in March of 2022. We rented a large bus to take the wedding party around KC for photos. The bus was clean and our driver was great and accommodating. I was happy with the price we paid and customer service. I will use Showtime again in the future for transportation needs.

Showtime Transportation and Eric provided transportation for our wedding party to 'explore' KC and take pictures! Simply put, they did an outstanding job! Eric, our driver was helpful and kind, and got us everywhere we needed/wanted to be! Without a doubt, we would definitely recommend trusting them with your wedding!

Showtime Transportation was amazing to use for our wedding! My husband and I were able to drop off alcohol the week before our wedding and confirm all of our details with them so that on the wedding day we did not even have to think about it. The bus showed up on time outside of our venue to take us to the church and the driver was so kind about where we needed to go. This company was so easy to work with! We made one reservation and I think my wedding coordinator and the company talked a couple of times to solidify the plans a couple of weeks before the wedding. It was that easy! I took the first trolley to get to the venue and the last one at the end of the night, but my limited time with the driver was positive! He went out of his way to accommodate some family members with more limited mobility for the large steps and wanted to make sure we had an amazing party with the Bluetooth speaker. If I kept a couple of drunk drivers off the road by having a trolley, I'll take it.

We booked a party bus to take our wedding party and some other friends from our hotel in the morning to a spot for pictures and then to the venue. We originally booked one party bus, but their bus was hit by another car a few weeks before our wedding. They weren't at fault and instead of making me scramble to find a new mode of transportation, they quickly offered the perfect alternative. Our wedding party and close friends loved the bus and all complimented the driver on his professionalism and how helpful he was. Sadly, I don't remember his name!

Showtime Transportation was absolutely fabulous and added the perfect touch of fun to our wedding day! They were the very first vendor we booked because we wanted to have the black and silver trolley for our bridal party transportation, and we were not disappointed! Everyone at showtime, from our booking agent to our driver (major shoutout to Ed!), was so kind and genuinely excited to be a part of our special day. They also worked with us from the get-go to be accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond what we would have expected. We were able to drop off drinks several days before the wedding and they had everything packed and on the bus for us -and even provided the ice and cooler! They are the most professional transportation company and provide top-notch vehicles - all at the most reasonable rates with everything included. We had so much fun on our trolley and with our driver, and got everywhere we wanted to go for photos all ahead of schedule! There really is no better option out there if you need fun transportation.

Showtime transportation did the transportation for our wedding - they did a fantastic job. The driver was helpful and kind, and got us everywhere we needed to be! They went above and beyond and made sure we were stocked with everything our wedding party needed (including ice for our champagne). I definitely recommend trusting them with your wedding!

Showtime is the best transportation company! I can’t say enough good things about them and the service they provided for our wedding. They’re extremely easy to work with…they allow you to bring your drinks for the bus before the event and they load it all in coolers and ice it all down for you. The bus was clean, worked great, and drove us wherever we asked. Book them for your event!!

I used this company twice for my wedding ceremony and then reception months later! I really had great experiences getting to set everything up with multiple stops and dropping the alcohol off early. They even get the ice and bus all set up for you! I had one draw back when it was really hot and they didn't have enough coolant. I would have appreciated them letting me know more ahead of time or having a plan B! But we made the most of it!

My brother used Showtime for his wedding two years ago and after our experience with them, they we're one of the first vendors my Fiancé and I booked because we knew we only wanted to use them! The booking & confirmation process was so easy and stress free. Our driver, Eric, was so accommodating to our family and wedding party. It rained off an on all day and at each stop Eric was there ready to help with an umbrella! The bus we booked was perfect for our size and it was so fun for the wedding party to get away and have some fun to kick off the evening of festivities! They let our group eat lunch on the bus, which was super coinvent for time use! Thank you so much Showtime for helping make our day even more special!

Showtime Transportation provided limo service for our wedding. I appreciated that their fleets and rates were available on their website. That definitely made it easy to narrow down choices. They were super easy to work with once we decided to go with them. On the wedding day the limo was on time and got us where we needed be. Planning a wedding is hectic, so honestly the best compliment I can give Showtime Transportation is that they were extremely easy to work with, on time, and have reasonable rates. I’d recommend checking them out for any limo needs.

Showtime Transportation came to the rescue on our wedding day this past weekend!! Our original party bus decided to cancel on us morning of and we had no idea what to do. In comes Jane from The English Barn to the rescue and next thing we knew everything had been fixed and Showtime was able to step in on short notice! We couldn't be more thankful for them!!

We used Showtime Transportation for our wedding party and we were very impressed! The communication was excellent from the day I contacted them to book all the way throughout our wedding day. The trolley arrived promptly and our driver was very friendly! She even adjusted our itinerary at the last minute when we had a slight change of plans. Showtime was great to work with for our wedding! We booked a trolley to take the wedding party from the church to take pictures and to the reception. We had so much fun on the trolley and Jeff was great and professional to work with as our driver. We were able to bring our own coolers and snacks on the bus. We hired a trolly to transport our wedding party-totally made the day! The driver was professional and patient, and the office was very easy to communicate with. They even let us bring down our coolers and snacks the day before so everything was loaded for us and ready to go when we were done with the ceremony. Definitely added fun to our day!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Showtime transportation. Tara was so helpful in keeping me informed throughout the day. Apparently there was an issue with our original limo, but it was quickly and professionally addressed and did not even cause a hiccup in our big day. Super sweet, down to earth people. Definitely would recommend!

Showtime was an absolute pleasure to work with! We like many other weddings had to reschedule due to COVID and they were so efficient and easy to communicate with. They always called during hours when I was available outside of work so I never once felt like they were inconveniencing me (which is hard to say because most wedding vendors from my experience will call NONSTOP at the most inconvenient times). On top of all of that they are very reasonably priced, and have the utmost level of professionalism. Our driver showed up on time, and ready to deliver us home in the fully loaded Escalade (thank you for having a GMC product as we are a family of auto workers, both Ford and GM which made a huge statement to all of us). He was the perfect gentleman and I didn’t even have to worry about getting my bag out when we arrived home. He chatted it up with us and we graciously enjoyed his company. We originally had zero plans for a transportation service but we are so glad we booked showtime, and we will be booking again in the near future for other fun events. We hope to request our driver Andre again because he was a real treat!

We did the silver trolley for our transportation from the hotel to the church and from the church to take photos in KC and then back to the reception. It was such a fun atmosphere to get to be with our bridal party. Showtime transportation is incredibly professional, easy to communicate with and fun! They provide coolers with ice and you can drop off drinks for the ride prior to your wedding day to have them ready for you the day of. If we need transportation in the future for events we will be using Showtime!

Highly recommend Showtime for your wedding day transportation! They were readily available and easy to work with leading up to our wedding day. Our driver was professional and prompt. We ended up using the black and silver trolley and I loved it! It had the exterior trolley appearance but with limo style seating inside. I only wish we had more time to ride inside!!

Showtime Transportation is one of our favorite wedding day transportation services in KC. After 12 years of riding in just about any type of vehicle in KC, Showtime is consistently on time, their drivers are friendly to both clients and vendors and they are one of the only transportation services I’ve never had issues with when describing where to go. Their drivers know KC extremely well and they’re also really great drivers! There’s a big difference between driving a large fleet vehicle and driving one full of people dressed up and drinking while enjoying their friends. Their drivers are some of the smoothest drivers in KC. And they have a diverse amount of vehicles that are always clean (like they always feel like their brand new) and you never run into breakdowns or, something I’ve experienced with other fleets, the air-conditioning not being able to keep up or even working. We can’t say enough about Showtime and highly recommend them!

We absolutely loved our experience with Showtime Transportation! We used 3 vehicles with them, all with the same driver, I believe her name was Cindy. Her attentive driving, careful assistance with me in my gown, and patience with the tardy groomsmen at the end of the night were so appreciated. All the vehicles were clean, comfortable, and on time for all our weird pickups and drop offs. highly, highly recommend!

AWESOME!!!!!!! TEN STARS!!!!!! This Trolley was so good! We got the black and white trolley and it was perfect for our wedding. Our friends were able to drop off drinks a week before the wedding so we would have something for the way. We rode around town taking pictures no problem. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Used Showtime for my daughter's wedding on 9/21/19. The trolley was such a fun way to transport our guests from parking to venue! They were very easy to work with from start to finish.

We only had one hiccup on our wedding day and unfortunately it was with Showtime. I can honestly say I was disappointed it happened as bus time with the wedding party is supposed to be a lot of fun. My (now) husband and I purposely chosen a larger bus as we were promised that it had the best air conditioners. Seeing as how we were getting married in September, we definitely needed air conditioner. Unfortunately the day of our wedding, the air conditioners on the bus were not working and it was 90+ degrees outside. We tried to take the wedding party around town to take pictures but everyone was miserable. We had to cut our transportation session about 2 hours short and take the wedding party back to the venue. My photographer had to drive my husband and I around to take the remaining pictures with just us. I will say that the driver of the bus that day was amazing and did his best to turn a bad situation into a good one. He was very apologetic (though it wasn't his fault) and he did the very best he could that day. We were eventually given a refund. I would still recommend using Showtime, just be mindful of what you are renting given the time of year.

We used Showtime for our get-away car - great service. Arrived right on time, had our champagne on ice with glasses. The driver was very courteous, the car was perfectly clean.

We used Showtime Transportation's Rockstar Bus on our wedding day to shuttle my husband & I and our wedding party around downtown & the Crossroads area for pictures. There were 30 of us and the bus was PERFECT! Our driver, Johnathan, was awesome -- so kind, fun, and took good care of us. We were able to bring alcohol the day before, and the Showtime Transportation staff loaded it on the bus for us. They also had coolers & provided free ice. They were easy to work with & so accommodating! I highly recommend!

Had an amzing time on the Krystal Limo Bus! Even though it was the hottest day of the year, and the A/C was struggling, Showtime made our day great! My MOH and I dropped off drinks the day before so they could be chilled and ready on the bus after the ceremony. I had a 3 hour break between ceremony and reception, so the bus took us to multiple locations for pictures. The speaker system was great and my entire wedding party had a great time celebrating and dancing even before the reception began.

We booked with another transportation company for our wedding for almost a year in advance. The other company canceled our party bus two days prior to our wedding. We were so stressed and scrambling to find someone to help us on such an important day and on such short notice. Showtime transportation was so kind and they even offered to match the price that we originally had with the other transportation company. It two days before our wedding and they had limited options available to carry 20+ people but they made it work. We were allowed to drop off our drinks prior to the day of (which helped A LOT). They showed up at our church on time & we did not have an aux cord but our driver did! Our driver helped me in and out of the car - he was so kind, sweet, and respectful. I wish we would've booked with showtime from the very beginning. I promise you you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for helping us on such short notice - we are so thankful.

We booked the limbosine for 3 nights of our wedding weekend. We had two separate drivers and both were early, polite, and was able to handle our crazy group! The only hiccup was they forgot to bring the alcohol we dropped off earlier - but it did not affect the night! The planning process was also great with their office staff! They were great!!!!

They were professional and on time! Definitely worth it! We had a great time. It was so nice to be able to drop off food and drinks for the bus the week of the wedding and they were all ready on ice for us when we got on! Definitely would use them again!

There was plenty of room on the trolley and the trolley was in tip top wedding shape! Showtime was SO easy to work with--I spoke to them multiple times on the phone and they were always well informed with what was going on. They even allowed us to drop off all drinks and "trolley" things ahead of time which made for one less thing to worry about day of which was certainly appreciated. Jonathan did a wonderful job ensuring that the wedding party got to where they needed to be when they needed to be there. He was so professional but also so fun! Showtime Transportation is awesome! We used them for both my bachelor party and wedding. It was fantastic. The buses we used (the Krystal limo bus and the sprinter limousine) are so nice and very luxurious. Our driver was Johnathan and he is the man. He drove us wherever we wanted and was so fun and kind to all the passengers. Whenever we need a bus in the future we will definitely be coming back!

We rented a trolley for after our wedding to take the bridal party around for photos. The trolley was clean and well maintained, and the driver was so helpful getting us on and off the trolley in our dresses and heels. It was a wonderful experience and would absolutely use this company again!

We debated on getting transportation when we were planning, but we are so glad we decided to do it! We had our wedding party as well as ushers and a couple of our cousins on the trolley, and it was such a blast. Everyone loved the wedding, but this was one of their favorite parts. If you are early in your planning process, we would recommend going to multiple bridal expos. Our first one was absolutely overwhelming, but we actually booked Showtime Transportation at our second expo and it was such a smooth experience. After the first time, you will have an agenda and will be able to get in and get out. Showtime allows you to bring beer the week before and will even ice it down for you! Such a great touch! They have at least aux cords on all of their vehicles for music and are moving to getting bluetooth as well. The party bus is a must and is definitely worth the money. Plus, you will love working with this company!!

What an amazing and fun experience. We had winter driving conditions and riders couldn’t tell. They took care of icing down out drinks and getting the food purchased on the bus ready for us. The party bus had a great sound system and plenty of room.
