Shuckers Oyster Bar & Grill is a wedding caterer located in Wake Forest, NC. This husband-and-wife-owned restaurant is focused on providing you with high-quality food and customer service for your special event. Owners Kevin and Amy are proud of the family they have built within their business and they are honored to be chosen to help your loved ones celebrate your new beginning. Kevin and Amy both have many years of experience in the restaurant industry. Having originally met when they both worked at an Outback Steakhouse, they’ve grown both their own family and their careers over the last decade. After Amy lost both of her parents to cancer, she and her husband decided to dine at the original Shuckers restaurant that had been her late parents’ favorite restaurant. After 23 years in business, the original founders were closing the eatery’s doors for good. This duo decided to buy the name and develop their own concept for the new enterprise. Now, with a team of around 80 people, they have established a close-knit group of friendly professionals who work hard to bring tasty dishes to every joyous occasion. Shuckers Oyster Bar & Grill’s highly trained catering staff is committed to creating an exceptional dining experience for you and your esteemed guests. Delight in their elegant evening menu, ripe with delectable sample dishes such as baked brie with apricot and chipotle pecan compote and roasted rosemary chicken. You and your loved ones can savor the items on their sample classic wedding menu, including slow-roasted filet with a creamy horseradish sauce and herb-crusted rolls. This restaurant also specializes in Southern-inspired cuisine such as shrimp and grits and Jack Daniel’s honey glazed salmon.
