Very professional with a great personality. Everyone I spoke with was great and speedy. The props were great. This photo booth was definitely a hit with our guests. I even got a copy of all the photos into a scrapbook to keep forever and then to my surprise got digital copies too. I would recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact I already have!

Everyone LOVED the photobooth and the guest book they put together was awesome! The guy running the booth was so nice and we would definitely recommend them!

Our photobooth was a hit at our wedding! The company even stayed a little longer at no additional charge to allow people to finish up and allow my husband and I a chance to take a turn! They put together a fantastic scrapbook of all of the photos which we have already re-looked through multiple times!! Shutterbooth was great to work with and made everything super easy!

Great addition to our wedding reception on 10/24/2015. Jacqueline was a great contact person during the wedding planning process, and the pictures turned out great! They also print multiple copies of pictures so the couple can keep a copy for scrapbooks! Loved it!

I got an awesome deal at the Wedding show from booking them on site. They outdid themselves and I was very happy with the Photo Booth. The staff was amazing and kept in good spirits as the night went on. They provided so many fun props as well as the book and as many print outs as we wanted. Even better was the disk they promptly sent us in the mail with all the images. I was very happy with their services and can't wait to use them again. Very good communication and I am very pleased.

They did a great job at my wedding on October 25, 2014! They were great at communicating before the event and knew enough about my venue to where I did not have to worry about placement. They were on top of things and even handled the rowdiness of my crowd well. I will definitely suggest them to others in the future!!

I had the photo booth for my 50th birthday party and the booth was a hit. All of my guest said the photo booth made the even even more enjoyable. The props were awesome and everyone had a blast taking pictures. I love my photo album with the pictures as well as notes for my guest. The staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive. I felt bad because the booth was loved so much she worked all night long from 7:00 and did not get anything to eat until after 11:30 but did this with a smile. I will definitely book your services again.

Disaster! Disaster! Disaster! From the very beginning, a huge disaster! When I booked Shutterbooth and paid the deposit the billing system did not work correctly and I ended up having the $400 deposit taken from my checking account four times ($1600 total!) ….twice! To their credit, they fixed the problem quickly and to make up for it, they added a prop package to the booth we ordered. But, even after that, their processes just did not seem to work throughout the entire planning experience. I had to keep reaching out them, even down to 2 days before their wedding to sort out the 'day of' details. The logo coordinator moved and her computer went down, so she was out of touch for weeks until I started asking questions. It was always…."I am sorry this particular process did not work, I am not sure why". The day of my wedding, the photo booth operator showed up 2 hours late. The other vendors had to help him get set up. He made noise during the wedding. The other vendors had to ask him to be quiet. He brought another person with him (who it was, I have no idea) and was dressed completely inappropriately for the wedding and venue. The DJ talked up the photo booth to the crowd and a line formed, and to my horror, THE BOOTH NEVER WORKED! The booth operator said it was a software issue, but I learned later that the entire time he was calling some one for help, he was calling the wrong person! By 2 hours into the wedding reception, he packed up everything. In the end, I got my money back. But, my guests will not have the opportunity to use the photo booth. We were so excited about it and had talked it up to all of our friends. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. To their credit, they did send me my money back without hesitation. And, they offered to host another photo booth opportunity to us at no cost. I plan to take them up on that offer, but nothing will make up for my disastrous experience.

I cancelled my wedding but while looking for a photobooth for our "Picture Perfect" wedding theme, Shutter booth offered exactly what we wanted at an affordable price.

This was so much fun!! So glad we got them!!!

This photobooth made the night even more special. My guests loved it!! AND...I got a great guestbook complete with photobooth photos from every single guest!!! That was more special than I could have dreamed. The woman who ran it was awesome, so awesome in fact, that I received so many comments about how great she was all night! I would definitely hire this company again and again and again.

Shutterbooth was a big hit at my son and daughter-in-law wedding. I have been to many weddings but i have never been to a wedding that had a photobooth. The attendant we had was very nice, helpful, and energetic. She was dancing and having fun along with us while we was waiting in line to get our pictures taken in the photobooth. If you are looking for some entertainment for your guest i would recommend shutterbooth. It is worth the investment. Our family and friends said they enjoyed a nice wedding had lots of fun and great photo strips of memories.

Everyone that came to our wedding talked about how much fun the Shutterbooth was! The two attendants we had were so much fun and professional at the same time!! Over all it was a great party favor, and we have a scrapbook and disk of pictures that we will have forever, and can look back on not just our wedding pictures but everyones fun photostrip also!!

I was really looking foward to this at my wedding but was not very happy with the attendent sent. The attendent was very unhelpful and negative. The owners are AMAZING though and the pictures are great!

This was the best idea EVER. My guests had a blast in the photobooth. I loved that each person could take home a photo strip and place another one in a scrapbook with a message for us. I was worried some of our older guest wouldn't take advantage of the booth but by the end I think everyone was in there. Jacquelynn was awesome and our shutterbooth attendants were fabulous. We also got a CD of all the photos sent to our house after the wedding and really enjoyed looking through our scrapbook the day after.

AWESOME!!! all of the guest love this. easy gift for the guest plus a cool guest book for you. the attendents were awesome, seemed to have just as much fun as us. even got a cool picture of them in my guest book. SO worth the extra buck!

What a great decision to have a photobooth at my wedding. It was a big hit and soooo much fun! The guests loved it and it kept us amused all night long! Shutterbooth was very accomodating even at the last minute! What a blast!

I found ShutterBooth Hampton Roads when planning my 25th birthday bash. Everyone that attended had an absolute blast! The staff was professional and courteous and everything went off without a hitch. I added on the prop box for a little extra fun, it added so many laughs. All the pictures came out with excellent quality and all my friends plan to book ShutterBooth for their future events. This is a definite must have for when I get married!!!

I first saw Shutter booth at a Wedding convention in Richmond, VA in January 2011and thought how cool it would be to have a photo booth at the wedding ( which was on 9-10-11)! It was between Shutter booth and another photo booth but it wasn't hard to make a decision on which one to pick. It was a great price and the pictures came out Great! Everyone at the wedding had lots of fun taking pictures . I would highly recommend Shutter booth!!

This was one of 3 experiences with a photo both and by far the BEST one!! Jaqueline and her helper were so nice, fun and accommodating. It was the most professional looking photo booth yet and we all had so much fun! Everyone had the best time picking color orblack and white and having the duplicates to take home. The best part is, we walked away with photos to show people when we returned home, and had such a good time reading what everyone wrote. They were such a good value (I think they under charge for the quality and personality combo!) AND they got me the cd of images in a week! You will NOT be disappointed!

My sister used ShutterBooth for her wedding reception, and it was so fun! I really liked the props they had on hand (goofy mustaches are awesome!). The staff was helpful and seemed to have a good time with those of us using the booth. I'm definitely keeping them in mind for my own wedding reception! Also, the album my sister got is so much fun to look at!

we had so much fun using shutterbooth...it was the hit of the wedding. all of my guests took their turns in the booth and now we have priceless pics, even the kids were in on the posing. their staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient and i highly recommend shutterbooth to each and every bride-to-be with a big hell yeah!

I really must say this was the highlight of the wedding/reception. Everyone young and old took pictures. The booth really set a good party atmosphere, we had a vintage themed wedding and this really added that special touch to our wedding. One young guest said it was like being at a carvinal. I think it just made the wedding reception come to life. And the photo attendant had great customer service,very friendly and very helpful. Everybody has been talking about the wedding being superb, I think the shutter booth was truly the icing on the cake for this wedding. Thanks so much for making my daughters wedding one to remember by both guests and all of the wedding party. I will be recommending your service to any who may need it in the future. , and just to think, I was turned down by one owner of the same business, due to my date, Soo glad I was, may not have gotten the same experience as I had with the Shutterbooth. we had a fairly small wedding but many people did not know each other, and this was sure a great icebreaker!! everyone was having a blast taking pictures and at one point there was a long line to get in! the picture quality is AMAZING, the people operating the booth were friendly and helpful and fun, the guest book is so creative and a great way to remember everyone who was there, and overall it was a GREAT addition to the wedding reception. You'd be missing out to NOT have Shutterbooth at your wedding reception!

We used Shutterbooth of Hampton Roads for our April 2010 wedding reception and were extremely pleased with the results! They were very professional and courteous to our guests which made the experience much more pleasureable for everyone. Our guests and family are STILL talking about the photo booth and when visiting them my husband and I smile when we see the photo strip displayed somewhere in their home, office, etc. The Shutterbooth is definitely a unique way to capture the spirit of your event while sending your guests away with a memory of the your day. So happy with our experience and we're already looking for another reason to rent the Shutterbooth!

We decided to use shutterbooth for our wedding and were SO happy that we did! Shutterbooth looked very sleek and classy when compared with other photobooth options that we explored. Jaquelynn was so easy to work with in designing a great logo for us. On our wedding day, it was all set up when we got there and I didn't even notice it being taken down once our reception was over...very worry-free. Our guests raved about it during the wedding reception as well as for days afterward! It's been fun to look back on all of the pictures and see fun groupings of our guests taking pictures. Wonderful people to work with and a huge hit at the wedding. I'd definitely recommend to any bride in the area!

I heard about the Shutterbooth a few months before our wedding and was immediately intrigued. Worked with Scott and Jacquelynn in the months leading up to the wedding to get everything set. They were both wonderful to work with. Jacque worked with us on developing a custom logo for our filmstrips, and we met them prior to the event to take a look at the booth, and get all the logistics settled. No exaggeration... the photo booth was possibly the biggest hit of the wedding. I say "possibly" because I'd like to think our ceremony and my beautiful bride were a bigger hit, but you get my point ;) The booth was full of people non-stop from start to finish. Kids loved it, adults loved it, grandparents got in there. And with the open bar, the pictures just got better and better as the night went on. I am not exaggerating when I say guests were talking about how cool the photobooth was for days after the wedding. We had some engaged friends at our wedding that were already asking how much it was, how it worked, etc, because they saw how much fun everyone had with it. We had about 150 guests at our wedding and ended up with an awesome scrapbook - that we got that night - with over 100 filmstrips in it, with everyone writing personal messages next to their pictures. I doubt we'll be pulling out our wedding album to show friends more than once or twice a year, but I know we'll pull our Shutterbooh album out all the time... it's so much fun to look at. And if you're like me, and have a hard time remembering names, it's great to look back through the book at your spouse's guests that you just met, and see their picture and name and remember them the next time you see them. If you are getting married, and planning to make your reception a fun event, do yourself a favor and get a hold of Scott and Jacque and get the booth. You will love it. I know it sounds like I work with them or they're my friends based on this review, but I am being 100% honest when I tell you we never heard of them before the wedding and we are absolutely this pleased with the experience. It was worth every penny. One tip, if you get the booth make sure you set it up in a "high traffic" area at your reception. You don't want it tucked into a corner. Keep it near the bar and/or dance floor so you will get people in and out, and they won't have to go hunt to find it. We had ours set up by the bar and dance floor and I thin that really helped get people to pop in.

I was intrigued by the whole Shutterbooth concept from the moment I was introduced to it at a bridal show. It's a little pricey, but I was determined to make it happen for our September 2010 wedding. I actually attended an event that had a similar booth several months ago, but the young lady who was running it was timid and shy and lacked enthusiasm. Many guests were unaware that the photobooth was even there. I conveyed this experience to the Shutterbooth vendor who assured me that the representative at my wedding would be "full of energy and enthusiasm." Welllll..... Once my new husband and I had finished with our pictures and dinner, we wanted to see all the fun photos in our Shutterbooth memory book. There was exactly one. I was beyond disappointed. I asked the representative where the rest of the photos were and she indicated that there weren't any others. I asked if she had been going around letting people know all about the Shutterbooth idea (which had been a specific request I made to the vendor) and she said she had not. A male representative advised that they would, but after asking a multitude of guests, I'm convinced that they did not. Additionally, we had to pay extra for the "props" and the representatives actually forgot to bring them. Thank goodness our wedding cooridinator noticed and insisted that they make the trip back to where ever it is they had to go to retrieve them before the reception was over. The Shutterbooth concept is unique and has the potential to be a lot of fun. Had our representatives been a bit more personable, a little more energetic, and not acted as if our wedding reception was the last place they wanted to be, I would have said that our Shutterbooth experience was worth the splurge. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
