Unfortunately, since Shutterbooth operates with individual owners covering specific areas, other franchises couldn't assist me. It was only after I contacted another Shutterbooth company that Jenn finally got in touch with me, explaining she had a family emergency. While I empathize with unexpected emergencies, the lack of an out-of-office message left me feeling uneasy. Even after we managed to book everything, her responses remained agonizingly slow, raising doubts about her commitment to my wedding. The only reason I tolerated this communication issue was because Shutterbooth was the sole provider of the glam feature in the St. Joe area. On the wedding day, Jenn arrived on time, and the photo booth was a big hit. We were pleased to receive a photo book with copies of all our guests' photos, which allowed them to leave us heartfelt messages, which was a nice touch. After the wedding, I requested a digital copy of all the images. Jenn promptly provided a link, but I didn't download the images immediately. It would have been helpful if she had informed me about the link's expiration. However, when I tried to contact her for a new link, she ceased responding to my emails, texts, and calls for over a month. I hope that by sharing this review, I'll finally get a response from Jenn. To spare others from the frustration I've experienced, I strongly recommend considering other photo booth companies. There are alternatives that offer the glam feature without the communication hassles.

We were bale to customize our package to our exact budget and preferences including an open booth that allowed for larger group pictures, a box of props for added fun, and idle hours so that our guests could enjoy dinner uninterrupted by set up. Our photo strip guest book is hilarious and absolutely priceless. You wont regret booking with them!

also the props for the guests to use. It was a HUGE hit at our wedding. They had enough help standing by the booth during the whole reception. Shutterbooth is a great vendor for any reception. They were on time, organized, and gave everything you ordered for a great price.

Rapids agreed to cover our contract. He was awesome, and everyone loved the photos! The price was excellent and the experience was well worth the cost. Best part is we have all the photos as memories!

Wade even expressed an interest in buying the brocade backdrop I had made. When we arrived for the reception there was a small booth with my 8' x 8' backdrop just hanging all over this small booth. The attendant said there must have been a misunderstanding. I was NOT happy, but too late to do anything about it. I felt they did what was easier and maybe never intended to do the lounge. BUYER BEWARE!!! The pics were cute, but NOT what we had planned.
