From our first meeting with Andrew we knew he was the one we wanted to capture our wedding day. After watching many samples from videographers we kept coming back to Andrews. He ca...
ptured the day in such a beautiful and natural way. He was so kind and accommodating and added to the fun on our special day.
We found Andrew through research and reviews on the knot. We were looking for a videographer to capture our day in a non-traditional way, more of a movie style. Andrew did an excel...
lent job of that and he is insanely talented. So glad we were able to work with him and would highly recommend!
From the moment we met Andrew, we knew we were in good hands. His friendly and approachable demeanor instantly put us at ease, and we felt comfortable discussing our vision for the...
video. Despite the unforeseen challenge of rain on our wedding day, Andrew adapted seamlessly and managed to capture every precious moment with an artistic eye that surpassed our expectations.
What truly amazed us was Andrew's ability to film everything alone. He effortlessly navigated through the chaos of our wedding day, never missing a beat. It's a testament to his professionalism and dedication that he was able to capture the spontaneous occurrences that made our wedding so unique and special. We were blown away by his attention to detail and the way he beautifully showcased the emotions, laughter, and love shared by everyone present.
Not only was Andrew an outstanding videographer, but he was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He communicated with us regularly leading up to the wedding, ensuring he understood our preferences and expectations. On the day itself, he arrived punctually, fully prepared, and maintained a calm and collected demeanor throughout. It felt like having a trusted friend behind the camera, guiding us and supporting us every step of the way.
The final wedding video delivered by Andrew surpassed all our hopes and dreams. It was not just a mere recording of our special day but a cinematic masterpiece that captured the essence of our love story. The editing, choice of music, and seamless transitions were all expertly executed, resulting in a breathtakingly beautiful and emotionally evocative piece of art.
We cannot recommend Andrew and Shuttersound Pictures highly enough. Please hear me when I say I tend to keep most of my unsolicited options between myself and God so, me writing a review is something I do not do.

ed to do this only because I know what it’s like to plan a wedding and how overwhelming it can be. For context: I ended up planning our wedding 3 months after getting engaged. Now, I would not recommend that unless you’re willing to pray to God about every aspect of your wedding. I had no idea what I was doing because I never planned a wedding before. Why did I do that to myself you ask? Because I listened to my husband as he encouraged and convinced me we could if we asked God for help every step of the way. You probably don’t believe me, but I promise you that was the reality and Andrew captured our wedding in a way better than we could have asked or imagined. His demeanor and character made it an absolute joy to work with him. I wanted our wedding video to feel personal, imitate, and relay the ambiance of our wedding day to the viewer. Andrew is both gifted and talented. I granted him creative control and asked God to help him, as well, because I didn’t want a generic wedding video. So he picked the song, set the vibe, and when I tell you I cried while watching our video…. I’m not even an emotional individual, so hear me when I say Andrew surpassed my expectations. I’m thankful to God that we him and had him capture our wedding day, 11/22/22.
P.s - If you need more convincing, our video is entitled Joni and Jude on his Vimeo
We decided to hire Andrew from Shuttersound after canceling our first videographer, and couldn't be happier with our decision. He captured the day by himself and worked seamlessly ...
with our photographer. The video is not like any other wedding video I've seen, it's not at all cheesy and all shot in slo-mo so it feels like a movie. We picked our song, but didn't need to customize it at all because Andrew is that good. Book now!!!
Trust me, you can stop looking now, you found the best.
I had been dreaming about my wedding video for as long as I had been dreaming about my wedding. I had high, VERY high expec...
tations for what I wanted.
Andrew smashed all those expectations and then some. I looked high and low for the right vendor and spoke to many “cookie cutter” companies and Andrew stood out amongst them all. He was organized, kind, patient, all of the things you will need that day and leading up to it. You can trust in his vision and skill and just buckle up for the day you get that delivery email…your day is going to be magic and you can rest assured Shuttersound Pictures will be the ones there to capture it.
Andrew captured two of my cousins weddings, and I knew I had to have him!! His work is second to none, and again, art. He is the sweetest, kindest, and most gentle person. Pease lo...
ok him up so you can see how amazing his work is. He makes sure to capture every little detail and moment and blends right into the crowd. Andrew makes everything feel very natural and nothing is contrived or set up. He does not have the typical wedding video style, and is more cinematic, which we love. He matches the music in the video perfectly to what is actually happening in that moment. His work is one of a kind!!
Truthfully, how can ANYONE book ANYONE ELSE?! I found Shuttersound through The Knot and after seeing the videos and reading the reviews I was sold. We spoke over the phone to discu...
ss ideas and pricing. We were able to come to an agreement on what we wanted as a couple and what Shuttersound needed as well. Our video came about perfect. Andrew's style is essentially the opposite of all the corny overdone wedding videos you have seen before. You truly get a finished product that is unique and cinematic. (And the music selection is to die for) Andrew worked fluidly with us, our HUGE bridal party, and our photographer the whole day. We were very pleased with his style and personality. Before we even received our video I had already suggested Shuttersound to a friend getting married. They booked Andrew by seeing previous videos. She texted me the second she saw our video and gushed over it and how happy she was that she booked Shuttersound as well. I realized after the fact that I never asked how long it would take to receive our video so just be sure to ask for an estimate! Can't wait to see Andrew again at our friends wedding and to see what he does with their video.
So essentially what I'm saying is, BOOK ITTTT !
We literally don’t have enough words to explain how amazing it was to have Andrew part of our day. From booking to receiving our video, it was such a seamless and smooth process. ...
Our video was an absolute dream! Watching it made us relive and feel the same emotions as if it were the day of. Working with Andrew was such a pleasure. His level of expertise, creativity and energy is completely unmatched. If you are seeking a videographer, please hire Andrew. You will not regret it! Thank you again for capturing our day and making it special!

her - and that's a good thing! Andrew and his team have such a keen, unique eye. They truly create the most exceptional, emotionally driven, one of a kind films. I've lost count how many times I've watched our highlight reel - they really did capture our special day so perfectly. A moving culmination of our day that we will treasure forever. Andrew and his team are also very down to earth, genuinely nice people. Desiree came through with plenty of tissues during the (frequent) parts of the day when my emotions got the best of me! Don't walk, RUN and book with Shuttersound now - you won't regret it!

e wedding day, capturing true and authentic moments, which we now have to treasure forever. We almost didn't hire a videographer because my Husband did not want to speak to a camera or feel like he was being filmed all day, and then I found Andrew, who had an artistic approach to wedding videos that I hadn't seen before. I have watched our sneak peak video about 100 times and I can't wait to see more! If you are looking for a more creative, unique and elevated wedding video, Shuttersound is the way to go!
Andrew was an absolute pleasure to have with us on our special day!! He worked seamlessly with our photographer and was overall just a wonderful person. He was helpful in figuring ...
out ways to get links out to our guests for our livestream of our ceremony and any other request or question we had were covered. Andrew absolutely outdid himself when he created a beautiful ceremony video for our guests to see that missed the zoom! We were truly blown away by the video and the whole experience itself. I can’t wait to see our final wedding video but I already know it’s going to be perfect.
Working with Andrew was not only a pleasure it was truly a gift. The video he created for my husband and I goes beyond just a wedding video, it was like a movie. He is such a plea...

I couldn't be happier with the video produced for us by Shuttersound Pictures. They took the time to get to know us, and understood perfectly what I DIDN'T want in the video (long ...
lingering shots of the couple looking at each other, overwrought montages and voiceovers, etc -- fine for some but not my style!) and instead captured the true essence of the day: a couple in love, being celebrated by friends and family, and a hell of a party. Friends have all said it's the best wedding video they've ever seen, and I couldn't agree more! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

us bride on the day of the wedding, they actually helped calm me down and feel more comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. I was also super impressed with their level of professionalism, especially when working around other vendors.
When I first received my highlight, I had some changes of course, and both Ryan and Andrew were extremely easy to work with and were willing to do anything to make me feel comfortable with how it came out. The final results were more that I could have hoped for. I can watch it over and over again and still get goosebumps!

overall happiness and beauty of the day's events. They worked extremely well with our photographer and our families/friends to get the best shots. They had insightful ideas and were always where you wanted them to be, filming the best moments, but also never intrusive or impolite. I cannot recommend this duo more. We only hope to work with them again on other film projects in the future!

These guys are the real deal! Just had them as my videographer at my wedding this weekend. They were amazing to work with and had such great ideas. Besides that, they’re hilarious!...
We laughed with them all day. Andrew and Ryan blended in with the rest of our guests and were not intrusive. We can’t wait to get our video back.
I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and Shuttersound Pictures. I was impressed from the start. Ryan emphasized the importance of getting to know my husband and me before the...
wedding. We met on two occasions so he had a good idea of what we were looking for, what we were like, and by the day of the wedding, we had developed solid rapport. Personally, I think my wedding video is the best one I've ever seen. That's how good they are. This company is definitely going places.

nd person throughout the wedding. It has been a year and I still receive compliments about how good my short video is. They were very professional and really took their time, and put in the effort to make sure my husband and I were happy with their work. I highly recommend them and would 100% use them again. They were and are worth every cent!!! Thank you so much Shuttersound from the bottom of my heart for making us such a great keepsake!
Andrew and Ryan filmed our wedding in the fall of 2016 in CT. As a videographer myself it was an important element to have a well documented video to look back on over the years. ...
After sifting through the many options on the Knot website I eventually stumbled upon Shuttersound Pictures. I immediately made the decision that they captured what I was looking for. Both Andrew and Ryan are skilled storytellers and easy going good people. Affordable and friendly.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the crew at Shuttersound. Going into our wedding we were only looking for a photographer, but after viewing their portfolio and sitting down ...
with them we decided to get videography as well. Boy was it the right decision! The video they made for us has literally moved people to tears (in a good way) and the photographs from the wedding are proudly framed on mantels all over NY and beyond. The team couldn't have been more flexible and their professionalism made our big day so much easier. Between travel on day of and dealing with our belated texting, phone calls, and emails, they proved time and again we made the right decision choosing Shuttersound. They did an excellent job of capturing the love and fun that was present at our wedding without ever being obtrusive or in the way. I highly recommend Andrew, Ryan, and their team for anyone looking for an artistic and professional videography/photography team.
Mike and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to book Shuttersound Pictures for our wedding on 10/7/17. Andrew, Ryan and Danny were extremely professional, fun, witty, flexible,...
and supportive during our very happy but hectic day. They did an excellent job of blending in with our family and friends all day which we know made for great candid shots. They don’t clutter the wedding scene with bulky and heavy equipment, instead they bring maximum quality with a minimal equipment burden. Anyone would feel comfortable having them around! They’re visionaries and foresaw some really cool and romantic shots in the vicinity of our wedding. We’ve already booked them for our 10 year anniversary! LOL Don’t miss out on their service!
What a joy and absolute fun it was working with Ryan and Andrew! They were timely, professional, courteous, took and gave instructions clearly and captured the most beautiful shots...
of us! They were also very accommodating with so many different adjustments we needed from the day we contracted with them and even now months later after the wedding. They had a speedy response time to any inquiries we had and gave clear feedback. On the wedding day, they were discrete in how they captured our vows, first dance, candids and shots of all our friends and family; never once were they intrusive or overtly noticeable as they went about their work but they made sure to check in with us as the night progressed to show us sneak peaks of pics and vids they captured and asking if there are any shots we want that we hadn't thought of before. Their passion about their quality of work AND the perfect experience for their clients was very evident. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you Andrew and Ryan for all your amazing work and for Sharing your talent with us!

wedding video.
We got married May 20, 2017 in NJ. We live in San Diego and planned everything from far away. We didn't even meet the duo until the day of the wedding and it couldn't have been easier, smoother and more beautiful. Communication was always spot on, never a delay. Very important when far away. We trusted them completely.
The day of the wedding I didn't even notice them there. All the moments captured were so perfect. I had a bridesmaid even ask me that night if our videographers were even working because she couldn't find them, haha. They were part of the crowd, captured all of our guests and moments.
Both the short video and long video had perfect edits and music choices. I cried, laughed and smiled the whole time. We showed a friend the short edit who recently got married and she loved it so much she wanted to send them her raw footage to redo her own video. I couldn't recommend Shuttersound Pictures to enough people. You will not regret booking them!
We wish them tons of luck in their future! They deserve it!
