The mobile kitchen allows you to select your dream venue and personalize each aspect of your celebration. Adam’s event planning expertise will bring your visions to life on your big day. He will assist you in every aspect of your special celebration; from flowers to cake décor. Along with Chef Hector you will create an exclusive menu that will compliment your venue and delight all of your guests. Our goal is to give you memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

Event: 85-person Wedding | Accommodated peanut allergy, gluten allergy, vegetarian | reasonably priced
Adam and Chef Hector were amazing. The food was outstanding, with many guests claiming it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They accommodated gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free diets with ease, including making separate batches of the empanadas, bruschetta, and croutons gluten-free.
Service was fantastic. There was never a line at the bar, the plated dinner was served without delay, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that water and wine glasses stayed filled throughout the dinner.
Adam also served as our day-of coordinator. He helped us establish a timeline and plan some of the additional details, including decor items he has available to use (picture frames, signage, card box, cake stand, etc). He also has a great network of vendors that we utilized for some of the other details of the day. Day of the wedding, he ensured the wedding party stuck to the timeline and the events of the day went off without a hitch.
Finally, their pricing was reasonable, there were no extraneous fees, and they were incredibly easy to work with.
My husband and I planned our wedding in South Florida from another state. My mom did the food tasting for us and Adam and Hector treated her like family. All of our questions were answered; we never felt like we were being sold to. I would have had Adam plan our entire wedding if we had found him sooner. On the day of, I thought no one would be able to have an eye for the small details like me. I was wrong. Adam took care of everything and my wedding was perfect because of him. The food was delicious. My husband and I were stress free. I wish I could do it all over again just to work with Sidecar Kitchen again. You will not regret working with this vendor.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Adam, our amazing wedding coordinator and the owner of Sidecar Kitchen. Adam, you have been an absolute rock throughout the planning process. You listened to all of my crazy ideas and helped bring them to life. Your patience and dedication never wavered, even when I changed my mind multiple times, just to change it again once more. From the delicious food to ensuring this day was everything I dreamed of, thank you for making our wedding special. The food, the setting—everything is beyond our wildest dreams, and we owe so much of that to you.
We cannot wait to eat Sidecar Kitchen food again!!! Adam will be my coordinator for any event I ever put on! I would give Adam a million stars if possible!
Unbelievable. No words can describe how special and easy Adam and Sidecar made my wedding day. I genuinely thought I could do it all my self and didn't realize how stressed all the details made me until the month of and Adam just vanished all the worry away. Everything went perfectly smoothly and the FOOD i mean i have no words, all my guests were in awe of how delicious every single thing was. You cannot go wrong choosing this for food, bartending, wedding planning, everything!!
I think 5 stars is far too low for the experience that we had working with Adam and the staff for Sidecar Kitchen. We were referred to Sidecar by another vendor and from the first email, we knew we were in great hands. Adam is so responsive and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The menu choices are extensive but don't worry, every item they made for us was as good if not better than the way it sounds on the menu. They arrived early and were so friendly right off the bat it felt like we had worked with them for years. And their staff was incredibly professional, friendly and kept the guests happy and fed all night. Adam and another staff member even stayed passed time to see if they could help clean after the event was over. We will 100% be using Sidecar for any event that we can moving forward and if you are lucky enough to book them for an event, you can rest easy knowing it is going to be done to the highest caliber. Sidecar is the absolute best. I cannot express how amazing Adam and his team are. From the menu planning to attention to the detail at our event Adam was there for us. The food was absolutely incredible at our wedding and I am confident our day ran smoothly because Adam was on our team. He is creative and truly heard how I pictured the day. My sister and I both hired sidecar for our weddings and plan to continue to utilize their services. I could not recommend this company more for any type of event.
The absolute best in food, planning up to and day of coordinating. You build friendships this way. Adam and his team made my Daughter’s wedding the perfect day. If we had another event I would work with them without a second thought.
don’t even know where to start. There is no way I would have been able to do this without Adam and Chef Hector. The wedding planning process was so overwhelming I almost gave up and went to the courthouse multiple times. Sidecar Kitchen is 100% the reason I chose to have the big wedding. The day of the tasting I hired them on the spot. Chef Hector’s food absolutely needed to be what was served at my wedding, no questions asked. And Adam was the kindest, funniest, and most enthusiastic planner/ coordinator I’ve spoken with. He wears any and all the hats that need to be worn. My one conversation with Adam was enough to make me put my full trust in his abilities to make my dreams a reality. And my god he did. I sent my vision board over and it was brought to life. THEY EVEN BUILT ME A COOKIE TOWER! Every email and text message was answered the same day, and I was never made to feel like I was a bother. When the weather decided to take a turn to nearly freezing 4 days before my wedding day, Adam made sure I had outdoor space heaters. We didn’t want a traditional sit down or buffet style dinner. We chose to have heavily passed appetizers all night with 2 food stations. There was so much food that by the end of the night people were turning it away! From the chefs, to the servers, to the bartenders everyone was so kind and attentive. Every time a server walked by I was asked if I needed a drink or food. Steve even made sure to find me and give me the last spicy margarita of the night. It was a perfect wedding, and if there were any problems I had no idea. My photographer even commented about how smooth everything went. And all of the credit for that goes to Adam and Sidecar Kitchen. I could honestly write PARAGRAPHS about how amazing the entire staff was, and how beautiful the night was. I’ve received non stop text messages from my family and friends telling me it was the best wedding they’ve attended with the best food and staff. My gratitude is overwhelming and I can’t recommend them enough.
My husband and I were SO HAPPY with Adam's services. I was so sick of trying to find an affordable Month of Coordinator who wasn't trying to sell me on some elaborate and expensive package I didn't need. I'm an event planner myself so I just needed a guiding, supportive hand to help me with finishing touches all during a PANDEMIC. To then have that person as your caterer AND rentals guy??? Could not have asked for more. The food was to die for, the service amazing, and everything was made easy, convenient, and affordable. Adam was our rock with a contagious smile and positive attitude. Consider yourself LUCKY to have someone like him. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Sidecar Kitchen's food was the talk of my wedding!
Adam and his staff are top-notch, they exceeded any and all expectations on my wedding day! From the first taste testing, Adam treated my husband and me like family and went above and beyond to make our wedding day special.
First let me say, the food is INCREDIBLE! My wedding was 5 days ago and I STILL have guests coming up to me/contacting me RAVING about how good the food was and how they want the recipe to the vegan empanadas served during cocktail hour! Adam and his staff are very accommodating to our dietary needs. My husband and I are vegan and Adam curated a beautiful vegan menu (with one chicken dish for the pickier guests) that made my non-vegan friends/family fall in love! Even the picky ones didn't even notice that most of the food was meat/dairy-free!
I think it is important to note that the delivery of the food was extremely clean, especially during the pandemic. Adam and his staff went out of their way to make us all feel safe during such an uncertain time.
Second, Adam and his staff are exceptionally professional and helpful. Adam took the time to invest in my husband and me, giving us advice on all aspects of wedding planning and what he has seen work/not work in the past. His experience and expertise were indispensable throughout the wedding planning process!
I cannot recommend Sidecar Kitchen enough for ANY and ALL of your catering needs. We will definitely be customers for life whenever we need catering! You will not regret choosing Adam and his Sidecar team.

You have FOUND your caterer! Oh my, there are TOO many wonderful things to say about Sidecar Kitchen. Adam was so kind and quick to respond to our wedding coordinator and myself throughout the whole process whether we were asking him about quotes/details, getting advice, or setting up our tasting. Adam was by far the most professional vendor to work with throughout this whole process and it was a weight off our shoulders to know we need not worry about the food and keeping our guests happy. Now for the food... between the mini beef wellington, crab cakes, conch fritters, and steamed veggies... I said to my husband at least 5 times during our tasting, "This is the best food I've ever eaten". But seriously... The mini beef wellington... Get them. And THE PRETZEL BAR! We asked about a pretzel bar and Adam made it happen right before our eyes! The food was amazing, but truly the cherry on top was getting to work with and trust two of the most humble, talented, and kind people. We love you Sidecar Kitchen, and wish we could get married again just to taste your food again!!! Ps. Check out their instagram :) It was helpful for us!
We had our wedding at park with historical buildings and NO KITCHEN (ok, refrigeration but no flames or heating elements allowed). We loved the park and it was available but I had a culinary vision of tapas versions of some of our favorite foods. (I'm extra...I know.) The cake was from 'We take the cake', also wonderful. I told their wedding cake specialist about our situation and she immediately recommended Adam Irvin and Sidecar Kitchen. Other caterers looked at my ideas and tried to push their standard dishes, especially without a Kitchen... Adam took it all in stride and help us create a multi-course tapas menu that was truly unforgettable for us and our guests. They handled everything, set up and break down. It was like a dream. When I got to the venue the day of the wedding, it was so beautiful that I told Adam he was a miracle worker. At the end of the night we had Chef Hector come into the celebration so that all the guests could applaud his creations. The dishes represented a mix of our cultural traditions and favorites from our travels.

The food is unbelievably beautiful - and it tastes every bit as good as it looks! The cubans on tostones are to die for!
We hired Sidecar Kitchen for our wedding and couldn't be any happier! We had an outdoor wedding with a rustic chic theme. We wanted a food truck and their food selection stood out from everyone else's. Adam was super personable, and worked with us to customize the menu down to the dish names! They made the entire experience super fun and stress free, not to mention the food was delicious! Our guests loved it! Would recommend any time
