ook during a trunk show to have more options and a discount), to easing my concerns when I worried I’d picked the wrong wedding band.
Soldering: They answered all of my questions without making me feel ridiculous, and explained how the whole process worked. I set up a day for same-day soldering and was told it could take up to 7 hours. Within 1.5hrs I had my ring back and soldered to perfection!
Clayton helped us from the start, and we really appreciated his expertise! He was not offended if we said we didn’t like a certain band, and knew how important choosing rings is. We had another woman help us with the band reassurance and the soldering process, but I can’t remember her name.

There is definitely something special going on in this store, and it's an added bonus that it's a 4th generation family jeweler that has been up and running since 1889.

Chad created this masterpiece in his shop at the store. It was labor intensive ....building the ring, setting the baguettes and setting the center stone. The wedding band that matched my engagement ring was discontinued and they were able to design a wedding band so that I would still have a matching set! It is so nice being able to get your ring cleaned and inspected every time you come in, and it is nice to be able to shop in a low-pressure environment where the staff listen to your needs and help you find the perfect piece for you! We will continue to go to Siebke for all of our future jewelry needs and would highly recommend them if you are looking for any pieces for your wedding!

Sarah was also very helpful when I started to look at bands and made sure to let Matt and I know that the matching band to my engagement ring would be going on sale. I ended up purchasing the band from Siebke Hoyt as well. There was an issue with the manufacturer and Sarah was quick to make sure that we knew that it was going to take an additional two weeks to get my band. Thankfully it is still over 7 months away to the wedding so this was not an issue at all. We had inquired about the particular ring prior to agreeing to the purchase and were told that would not be a problem 6 months before the wedding. We got it back reversed of that, 3 weeks before the wedding. When asked to get the ring we originally requested we were told that would not be an option and they would not cover that under a warranty. We were not even offered a discount on the ring we did receive.

I brought in a ring that was originally my grandmother's and the friendly staff assisted me in creating a new ring to compliment the old diamond while making a unique creation just for my fiance. She loved it! We were moving two days later, so after proposing the staff quickly resized and appraised the ring for us. We moved back two years later and the staff remembered us! Talk about quality of attention. We love their guarantees, ability to make us feel so welcome when we walk into their really beautiful showroom, and their knowledge when we have questions!
